Lost 1st Mother's Day pics & videos, please help!
Please help! I think I have lost all of my 1st Mother's Day's pics and videos!
I received an iPhone 4 for Mother's Day, and the AT&T store was not able to transfer anything over. They stated that I would need to sync at home. I asked if I could go ahead and start using the phone, and they said yes.
Well several hours and lots of Mother's Day's videos and pics later, we arrived home, and I synced my new phone. Now, all the videos and pics are gone. Please say that there is a way that I can get those back? Or are they gone forever? Please say that I can get them back!

You should have imported them as you would from any digital camera.

If itunes backed up your iphone before it synced, then you could restore from backup and get your pics/vids. otherwise they are gone.

I have an iPhone 4 and plugged it into itunes on my computer for the first time. Only to discover my sister has obviously plugged hers into my itunes account and now I have lost all my photos and numbers. Please help me!!
It can't do that by itself. You had to click through several prompts telling it to restore it from a backup of an old phone for that to happen.
If the phone was not backed up to iCloud before this happened, or to another computer, then the data is gone. There is no way to recover it. -

Report it to the police. Report it to your wireless service provider. Attempt to use BB Protect to wipe it clean. Outside of that, there is nothing to be done. If your personal issues prevent you from carrying this out, then you must consider all of your data on your BB to be compromised.

I had a new phone and I clicked some pictures and then I restore my new phone with the old back up and I lost my new clicked photos...please help me how can I get back those photos?
You were already provided the answer. If you do not have a backup of the phone while the photos were on the phone, they are gone. When you restore your phone from an old backup, anything that has been saved to the phone since that backup is deleted. Sorry.

1. you may have to take it in to Apple and get an out of warranty iphone for $199.
2. you can get your information from a backup of your phone. you do have a backup of your phone right either in iTunes or icloud. If you don't then your answer will be no. -

Problem with recording video, please HELP!!!
I am trying to record incoming video with audio saving into a quicktime file. After recording the session the Audio is always fine BUT the Video displays some part inthe beginning then turns all white the rest of the way at random times. I.E. the session is 4mins long the audio is 4 mins and video goes 2 mins then turns white the rest of the way. Below is what I do to record a video with audio (- try/catches). Please help me out... i am really lost. thanks!

iPod touch 3rd generation crashed while updating, and now it won't turn on, and it won't charge or be recognized in iTunes because it's completely dead; it's been dead for 3 days now. After charging the iPod for half an hour, see if placing the iPod in recovery mode will allow iTunes to see the iPod so you can restore the iPod. For recovery mode see:

Computer turns itself on every day at 8PM PLEASE HELP
Hi I have an imac running 10.5.4. It turns itself on every day at 8PM. My auto on setting are unselected in the power options, and the auto off is set to 1:30 AM. I am also running windos xp with VM Fusionware. Can anyone please help?
ThanksI have the older intel based mac and I unplugged everything from the machine for 20 seconds to reset the SMC and it still turns on at 8pm every day. any other suggestions??

Having a big problem with my 6 day old macbook, please help!
My macbook was working fine, I haven't had much of a chance to install the hardware that came with it until tonight though. I was starting to install the first disk that came with my macbook, when I saw that it would take over 3 hours to install. SInce I need to go to bed early I decided to cancel and figured I could start tomorrow after work.
Well, I turned my mac back on to see if it was still alright, and my mac hd is missing off the desktop, it doesn't even show the main toolbar/taskbar that's across the top of the screen unless I'm in safari. A message keeps coming up that says spotlight quit unexpectedly. I tried hitting all three options (ignore, report, and restart) different times and the window still keeps coming up.
I put the disk back in my computer to see if I could just start to install it again but the computer isn't even recognizing that there is a disk in there.
PLEASE HELP ME!! This is a brand new computer and I can't afford for it to break.I hope you invested in AppleCare. It extends your warranty for three years and also gives you three years of phone support. MacBooks come ready to use, as far as I know. The discs that come with it contain software, not "hardware" are provided in case of problems. Take your MacBook back to the Applestore and they will take care of the problem. If it is unfixable, they will replace your MacBook, but you only have fifteen days, after which, they will repair your MacBook, but not replace it (unless it is totally FUBAR) Your sales person should have explained all this to you. Ok here's the thing, I used to have the 4th generation iPod until I lost it in October. And I had purchased a bunch of apps on it and stuff.
But now I have this iPhone 4, which my friend just gave me, in which I want to transfer all my other apps into. I've looked into my iTunes account and can't find them. I've authorized my computer and I don't know what to do.

i download the sofware update on to my pc and the next thing i know all my contacts are gone, the only things that have come up on the icloud CONTACTS app is the service call numbers thats it, i have no idea what to do.. i have itunes on my desktop and i looked for them there but i still cant find them, i dont have outlook i have VISTA so its hard for me to look for my contacts.
im worried that ive lost them. if anyone has some advice please let me know, im new to this and im having trouble understanding it. Thanks
