Je dois démarrer le gestionnaire de tâches et désactiver le processus firefox.exe*32 pour autoriser à nouveau l'ouverture. J'utilise windows 7 et l'extension Minimize on start and close.

Na janela de opções do FFx, clique na aba "Conteúdo" em seguida, na sessão Idiomas, clique em "Selecionar" e depois escolha o idioma que desejar e clique em "Adicionar".
Opcionalmente, vc pode remover outros idiomas que não te interessem.
Depois disso reinicie o FFx e teste o programa.
Se o problema persistir, tente desinstalar o FFx e baixe uma versao do instalador no idioma desejado nesta pagina: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

What is the best version of Firefox to use with Windows 7?
Ever since I've started using Windows 7 I've had issues with Firefox. It randomly crashes or becomes unresponsive, it slows to a crawl, Flash player crashes particularly if I have multiple videos or whatnot open at the same time, it sucks up *way* too much memory for what it's supposed to be doing, so on..Basically it acts like IE used to (not sure if it still does).
I recently did a fresh format and Windows 7 install and installed Firefox onto it. Literally the first thing the browser did was freeze. I've had similar issues on both Windows 7 Home and Windows 7 Ultimate. On XP things worked fine.
Reading on the internet I've seen that other people have similar problems. I'm assuming that there is something about Windows 7 that Firefox doesn't like or vice versa.
I'm wondering if anybody has had any luck hunting down a version of Firefox that wants to play ball. I'm currently using the latest version and it is pretty aggravating.Note that there have been (JIT compiler related) crashes reported on Facebook and that a Firefox 18.0.2 version is considered to address this issue.

The Mozilla Firefox Support Forum software does not allow me to log-in. Why?
When I try to log-in to this web site with my longstanding credentials, no error message is displayed and the page "shakes" briefly like a car hitting a rut on a dirt road, and it appears that I am not, in fact, logged-in.
What is more basic and elementary than a log-on page, for crying out loud! One would think that with all of the (ostensibly) technically knowledgeable people involved with Mozilla and its software, that someone would be able to produce a user-friendly web site. Instead we get user-hostile nerdy geek stuff that might have been clever for 15 minutes 40 years ago.

There are a lot of benefits to running the latest version of Firefox. You might want to consider running the older version [http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable/localization#legacy36 on a USB Stick with PortableApps]. That way you'll still be able to run the latest version for your day to day activities.
If you still want to roll back to a previous version of Firefox, just take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Installing a previous version of Firefox]].

I upgraded to the newest version (#5) when it came out, and ever since then I have not been able to print ANYTHING from anywhere when Firefox is open. I would consider Firefox my browser of choice except for this problem

How do I uninstall (& reinstall) Firefox when WinXP won't let me?
Using Win XP. I want to uninstall and reinstall Firefox because of an unwanted search engine app. I first uninstalled Firefox maintenance. Now XP won't let me uninstall Firefox. The control panel quickly flashes a screen but won't proceed with the uninstall. I tried instantiating maintenance from within the folder on my C drive but no response. I suspect by removing the "maintenance" app I've tied my own hands. Thanks for your help.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox may be ineffective in removing an unwanted search engine app. It depends rather on what it is you have that you are now trying to remove. Some of these search helpers etc install globally within Windows and will need to be removed from the Windows control panel once you identify them.
Whatever you do I strongly suggest you do NOT use any option from Windows or Firefox that offers to remove personal settings, because that is likely to destroy settings including bookmarks and passwords. (If you see the ResetFirefox option also do not use that, without first taking note of what it removes - all your extensions, and some settings)
Once any rogue software is uninstalled you will need to reset any Firefox settings that have been messed up, but there is an add-on that is often capable of accomplishing that easily.
