Lost extras for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire redemption code

I redeemed the code for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire that came with my blu-ray. The movie downloaded fine, but the extras failed with an error, and after multiple retries and a reboot, the extras download has completely disappeared from my purchases. How do I recover it?

I have been looking for The Hunger Games Books, but cannot find them to buy and download on from ibooks, are we limited to only certain books, or am I missing something

I accidentally deleted my digital copy of the Hunger Games. I didn't directly buy it on itunes. A code came with my The Hunger Games dvd so I used that and it downloaded it for free off of iTunes. How can I recover it?

Open iTunes on your computer. (You can download the latest version of iTunes here.)
Make sure that you have "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" enabled in your iTunes preferences by going to iTunes > Preferences under the Store tab. Then, click OK.
If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign In, and enter your Apple ID and password.
After you've signed in, click the Library button located in the upper-right of the iTunes Store.
Navigate to your iTunes library for the respective content type you wish to download using the content selector in the upper-left. Choose Music to download songs, Movies to download movies, and so on.
Locate the item or title you wish to download.
Click the download icon to download that item.
Note: The download icon for previously purchased movies is located to the right of the movie title. Wow! Purchasing a new computer and monitor should be a fun and exciting experience, and instead, it sounds like it’s turned into a complete nightmare. After review of its payment information, I found we collected only one payment. However, when orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization should show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled. From there, the authorization should drop off and the collection charge should appear. This is the case for your one charge of $1,051.69.
It also sounds like an error may have occurred when you initially attempted to place your order, resulting in one of your gift cards not registering properly and the order not being completed. Your card’s issuing bank doesn’t appear to have recognized this and pushed through the pending authorization. Ich habe gesehen in welchen Sprachen der Film erhältlich ist, und dass er iTunes Extras enthält. Was ich jedoch leider nicht auf der iTunes Store Seite sehen kann, ich ob der Film Kapitel enthält. Könnte mir jemand der den Film vielleicht bereits gekauft hat, bestätigen dass der Film Kapitel enthält (oder falls dies nicht der Fall ist, dass er keine enthält)?

I followed below steps to configure Oracle BI publisher scheduler on oracle 10g database.
1.Log in to BI Publisher as a user with Administrator privileges and select the Admin tab.
2.Under System Maintenance, select Scheduler Configuration.
3.Enter the database connection information for the target Oracle database and user.
Database Type: 10g
Connection String: jdbc:oracle:thin://<hostname>:<port#>:<oracle SID>
Username/Password for the database user
Database Driver Class: oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
4.Click the Test Connection button to make sure the connection information is valid.
5.Click the Install Schema button to install the scheduler tables.
6.Restart the BI Publisher application.
The Schema installed successfully.
But when I am starting the weblogic server I am getting below error and BI publisher application is not getting up.

Hi,
This errors occurs if you have configured some schema for the scheduler and configured it on BIP, but the configured schema is no longer available.
That is why I am suggesting you to replace the current quartz.properties file with the original file that exits during installation.
Then try to start the server, and see if the server starts without error.
After that you can try to configure the scheduler from BIP console.

It should not be a problem, as long as you are careful. Note the delete settings option when uninstalling firefox will delete bookmarks etc for ALL installed versions of firefox.
Firefox attempts to retain the profile information, that include bookmarks etc when updating. It may still be prudent to consider other backup methods not entirely dependent on firefox.
The firefox 4 beta will install by default in a slightly different location, you are then able to run either the current or the beta version of firefox. It is recommended you set up a new profile for the new version of firefox. see

Don't know if there is an option make the download window stay up, but you can bring it back with Ctrl+J then right-click on the download to open the folder it was downloaded to.
