Lost iphone with no internet

hi i lost my iphone and it doesnt have internet on it. it has find my iphone and i cloud on it, is there any way i can track it or can apple track it.

To track it through iCloud Find my iPhone the phone needs to be connected to the internet. The same is true for putting it in lost mode and erasing it. When you say it had no internet, do you mean it was on airplane mode or with both cellular data and wifi turned off? If this is so, and you had a passcode lock and the setting to disallow the control center when locked, it is going to be very difficult for whoever finds your iPhone to get it back online so that it can be tracked.
Apple does not track iPhones and neither do most carriers. I hope you end up finding it by looking for it. Report it to the police, though. Perhaps they could track it through its imei number.

It is not an app. It is a feature of icloud and iphone. Did you set it up on the iphone itself BEFORE it was stolen? If not, then you cannot track it at all.
Change your passwords and report it to the police.

After I activate the iphone with an internet connection on my home computer, do I ever have to have internet on my home computer for my iphone to work? Like do I need the itunes store for my iphone if I'm never going to buy anything from it or can I just use the internet connection from my iphone? Because after I activate my iphone I was thinking about canceling my internet on my home computer because I'll have it on my iphone..would that work? Thanks!

As posted above me here. One of the Requirements for an iPhone is a PC and an Internet Connection.
1. iPhone needs Internet to communicate with the servers when you do any iPhone Updates
2. iPhone needs Internet to communicate with the servers when doing a restore
3. iPhone uses internet when you connect to iTunes to confirm you are an AT&T User so you can see your number in the Summary screen
Also if you ever want to put music, tv shows, podcasts etc. On iPhone most of this comes from the iTunes Store so that requires the Internet to download the content.
Also if you want to take advantage of WiFi in your home then you need active internet if you got a Wireless Router
If you do not use Internet on a PC allot, Check into a cheap DSL package and that should suite your needs for using the internet only when you need it.

Has anyone found their lost Iphone with Icloud succefully?

I recently had my Iphone stolen and my Icloud picked it up for a breif moment in front of someones house. I am from Illinois and it was stolen in Wisc. I had a friend go the house but it was a little old lady. Im pretty sure she did not live alone but my friend did felt a little uncomfortable even going to the door for me. When I continue to go on to Icloud it says my phone is offline but as of today I have been able to call it and it rings until my voicemail picks up. Before it would go to voicemail. Am I correct that there is a chance the sim card is still intact? I did put a lock on the phone so they are not able to access the phone except if they call the number provided by the "This phone is Lost" app I was able to us from Icloud. I am just looking for a little bit of hope that the phone could still be retrieved or brought online somehow before I completely give up home and have it erased. Any success stories or advice anyone has. I did call the police and have yet to get intouch with an officer to file a report but did get feed back that they could not go to the house without a warrent.

Lost iPhone with screen lock.

I lost my iPhone 5 with screen lock. Im 99% sure that I had set screenlock security & that if password was punched in wrong 10 times it would erase all data. What are the chances?. Should I still be concern about changing my app paswords such as (Facebook, IG, Snapchat, Yahoo, GMail, etc.) My wireless network said I can erase all data on my phone using iCloud, but not sure how...This is the first time i lose my iPhone. If you lost the iPhone without having turned on Find My Phone, the iPhone can be cleansed and used. If Find My Phone was on, then it cannot be broken. Tha said it is still a very good idea to change your passwords associated with accounts on your iPhone.

I lost my iPhone but had the Find my iPhone app installed on it. However, when I go to iCloud to find it, my phone isn't listed on the devices. Is there any way to find it now? Thanks for your help!

The find my iPhone app has nothing to do with finding the iPhone on which it is installed.
The app simply allows you to find your other iOS devices from your iPhone.
You would have had to turn on the the built in find my iPhone feature in settings on your iPhone, in order to be able to locate it. No app needed.

Nothing. The device was lost and locked. There is no way for you to unlock it without the previous owner. Turn it into local law enforcement and have them contact the previous owner. With Activation Lock, you will never be able to use the phone, and it does not belong to you anyway.

Recovering Photo's from lost Iphone with same apple ID?

I lost my Iphone a while ago,
then 6 months later my laptop crashed and could not be recovered (where my storage was of photo's etc)
anyway, I purchused a new iphone and i have the same apple id and itunes id.
I was wondering if I would be able to get back any of the photo's that were on my iphone that was stolen? like if icloud would of backed them up online or itunes or something like that?

Photo Stream only holds 30 days of photos on the server. See as you lost your iPhone over 6 months ago Photo Stream won't help. If you have a backup of the phone before it was lost you can restore that backup to a new iOS device and retrieve whatever was in the Camera Roll at the time the backup was made.
I assume you have no backup of your computer.
Just because the laptop doesn't boot doesn't mean information can't be retrieved from the hard drive.

Currently there's little that can be done, but according to the WSJ today there has been an agreement among US carriers to establish a database of lost phones to help prevent registering stolen phones on another account. This won't help you today though.

iCloud does not get "installed".
There is nothing to install to be able to track an iPhone, instead it's the User's Responsibility to sign into the device with an iCloud account and enable the Find My iPhone feature. Did you fail to do this?
