Lost 2 Gb from my iCloud

Hello,
can anyone please explain the issue?
I have a 2.1 GB of iPhone backup on icloud and it hows me that my icloud drive is full...
I have even erased my icloud account and started from scratch but still missing around 2 GB...
I tried everything... I don't know why??? Apple holding 2 GB out from my iCloud account...
anyone can help???
I have iPhone 5S, iOS 8.1.3

Turn off Documents and you should get it back after one or two days.

I lost all contacts from my iCloud folder in Outlook

After messing up with Outlook and a software utility from Code Two who syncs all contacts from Outlook back to iCloud (http://www.codetwo.com/sync-for-icloud/) I managed to erase all the 1490 contcts I had on iCloud. And also deleted them from my ipad and iphone. I decided thta the only solution was to restore them from my itunes backup but after restoring my ipad i saw that no contacts are restored. The same empty address book!!! Is this logical ? The itunes back doesnt keep all the contacts ? Whats the reason of doing a back up if it only keeps certain things but not the so so important contacts list!
Can anyone help ? Any suggestions ?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on the first contact, then shift click on the last one to select all contacts, then use the delete key on your keyboard. Make sure you have only chosen contacts from the iCloud group.

Has any Coldplay fan lost purchased content within iTunes, I have recently noticed my Coldplay Live 2012 purchased on iTunes is gone from my iCloud library and no longer available for purchase ! A bit strange considering there new album just went on sale

Recently I have noticed my iTune purchased concert movies after being put back in the cloud are currently missing.
I have never had purchased content from iTunes vanish from my iCloud library and also not be available for purchase on iTunes.
When I had Apple personnel attempt to push the content back to me, they could not find Coldplay's Live 2012.
Even more strange considering their new album just went on sale and renewed interest must be prompting fans to review their collections.
A beautifully shot concert film is missing, a sad situation to be sure!

Take it back where you got and and get your money back.
As has been pointed out, if there was a "previous owner", the phone is not "new". Thephone you purchased is most likely stolen. If whoever you bought it from won't give you your money back, turn it over to the police.

My iphone is locked, in lost mode and was erased from my iCloud. How can I restore it or reset it completely?

reset/restore my iphone. It is disabled and stuck in lost mode and erased from my iCloud. I need to know how to reset the phone. So far nothimy I have looked up can help. Not even recovery mode.

1. disconnect it
2. turn it off
3. hold the home button and do not let go
4. re-connect it (still not letting go)
5. press ok in iTunes on the pop-up (you can let go of the home button now)
6. click restore iPhone

Welcome to the Apple community khnkOliver.
I assume these photos, or at least not all of them weren't in photo stream.
You should be able to recover your photos from a back up.

How can I delete a devise I lost from my iCloud account

I used the same iCloud account for my iPad and my iPhone but I lost my iPad and I want to delete it from my iCloud account because it's taking too much space and I'm not using it anymore. Anyone has an idea of how I could do that?

They only thing it would use any space in your account would be an iCloud backup of your iPad. You can delete the iCloud backup by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your iPad on the Backups list, then tap Delete Backup.

Stop Lost Mode or change your contact info
1.Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).
If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
2.Click All Devices, then select the device that’s in Lost Mode.
3.Click Lost Mode, then change the information or click Stop Lost Mode.

Connect your iPhone to Computer. On iTunes left Pane, under "Devices" right mouse click iPhone and select "Restore from Backup..." then select one of the three backup (Date and Time)

How to get last saved from Icloud...? I lost my contacts from A to C included... I did nothing on my devices and Icloud.com!

Help is right here, front and center sam31869. May I ask which Galaxy device do you have? Also, are you using Verizon Cloud or a third party service? Are you able to view the contacts A thru D online? As you share the details then we can assist.

Had to purchase two OS X system upgrades, new iPhoto etc. just to connect new iPhone 5 and now half my apps won't work. No rosetta and missing lost dogs pics from iCloud...HELP!

I had to purchase two OS X system upgrades, snow leopard and mountain lion, just to connect my new iPhone 5 and somewhere between uploading iPhone 4S pics to iCloud some important pics disappeared then installed new iTunes and purchased new iPhoto all just to connect new iPhone 5 and now half my apps won't work. No Rosetta to make apps work but its not as simple as upgrading apps and missing lost dogs pics from iCloud...HELP!

File a complaint with Apple for not giving adequate warning before upgrading OS X that it would render PPC programs dead.
That someone at Apple said requiring the iPhone 5 to have 10.8 (10.6.8 is the minimum actually) and in order to remain a loyal Apple customer they need to fix this mess and revert your machine and software back to 10.6.8
You see, 10.6.8 would have ran your iPhone 5 and ran your PPC based software, so whoever told you to upgrade to 10.8 was wrong and they need to fix your machine.
It can be reverted to 10.6.8 yourself.
