Losing Wi-Fi signal with cell signal simultaneously

I'm in a crap area. I have 1 bar of 1x data where I am located. To counter that I have Wi-Fi. I'm the only user of the Wi-Fi and it's secured as well. My problem is my Wi-Fi connection on my phone disappears completely if I lose that one bar of 1x signal. I am able to reload my web pages while I have no signal with the tiny little no smoking sign at the top of my screen, but as soon as that one bar comes back, I lose all signal on Wi-Fi all over again!! It happens 1,324,501 times a day (that's a sarcastic count) but it leaky does happen extremely frequently. It happened 3 times just trying to your this on my phone. I've already deleted the Wi-Fi settings on my phone multiple times and reboot my router multiple times as well. How can I fix? ?

My zip code is 28533. It works way better away from this area, I'm on a
military base with no signal on it so I use Wi-Fi, which doesn't work with
my phone. I've tried other Wi-Fi networks and they work fine unless I get
low cell phone reception then the same problem starts to occur. My roommate
has the same phone but with a different service provider and his phone
works perfect with the Wi-Fi, as does my laptop and my 3Ds too. It's just
my phone that acts foolish.

If you mean adding a GPS receiver into the iPad then no, an iPad can't have it's hardware changed. There are stand-alone GPS units that work with the iPad e.g. Bad Elf GPS receiver (I haven't got one but I've seen it mentioned on here a few times)

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

How can I measure the frequencies of two analog input signals simultaneously?

I have two AI signals, and I need to determine the frequencies of those signals. The frequencies range from 1-125Hz. I currently have a VI where I can sample one of the signals for 1 second (sampling at 300 Hz for 300 samples) and determine the frequency.
I need to read two signals at the same time and get both of the frequencies at the same time, but I can only figure out how to read them individually, so I can read one signal, then one second later I read the second one, then I read the first one again, then the sceond one, etc.. How can I read two signals simultaneously?

"at same time", this depends on the hardware, you can do as has been previously stated just set up a 2 channel acquisition and you will get 2 sampled waveforms back. Most hardware A/D as multiplexed and true simultaneous sampling is not done. At 125Hz this is not an issue unless you are interested in very small phase changes between the samples. just keep this in mind if you are expecting samples to be completly synchronized.

Hello;
You need to use the RTSI bus to route one board's clock signal to be the second board's clock signal. By doing that, you will have the same signal clock timing both boards, which will make the synchronization hardware timed.
You will need to have a RTSI cable connecting both boards together also.
The best way to go about this is to open the Labview examples that show how to synchronize multiple devices. You can apply the same idea to your board.
The examples can be found at Search Examples->I/O Interfaces->Data Acquisition->Multiple Device DAQ Examples.

Problem with Cell size in Excel output of XML report

Dear all,
I am facing a problem with cell size when i run my XML report in Excel output. I found that it imitates the cell size of whatever i gave in the RTF. I cannot increase the cell size in RTF as my report contains 60 columns and max width of MS Word table is 22 inches.
Can any one suggest a way of doing this which shows full data in Excel sheet depending on the column data size with out any word wrap.

Create a VC Model for BEx queries with Cell Editor

Hello All,
I am trying to create a VC Model for BEx queries with Cell Editor.
BW Development Team has created a BEX query with complex restrictions and calculations using Cell Editor feature of BI-BEX.
The query output in BEx analyzer is correct where all values are being calculated at each Cell level and being displayed.
But, while creating VC model, system is not displaying the Cells.Thus, no VC Model can be created.
I have executed below steps:
1. Created a VC Model for BEx Query - ZQRY_XYZ
2. Create Iview -> Create a dataService -> Provide a Table from the Output
In the Column field system is not showing any of the Cells (present in Cell Editor)
Please help me to solve this issue.

If 'Cell Editor' is been used then that query must have the structure in it. You have to select that 'structure' object in your 'VC Table'.
If you select that then you will get the required result in the output. This structure will be the structure where 'cell reference' is used in BI query, You have to select that structures name.

Issue with cell styles in Smart View 11.1.2.1

Hi,
I've got a strange issue in Smartview 11.1.2.1 : when I open a data form (Hyperion Planning connection), my data form does not have colors. All the entire sheet is in Black&White, so I can not see Locked/Read-Only/Writable (...) cells !
When I go to Options => Cell Styles, I do not see all the color-coding that is normally purposed by default with Hyperion Planning connection.
Something strange : when I connect to Smartview on other computer, it works ! For information, we use Citrix to connect to Smartview.
Do you have an idea ?

I have played around and found the following
1. if you untick 'Use Excel Formatting' in the Formatting tab - cell styles work
2. If you tick Use Excel Formatting- cell styles have no effect
You cannot use Cell Styels and use excel formatting together - either the one or the other
By ticking 'Retain Numeric Formatting' under Formatting combined with Cell Styles is a workable option

Scaling factors for queries with cell references

Hello Experts,
We have this issue, we have queries which have 2 global structures with the cell references for few of the elements of rows and columns structure.
we need the scaling factors and currencies of the query which are defined in the rows and columns structure are to be displayed as separate column but with in the cells.
We have checked for the queries with the 2 structures without cell references are displayed as we need. But for the queries with the cell references on the 2 structures are not displaying the scaling factors as we need in separatly.
how can we make the query to display the scaling factors along with currencies to be in separate column.
we have entry selection as currency where we have only one currency can be entered so the we do not have the problem of multiple currencies.
please find the screen shot how we need the scaling factors to be displayed for the queries with cell references.
We have scaling factors enabled as 1000 for KFs and for % selections we have scaling factors as 1.

Measure pulse width with 4 counter simultaneously

Hello,
I am using NI PCI-6601 measure the pulse width with 4 counter simultaneously, due to only a DMA channel on this card so I selected interrupt data transfer mode to read data from PCI bus for 4 counters, but it working only for few seconds then a error message prompted:
Error -200141 occurred at DAQmx Read (Counter 1D DBL 1Chan NSamp).vi
Measurements: Data was overwritten before it could be read by the system.......(See attached picture: TestUI and Error MSG.bmp)
I know the problem caused due to system is unable to read back data from PCI6601's memory as fast as they card countered. My quesition is:
1. The timebase is 20Mhz(Sample rate), how to change the sample rate slower (like 100Khz) ?
2. Any good solutions can meet my requrement?

Try linking cards:
Open any contact you want to merge, tap on Edit and look at the bottom part of it. You'll find 'Link Cards' and from there you may select the contact you want to link with the one you're looking at. So if you have:
Contact 1: John A (job)
Contact 2: Business Name (who is also John A but you saved it as a different contact)
Contact 3: Something else that's also John A
You can link all three cards into one. If you choose to, you may unlink them at any time, just tap Edit and then the red circle. Your contacts won't be deleted, but they won't appear under the same ID anymore.
