I came in the iforgot.apple.com and choose "the Email authentication: To access your information, we will send an email to the address(es) on file for you", but I don't receive the your mail to reset password. Can you help me soon

In the next page select 'Other Apple ID Topics' in the first column then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password' and click 'Continue'. You will be offered options to contact Apple.
