Lost CC back-up service. Also, how to move my old iCloud files to a new one user?

I have a new account for a CC subscription (and a new computer). It was made as the original account was placed in another country and Adobe asked for a whole new one.
In the new computer (and the new account) is not available the cloud service of backup files.
But in the old computer, and the old account, the files are there... in the file menu.
I am seeing them only in that computer...
If I sign in the new computer with my old account CC asks to install app.
If I refresh or load the app nothing happens.
How to have again the BK service and move my existent files?

If the old ID is yours, and if it is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Let me see if I've gotten this right! You want to remove an account from BOTH machines? Do this for your new machine first, then for the other.
Click the Apple logo on the top left of the screen, System Preferences, Users and Groups (under Systems), unlock the lock in the window if its locked (you need to know the password), select the user that you wish to remove, and click the - sign next to the + sign for Login options. A window will pop up with some options. Select Delete this user and securely, and click 'Delete user'.
After this, do an update from the App Store.
Thats all there is to it.
For the other machine repeat the process except for one thing. Before you delete the user in this case YOU, you will have to give Administrator priviledges to your son bu checking the box 'Allow user to administer this computer'.
Do NOT do anything from Finder ... if you dont know how to fix the consequences of the problems caused.
There is no need to unauthorize your iTunes account on your new machine. Do it on the old machine though.

How do I use old data files with a new installation in Oracle 9i

I am in an unenviable position, with an unsupported database.
We are running Oracle 9i on Windows XP. We are upgrading soon to Oracle 11g on a newer platform, but need to get our development environment working first.
We lost a system that was running our development database without having a database export. The C drive was placed into a new system as the D drive.
I have loaded Oracle 9i on the C drive, but I have been unable to determine how to point it to the existing data files on the D drive. My search skills may be the limiting factor here...
We cannot simply load the drive as C, since the hardware is different.
What are the steps to point the new database software at the data files on the D drive? Or, how do I copy the old data files into the new Oracle Home and have them recognized properly?

Are you stating that you don't know how to use COPY command?
Can you recreate same directory structure on new C drive as exist on old C drive?
Can you then drag & drop copies of the files?

Over the years we have owned many i-pods. Most of them ran out of juice or were just outdated some even stolen. As of right now I have one i-pod that should be authorized to download music from my library. I plan to get a new one. My question is how do you deactivate all the old i-pods so that i-tunes doesnt think I have all these pods downloading from my personal lbrary of music. You updated yrou old AppleID adn did not create a new AppleID?
Log out of iTunes store and log back in. You don't need to change anything in the song. If you did update yrou AppleID (and not create a new account), the old AppleID is linked to the new AppleID.

Hi there, so I have a 98Gb iTunes library and it was sitting on an older version of an iMac (2006 OSX 10.6.8 iTunes 11.4). Realised it would be cumbersome to transfer to my newer iMac (2014 - OSX 10.9.5 iTunes 12.1.2.27) so I used the migration assistant to transfer everything across. Only problem is now I have 2 user accounts for myself on the new iMac and all I want to do is consolidate my iTunes library into one, but am struggling to move the iTunes folder directly into the newer user account on the new iMac. I keep getting a "you do not have permission to move this". I've tried both passwords to each account but still it won't move the folder. Any suggestions or directions would be greatly appreciated.

Read the original post. The user used Migration Assistant to copy files from an old computer to a new one. This creates a new computer account with the old content. The user then had two accounts on the new computer with content the user wished to merge.

And their new dovecot maildir is: EFEFEFEFEF
rename AEAEAEAEAEAE to EFEFEFEFEF
make sure permissions are correct
Of course, the tricky part is figuring out who owns each of those old directories.
you can go into the old maildir, look at a few message headers to see who they were sent to.

iMac (no DVD drive) and they use the same iCloud id's on both devises now the part to do 2 separate iCloud id's
I can do no problem BUT the part I'm not sure how to do is to transfer Contacts, Calendar, Photos, music,
apps etc…. from the old iCloud id to the new one without loosing anything. This change will be done on the iPad side
So what to do?? I didn't tell them yet that it was gona be easy to do because I have no idea what's involved to do this
transfer so I need help to do this step by step (no geek language please). They have OSX 10.10 on iMac and iOS 8.2

Technical part is as easy as it gets, you just sign out of icloud and when prompted you keep what you are allowed to keep. Stuff that you will not have a choice is really minor, but if you want to - you can backup that stuff by emailing photostream pictures or documents in the cloud. Once sign out - sign back in to new id.
Legal part is however different - while you are allowed to keep all those applications, music on ipad, it belongs to old apple id still. Legally, so when it is time to update app you need to enter password for old account or delete an app and redownload for new account. If it is not free you have to pay again. Normally though families do not mind doing updates under the same id, as long as icloud and imessage/facetime are separate.

Last year I did a catalogue of sportswear products. It contained about 550 items and each cell-item had about 3 images and 5 textframes. Now I am creating a new catalogue, which should contain about 80% of old items. The images & information according to the product will be just the same. The problem is, that it has to have a completely different look {layout & styling, etc.}.
I would like to ask for a master-adwice: Do I have to cut & paste 10 000 times the images & textframes from old INDD file to the new one and restyle & resize & repose all afterwards or is there some sophisticated recipe how to use the computing power of my machine and simple tell the program, that all the textfields in old INDD document styled by "Header 01" should be imported to the textframes styled by "NewHeader 01" in the new INDD document? Or something with Named Ranges:
Old-INDD > Excel > New-INDD?
I am eager to find the way how to save a week of monkey work of Ctrl+C > V

If you delete a used paragraph style, InDesign asks you with what it should be replaced. Is that easy enough? :-)
But you do have to take care to inspect the original style for "based on" features, as well as all other styles that are derived from it.
Are the style changes so big you cannot get away with re-defining the existing one?

Forgotten RESTRICTIONS Passcode
- Restore from a backup that was make before you added the Restrictions passcode. If you restore from a backup made with the Restrictions passcode the Restrictions passcode is also restored. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod. . Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
