Lost gallery

I seem to have become unhooked from my gallery. The Web gallery albums are still in iphotos left hand pane, and still accessible on the internet. When I go to iphoto's preferences pane, however, the gallery does not show up, just a spinning spoked ball. When I log on to .mac the gallery section says " you have no published albums" but they are there on the idisk.
I am loathe to delete everything from the idisk and upload hundreds of photos again.
Any other tricks I could use to get I photo to recognise my published albums?

a couple of thoughts
1 - if you allow photos to be uploaded to the gallery or via e-mail it takes (sometimes a long) time to check & sync the gallery to iPhoto - try turning the allow upload and e-mail options off if they are on
2 - anytime you make changes to the gallery wait till the little spinning sync symbol stops before you make more changes
3 - be sure your iPhoto is up to date - version 7.1.3 - each new version has has many gallery corrections and updates in it

here is the problem yesturday at night maybe 20H on panama, i was sending sms, after that the phone shut down like 3 or 2 time, i star the phone without sincard all was fine, few minutes i connect the charger i put bac the sim card and when i acces to the gallery the systems forlder are gone (theme,images,ect) the only folder was the one of the microsd
i was at firmware 6.65 RM495 was working great with 4Gb sd, after that of the star phone without sim card. i try to look for the missings folder with the oxycube they are gone, the memory of phone still say 20mb free of 26, but when i acces it say gallery 0,00kb.
i try to look for the back up that i was save on and usb but i dint find it and i dont have extra copy
i update the phone to firmware 7.91 thinking it maybe restore the folders but is still disappear,
now i cant listen music, neither access to the Media player, equalizer, (still can listen music pressing play) but cant access Equ.
by the other part the still:
*recive sms,
*call,
**the web browser is gone only left 4 extensions.
I want to know if there is anyway to get back the folders?

After I updated my firmware to 7.95 I can only listen to music by using the music buttons...Can't access equaliser nor the media player(''not enough memory error'') I've reinstalled the firmware several times already using nokia pc suite...Tried resetting the phone to its factory setting...None of these helped...So I'd like to know how to fix the problem too

Lost Links to MobileMe Gallery on iWeb after updating to Snow Leopard

I recently updated my OS to Snow Leopard. I appear to have lost all of my past iWeb links to my MobileMe Galleries. It is so frustrating. This is a lot of work from the past. All of the pictures still appear on Mobile Me Gallery but the iWeb site does not recognize them. The place where the pictures used to be now has a white box with text "Upload album or movie to MobileMe and then select it from this widget's menu." Why! When I try to use the MobileMe Gallery widget like I did in the past, it sees none of my galleries! Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Thanks.

Hi I just made one of my few visits to these forums because I had a problem kinda similar to yours. It was sending me nuts. Main indication of the problem was that when I went to add an album widgit it didn't show any of the albums I have in iphoto and no other fiddling back and forth republishing and the like fixed it. This was after working properly earlier in the day. I have just started to build a new website with iweb.
I then updated to the latest version of iweb, that is 3.0.1, and yes you guessed it, now its working fine. So just in case i thought i would mention what worked for me tho i see others with different fixes to the same problem. So this worked on my 2.4 MBP running 10.5.6 and iweb 3.0.1.

Lost my Web Gallery

Sometime after the last upgrade of QT and loading the latest Flash Player I seem to have lost the ability to load my web gallery pages in Safari.
They load in Firefox.
Anyone have an idea what might have happened?

I figured out the problem.
Simple >> I emptied the Cache on Safari.

After updating to PS CS6 I lost the "filter Gallery" option in Filters

After updating ps cs3 to ps cs6, I lost the "filter Gallery option in filters does anyone know why?

Lost quality in photo gallery

Suddenly, the quality of the photos in my photo gallery went from great to really bad. Does anyone know why?

If for the photos transferred from your computer, under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, deselect Sync Photos followed by selecting Apply followed by a sync. This will remove all photos from your iPhone with a warning message provided indicating this will occur.
Follow this by reselecting Sync Photos and the photos you want transferred to your iPhone followed by a sync to re-transfer the photos to your iPhone to see if this makes any difference.

Photo gallery lost after 2.2 update

Hi all! I received the 2.2 upgrade for my Moto DROID on 8/16. Everything seemed to be fine until the next day... my photo gallery of about 50 pics were missing!! I installed Astro from the market and I can see the 'files' but can't seem to figure out how to recover them. Found something on a different forum but was being told to "select them all and click delete". I realize I'm a techno-tard, but wouldn't 'deleting them' actually do just that?! PLEASE, PLEASE! Can anyone help?!

