Lost audio book that I purchased

Hello, total noob, sorry if this sounds stupid..
I recently bought a book on Itunes using my home computer. Downloaded it and even got it to play list on my Nano. Went out of town and installed Itunes on my laptop. Connected Nano and a quick message said something like, my book isnt allowed to be played on this system. Tried to authorise this computer and that worked. However I do not have a library item saying Audio Books or even purchased. Is there a way to get this book back or do I have to wait until I get back home and try there.
Thanks

Sounds as if you got this message.
If you clicked "yes", then the content on your iPod will have been erased and replaced with the contents of the iTunes library you just connected to.
In that case, you'll have to wait until you can connect the iPod to your home computer and transfer the audiobook to the iPod once more.
If you want to use the iPod with more than one computer, here's how.
