Lost Content of Older E-mails

Question

I had problems with the e-mails not being deleted from server but made the change from "one week" to "one day" and back. It seems to be working now. All the text and links, date of sent is gone from many of my e-mails I've been retaining. I get a blank page with "the message from (Name) has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online to download it."
Any ideas?

Make sure you know what each one is and what it does.