I have provided some information below that may be helpful in recovering the pictures on your device. You do not want to delete them as this may permanently remove them from the device.
Plug the Motorola Droid into your computer using the USB cable that came with your device. Once it is connected to (both your phone and computer), put it into the Mass Storage mode. I have provided that step in the article below: http://search.vzw.com/?do=viewdoc&id=27198
2.      Once the Mass Storage mode is enabled, it will create a drive for you to access on your computer.
3.      The photos should be in the DCIM folder under Camera. (***If they were downloaded images, they would be under the Download folder)
4.      Try accessing the files on your computer to see if they come up. (***If they do, try pulling them into a file on your computer (to ensure you have them physically). I would also backup anything else on the card that you could possible lose at this point.
5.      If the files show up, but you cannot view them, I would recommend removing and reinserting the SD card on the device. To complete this step, I have provided the instructions below:
****First unplug the device from the USB cable, and unmount the SD card. Select Menu > SD card & phone storage > Unmount SD card. Then follow the step below

Lost recipes in Recipe Gallery app.

I just bought new iPad mini 3. Recipe Gallery app no longer displayed any of my recipes. I made sure all data was in iCloud, ,I deleted app, reinstalled it, Still no recipes! Help! Sure don't want to lose all my recipes!

Gallery App Help/Lost ability to control whether to resize a photo when emailing

When emailing photos and using the Gallery App I had the option to resize or not. I could select a new size and select "Always" or "Just Once". I don't have the option anymore and I really need to get it back. What do I do?
Example:
I'd begin to compose an email and then I'd select add an attachment & it would take me to the list & I'd select "Picture" at the top of the list on the right hand side. It would take me to the Gallery App where I could select a photo. Before attaching it I would get asked if I wanted to resize it or not along with resizing options to select from. I could use for example like small, medium, and large just by selecting the toggle I wanted. It would also ask "Just Once" or "Always". I think somewhere I may have accidentally hit "always" when I was in a rush & I did not know it. Now all my photos are resized when emailing them and I don't get a choice. I want the choice back not having photos always resized.
I have an LG phone if that makes a difference.
What do I do? Please help!

I don't get an error message. The Gallery App automatically resizes the
photos when I try to email them. I had the option to resize or not resize
and it would come up as "Just Once" or "Always" and I could pick the size
of the phone like, original, large, medium, small. I like being in control
of the photos I email from my phone. I have not had any recent software
updates. Under About Phone it says phone name: VS980 4G LTE and when I send
emails it reads at the bottom "Verizon 4G LTE Smartphone"

Lost "Web Photo Gallery" Functionality!

I have custom "Web Photo Gallery" templates that I have used for years to present proofs to clients in an .html web gallery. These are no longer funbctioning in CS5. Using a third party solution is not an option unless it can use my pre-existing custom layouts. Running in 32bit mode defeats the purpose of upgrading to the theoreticlly faster and more robust CS5 and does not represent a useful solution. My intention in upgrading was to speed up my workflow. (And also leave behind CS4's eternally crashing Bridge.)
In another thread it was explained that it is not cost effective to correct this issue, but I feel misled. I was specifically told by sales that this functionality was present. I should have been made aware that in order to work, I would need to quit out and reconfigure the software to 32bit mode each time I wish to build a gallery; a solution that is no more helpful than opening CS4 and building web galleries there.
I need some sort of definitive solution that does not slow my process.

I feel your pain about Adobe.. I guess it has become normal to lie to prospective clients or even recurring clients..

Web Gallery Captions get lost

Love web gallery - spend time typing in all the captions to inform family and friends, wait for the upload, watch all the "pending" signs disappear, and then see the captions disappear once it's on the Gallery site.
Any ideas?
What am I doing wrong?
Do I need to speak to my machine nicely?

Others have had that problem also. A work around is to use this script to write the comments to the Title. The title is displayed in the web galleries. When you want the file names back just use the "Photos->Batch Change->Title to File Name" menu option.
NOTE: Before compiling the script in Script Editor remove the one occurrence of the character Å in the script.

TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 08 libraries and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.

Images in Gallery Lost

Hi, I need someone who could assist me. Im using Nokia 5800 XM tube.
Previously all my pictures can be viewed in Gallery (which is stored in memory card E:/Images) but after few days, when i upload new pictures it cant be viewed in Gallery. It's empty. But the picture are stored in memory card. i have tried few times to enbaling view picture in gallery but unable.

Well I just found the better solution,
(mac user only)
connect the mmc using card-reader.
until it mount on ur desktop.
open Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > click on the mmc > verify > or just click repair.

Are you still able to connect to your iTunes library under the computers feature. Have you checked your photo sharing options from the advanced menu in iTunes on your computer.
