Lost dimension for no apparend reason

Question

Hi all,
for no apparend reason we sometimes lose the content of a dimension in SAP BPC.
The admin consolle of SAP BPC can't find the members of the dimension, but the data is still in the SQL database.
In the user front end of SAP BPC the current view can still find the content of the dimension, but when you try to change the member of the dimension it gives a error.
During the development of BPC for the client it is not a verry big deal, because we can restore the dimension out of the SQL database within a couple of seconds, but when the client has to work with the system and it still losses dimensions for no apparend reason it is a problem.
Has anybody also encoutered this problem and come up with a solution?

I saw that Alwin replied also. It is good because my "behaviour" is the same as you see: We process the same way!
I am running BPC 5.0.502 (SP3) with the Patch 4 installed.
It is a single environment, SQL 2005.
It happened once under an excel 2007 client and also under an excel 2003 client.
