re: Thinkpad W540 20BG 0016US Win 7 [64] Pro (So called WORKSTATION) - What am I doing wrong?
In my event log:
WLAN Extensibility Module has stopped unexpectedly.
Module Path: C:\Windows\System32\IWMSSvc.dll
Lenovo installed Access Connection (no version number displayed on splash and no 'about'), but digging for the file, says v6.11 in c:\SWTOOLS\readyapps\accon\setup.exe
There is no quick emergency disconnect from the WiFi..... if a web site is malicious and locks you to a script..
I have no idea what is happening. No WiFi lights, No WiFi switch, Software version hidden from the user ..... On my previous Workstation I saw what was happening.
So, any hints from users that resolved this WLAN issue?

Yes I have verify this point I suspected to be the origine of the problem. But no, the accounts have fixed password and are not locked. I test this point with a valide login on the server, and I reenter the login password for each app pool.

IOS 6.1.3: Loss of WiFi and Bluetooth

Since updating one of our team's iPhone 4s to iOS 6.1.3, WiFi and Bluetooth are no longer able to be enabled.
Same model phones are not having this issue.
Any suggestions? Resetting network connections and power cycling have not proven successful.

Wifi and ethernet are not working in windows xp.

Hi I had to reformat my computer so I installed leopard 10.5 on it and then installed xp via bootcamp before updating to 10.5.6. WHen Im in windows xp It wont recongize my ethernet or wifi and I can not either to work by going to control panel I mean the icons are not even showing up. I cant update windows or anything since it has no internet.

Have you received any error messages? If you are receiving any of these errors:Internet Explorer cannot display the Web page.Work Offline: No connection to the Internet is currently available.Not connected: You are currently not connected to any networks.Here is another document called HP PCs - Resolving Broadband Internet connection problems (Windows 8).  Have you tried to Restore the BIOS? Have you uninstalled the driver in the Device Manager?If not, please do the following: 1. Uninstall the driver in Device Manager2. Restart the Notebook3. Reinstall the driver. You can use either the HP Driver's page for your specific Notebook, or you can use the HP Support Assistant.
Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant if you need it. Just download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system at the time of purchase or that need updating. Loss of wifi and bluetooth

Just wanted to share an episode I had with my mini. Turns out that if you accidentally jar it right, you can dislodge the small ribbon cable going to the combination wifi/bluetooth card. It's a simple fix for a tech and can lead to long calls to tech support for no good reason. Love my mini at my home office and this is the first real hardware issue I've had with it, unlike my Hewlett Packard at work.

I keep getting the above error on all my SQL 2012 deployments (standard and enterprise) on all Windows Server 2012 Standard machines. I have already tried the following commands in administrator mode to resolve without success:

We are having a problem with one of our Windows 2012 R2 Terminal Server. The server keeps maxing out CPU to 100% the only way to resolve the issue is by restarting the guest OS. When I have been trying to troubleshoot the issue. I have noticed the following

Also seems you should try to uninstall IE and install it again but before that you can run command type:
SFC /SCANNOW and let the system to scan your DLL files and repair them, then reinstall the new IE.

How do I keep two iTunes users (my wife and I) libraries in sync?

Both my wife and I are iTunes users (using Windows OS'es) who purchase different music/songs onto each of our separate machines. Both of our machines are authorized computers of each other's purchased music.
What is the best way to keep the two music libraries on the two different systems in sync so both have the same music on them? Is there a way to backup system A and restore to system B so that only the new files are added to the music library on System B? If that works, I would then have to backup System B and restore to System A. Any help, advice, specific steps would be greatly appreciated.

Could someone explain to me what are the Equivalents of Delphi's OnCreate and OnDestroy events of the Form (Window) ?

A Form doesn't raise any event when it is created but its constructor is called so you could put any initialization logic in there:
public Form1() {
InitializeComponent();
//out your OnCreate code here...
To execute some code when the form is "destroyed" or closed you could override the OnClosing or OnClosed method:
protected override void OnClosing(System.ComponentModel.CancelEventArgs e) {
base.OnClosing(e);
//your code here...
protected override void OnClosed(EventArgs e) {
base.OnClosed(e);
//your code here...
The former is called before the Form is actually closed as the name implies.
