Lost but paid for downloads

In the last couple of weeks I've had several TV show downloads end with processing errors and then they disappear from my list of shows to be downloaded. I've tried 2 or 3 times (paying each time) to download the shows with the same results each time. I've checked my account for purchases to see if the show is still listed but it's gone. I'm paying for non-received items and don't know what to do. I want the shows to have complete seasons, but it's costing way too much since I'm double and triple paying for the same thing.
I've noticed others have had the same problem but I haven't seen any solution posted.

If you have them on your computer then you can sync them via iTunes. If they are not on your computer (which is possibly why they weren't copied back after the update) then as long as they are still in the store and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to purchase them then you should be able to re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

Music can't be re-downloaded for free in all countries : what can be re-downloaded where. Just open your LG volume up likes its an external HD and drag all photos onto a folder in your macbook Air.

It isn't something you have to download. You just start using it. There are a number of ways to use it, but the simplest is probably to use it from Adobe Reader - just sign in.

Paid for download but failed

Files downloaded and extracted normally. Everything looked fine. I had previously downloaded CS6 trial version. It worked find, so I paid for CS5 to CS6 upgrade, but it still goes to trial version when I open CS6. How do I get the upgrade to open. Where is it?

Have you ever input a serial? If so, did you do so with sufficient admin privileges? Do you gert any licensing errors or warnings? what are the system specs?

2) Logging out of itunes store and logging in again
3) Downloading Free single of the week - no idea why this should work but people have reported it does

If you mean they're on the dock but have the wrong icon, right click and select "display as folder".
If you mean that they aren't there at all, open a Finder window to your Home folder. Drag the documents folder to the right side of the dock. Do the same with the downloads folder.

Hi I am hopeing there is someone out there that can help. I had heard that nokia had offically lunched the ovi store so I gave it a go and downloaded some free apps and it worked a treat. Then I tried to download "Need for Speed Underground" but this is my problem.
I paid for the game but then it crashed my phone during the download. When I went back into the ovi store it said downloading but never started the actual download. so i switched the phone off / on. This time when I went back It wants me to pay for the game again. I assumed you would be able to download it again within 24 hours or something. I had heard there were a few problems with the high demand at launch of the service, so I tried again late at night. no luck.
So now I am £4 down with no game. I have tried sevral times to contact support but the support page sends you to a form to fill in and sends an email. which just bounces back! There is no phone number to speak to anyone. HELP!!!!!! I am damed if I am going to let this one go. I know there are teething problems with the service. But at least sort out the support email system so people can tell you about the prblems they are having.
Any I deas

Changes to email T&C removing unused but paid for ...

I have received emails from BT stating that if I do not use any of the email accounts that I have registered and pay for within 150 days they will close them. I find that a real bad decision considering they are not free and I have paid for these accounts for nearly 15 years.
If these were free accounts such as Hotmail or Google I could understand but considering some of these are included in my Infinity bundle and some I actually pay about £1.90 a month as premium email accounts purely for retention of the addresses, I find totally wrong.
Does anyone else think removing paid for email addresses is wrong?

Logging in is using it isn't it? I mean, if I log into webmail to check that there has been no access from Rumania or the Poland, does that count as "using" it?

Come on BT sort it out please. Clear English, clear instructions. Think of the different scenarios, know your customer base.....

Recently purchased a Lumia 920, and quite satisfied so far. But I have observed that several apps/games which are free on other platforms like Android and iOS are actually not free for Windows Phone. For example, the entire Angry birds series is free for other platforms, but they're paid for Windows Phone. What is the reason behind this? And when Microsoft are trying hard to promote their Windows Phone OS, why are they so greedy that they charge for apps/games which are totally free on other platforms?

Contact the developer or MS on that one.Some games and apps would of been free for a time or there is opportunity's when these go free for a certain period.

Paid for, downloaded, installed acrobat xi standard. Stuck at activation!!

I'm quite annoyed how I ended up in this situation. Paid for the program, downloaded it, installed it. Put the serial number in and now only to find out I needed a previous version of acrobat.
I didn't see anything on the purchase page that said that. Also, I would expect at this day and age Adobe should have some sort of finder on your PC to see if you have a previous version BEFORE purchasing it.
Now I am stuck. Can't load pdf's and can't print them either.
Who from Adobe can rectify this for me please?

It seems that you have purchased an upgrade for Acrobat.
If you have owned a prior version of Acrobat only then would you be eligible for this purchase.
If the older version is installed on your computer and you install the upgrade then the installer will recognize the older version and accept the purchased upgrade serial number.
If you do not have the older version installed on your computer then you need to keep the older serial number handy as the installer will try to detect the older version first and if it fails to find, it will prompt you to enter the older as well as the upgrade serial number for activation.

Has anyone else lost music that hasn't been downloaded, but paid for?

Okay, I'm new at this. I had purchased a song and a music video, and during the download process, we lost power. The next day I tried to find what I had purchased, and I cannot find it whatsoever. Has this happened to anyone else? Has something like this happened to anyone else? I'd like to try and find a way to get the money back, or the songs back.

Paid for download but didn't get it

Hey there,
Right before my internet decided to screw up and make me reboot, i purchased a video clip from the iTunes store. it appeared in the downloading section, but was having trouble downloading so i rebooted.
Now i have rebooted it has completely disapeared from my computer. Not in the downloading section, or in the purchased section or anywhere in my library.
How can i get this video that I have paid good money for?
