Lost imessage after update.

Just updated my ipone 4 to 5.1 and now all messages have reverted to green even though Imessage is switched on. On both phones

iMessage stopped working for me after updating my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.1 over wifi. I did try powering off/on (first suggestion I heard), no difference. Turns out it was turned off in Settings, Messages. I didn't turn it off myself.

I can't back up my phone, they ask me to delete the back up, but I don't want to because I lost everything after updating the iTunes, How can I get back the back up?

Everytime I try backing up my phone, it says there's something wrong and wants me to delete the back up...But I don't want to delte the back up because I just lost everything after updating the iTunes, Is there any way I could get back everything from the back up?

Hm.. I never have problems with audio in Windows 7..
Just try this:
Please run the Sound troubleshooting tool by going to Control Panel -> Troubleshooting -> Troubleshoot audio playback -> follow the wizard to troubleshoot the issue.

How do I recover my lost tabs after updating to Firefox v33?

Problem: After update to v33, I am unable to restore my lost tabs and GROUP tabs from my previous session, which was last night at 6:38 pm EST.
Here are the steps that I have taken:
1) History > Restore previous session is greyed out.
2) I have checked to make sure that I had configured session restore by going to Options > General panel > When Firefox starts: > Show my windows and tabs from last time.
3) I have right-clicked on Firefox > Properties > Previous Versions. But since I never set up any sort of restore configuration, there were no previous versions available.
4) I have tried to look for the sessionstore.js file in my profile folder to replace it with my sessionstore.bak file because the date for that file was last modified at 10/14/2014 6:38pm. However, I can not find the session.js file and the only sessionstore-related files that I see are: session.rdf, sessionCheckpoints.json, sessionstore.bak, sessionstore.bak-20140923175406.
Please help! I had a lot of tabs. I don't want to go to History to find my tabs one by one because I also had GROUPs of tabs that I have not opened in a month or more and each group of tabs have many tabs in them too.

Hi magasx, I'm trying to understand the part about previous.js. That was not helpful because it wasn't an early enough version of your session? In your screenshot it is a very large file, and so is your recovery.js. Did you check the list of closed windows and tabs that appears on the History menu to see whether what you're missing appears there?
Your screen shot shows a 9MB file from March 22nd, it's the last one in the list. To try that file, I suggest copying it to a safe place, and then when Firefox is closed, renaming the current sessionstore.js file to sessionstore.old and copying in the upgrade...js file and renaming it to sessionstore.js. Then when you start Firefox, Restore Previous Session. Does that get you close?

I lost music after updating to iOS 7, iTunes can't find what can I do?

After updating my iPhone to ios7 I lost a lot of music in my phone and iTunes iTunes was updated too and music is still listed there but can not find.

I have the same problem which started after I upgraded to iOS 7. It works particularly bad on the iPhone 4. It is in "Loading iTunes Match" mode most of the time with no or very slow progress, and when it finally ends, the uploaded Playlists are never there, not one. "Loading iTunes Match" would restart again after leaving and restarting music, say 50% of the time. Not sure what really is being loaded and can't understand why it has to be reloaded so often.
I had a problem ticket with Apple Support, but the specialist asked for a series of screenshots documenting the start time of "Loading iTunes Match" and the eventual completion time. I told him to forget it because I had already spent too much time turning this and that on and off for so many times in so many days trying to listen to my own uploaded music and I did not want to fiddle around anymore. I have decided not to renew my iTunes Match service in November, and have since turned off iTunes Match on all my devices and gone back to syncing to keep things simple.
I also have Amazon Cloud Player which is working just fine for the purpose of having some kind of cloud access of my music. I will be renewing this $24 service this month for another year instead of iTunes Match.
Apple was supposed to be very good at software development, and for them not resolving a problem in a paid service since the rollout of iOS 7 is just disappointing.

Lost pictures after updating to IOS 7.

After updating my iPhone 5 to IOS 7, I lost all the photos that had been stored on the phone. That was six months ago, and I have taken many more pictures I don't want to lose, either. Is there any way to retrieve these images from an old backup without restoring my entire phone to that backup?

You should be importing all pics taken with your iphone to your computer regularly. Have you failed to do this?

If your iMessages get stuck during send, try:
1. Reboot the phone, if that doesn't work,
2. Reset your network settings

Lost Data after update 7.1.1 on 4s

after updating my wife's 4s to the latest 7.1.1 we experienced alot of issues during the update process we lost precious data and when the phone actually responded the WiFi wasn't working , was disapointed about this but at least I was able to have some functionality to the phone but I want to use the WiFi at some point so wondering if anyone had an idea on a fix for this.

I'm having some trouble on my 4s since i updated to 7.1.1 as well...
My Bluetooth is no longer active, when i go to settings -> Bluetooth i just see this screen :
(BTW, Sorry my iphone is set to Hebrew), and the circle keeps on turning forever...
So i tried turning Bluetooth on from the slide-up menu... and is says Bluetooth active for a few seconds,
and then it says off again...
i cannot connect to the Car BT speaker, ,my Polar H7 Heart-rate monitor ans so on...
So Please Apple, Give us a hand with this...

Iphone 5s will not send imessages after update

I updated my iPhone 5s to the newest IOS 7.1.2 and since that time it will not send imessages to anyone. I have powered off and on. I have reset the settings. I have checked to make sure that messaging is on. I have turned off messaging and then turned it back on. It was working just fine prior to the update. Anyone know how to fix this??

To resolve issues with sending and receiving iMessages, follow these steps
Check iMessage system status for current service issues.
Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and make sure that you registered iMessage with your phone number or Apple ID and that you selected iMessage for use. If the phone number or Apple ID isn't available for use, troubleshoot iMessage registration.
Open Safari and navigate to www.apple.com to verify data connectivity. If a data connection isn't available, troubleshoot cellular data or a Wi-Fi connection.
iMessage over cellular data might not be available while you're on a call. Only 3G and faster GSM networks support simultaneous data and voice calls. Learn which network your phone supports. If your network doesn't support simultaneous data and voice calls, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi on to use iMessage while you're on a call.
Restart your device.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings on your iPhone.
If you still can't send or receive an iMessage, follow these steps
Make sure that the contact trying to message you isn't blocked in Settings > Messages > Blocked.
Make sure that the contact you're trying to send a message to is registered with iMessage.
If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, back up or forward important messages and delete your current messaging threads with the contact. Create a new message to the contact and try again.
If the issue occurs with a specific contact or contacts, delete and recreate the contact in the Contacts app. Create a new message to the newly created contact and try again.
Back up and restore your device as new.

Lost iPhotos After Update

I lost my iPhoto pictures after updating to Mavericks. I manually updated iPhoto to 9.5 and it's still not working. Anyone know how to fix this?

What do you mean that you manually updated to iPhoto 9.5?
The iPhoto library is located in Macitosh HD/Users/user/Pictures/
You can manually associate a library with iPhoto by pressing & holding the Option key while launching iPhoto. If it does not automatically offer your default library, you can browse to the library.

Lost playlists after update

After updating to the latest itunes, I lost my playlists and music. When I open the old library using My Music in Windows 8, I see the music. How do I fix this? Is there a way to bring all the playlists back without having to recreate them? I have over 1100 songs!
