Lost e-mail address that is linked to my iCloud account

So a week ago my Iphone was locked and to unlock it I have to type my original iCloud account, which I still remember the ID and the password.
but when I log into it it says that my account was removed and to recover it I must reset my password.
Here is where I am stuck, I don't know the e-mail of my iCloud account so I can't change the password! please HELP

You say you still remember the ID, so that is the address you need to change the password. Go to http://appleid.apple.com, sign in and click 'Password & Security' in the sidebar. Answer the security questions, if set, and then click 'Edit' next to the password field. Save.
If you cannot get into the site to change the password you will have to reset it. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support.Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. Pretty much the the email that I used (but didn't verify) to create my iCloud account was hacked and now I can't remove it from my iCloud account due to the iCloud password also being changed by the same person and the fact I had "Find my iPhone" app on my phone also??? I had to change my iTunes email as well but that was far easier so yeah :S.
Please help. I live in NZ, out in the country, so reception is rare and so is getting into the nearest town that has an Apple Store.

If you truly change your existing Apple ID's email address to a new email address, follow these instructions: iOS 7: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud

If you are referring to adding a secondary account, to a single device, then you can do this at system preferences >mail, contacts & calendars.

Welcome to the Apple Community Lisa.
Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account. You may have already done this.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

If your Apple ID and primary email address do not match, or they match but the email address is unverified, you can edit them:

If you want to add and verify an email address that matches your Apple ID, follow the dialog box that says “Make your Apple ID and email address one and the same”. This automatically unverifies that email address from any other Apple ID for which it was previously verified.
If you want to change your email address to one that does not match your Apple ID, click Edit next to Primary Email Address. If this email address is already associated with another Apple ID, you will need to sign in with that Apple ID and delete it before you can add it to your preferred Apple ID.
If you have an @me.com or @mac.com Apple ID and primary email address, you cannot edit your primary email address once it has been verified. To change your @me.com or @mac.com primary email address to another email address, contact Apple Support for assistance.

Go to Settings>Mail, etc.>iCloud and delete the account. Then add in a new account with the details you want.

You can create an alias @icloud.com email address within your current account that will receive email in your current iCloud inbox (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mm6b1a490a). (@me.com addresses are no longer available as new addresses.) Just be aware that you cannot use an alias address later to create a new iCloud account or move it to a different account.
Also, even if you created a new iCloud account with a new ID, your existing purchases would not be lost. They are permanently tied to the original ID you used to purchase them. You can also continue to use the existing ID for the iTunes store; it does not need to be the same as the ID you use for iCloud.

How can I send email using two different email address that both link back to my one exchange account on my Ipad mini?
On my PC I simply have a master return email address and use a POP for the secondary address. Both are through the one exchange account without a problem. I need to be able to do the same on my Ipad.

Ah, I should have made that clear. My domain didn't come from google. It was purchased at and is hosted at dreamhost, but I haven't used their email servers in years - I just route everything through gmail. I actually have a bunch of domains (with websites).
Gmail has an option that lets someone with custom domains send (and receive) email through gmail using the custom domain once Google confirms proper ownership of the domain (to prevent spammers and such). Gmail has a setting for "send email as" which allows gmail to be sent using a custom domain as the sender. I'm pretty sure Apple's old mobileme had this feature too, but I didn't use it.

How do I remove e-mail address that appear in the drop down menu?

When I enter an e-mail address the system offers me choices. For most all of my address there are duplicates. Also showing up is e-mail address that were typed incorrectly.
When I go to Mail>Window>Previous Recipients there are no duplicates.
No dublicates in my contact list either on the mac,Iphone or cloud.
Anyone out there have any idea how to get rid of these duplicates or wrong e-mail address from the drop down list?

Control Click gives me choice:
Edit
Remove
Copy
Nothing about duplicate address
Even when I click on Previous Recipientd List there are not duplicates.
Am a missing a step?
