Actually i lost my ipad mini today and its cellular data mode is off.
But its wifi and bluetooth is on stil.
Can anybody help me to find it..

No, unless you had Find My iPad enabled on it then there isn't any way to try and locate it.
Have you reported it to the police in case somebody hands it in ? You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc., and if it was a cellular model also contact your carrier.

If you had "Find My iPad" enabled then you may be able to locate it. If not, you cannot locate it. If it was enabled then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com on a computer or the App "Find My iPhone" on another iDevice. Note: this will only work if your device is connected to a network and the device hasn't already been restored as new and/or "Find My iPad" has not been disabled on it. Note: Disabling "Find My iPad" is much more difficult in iOS 7.
If you think that your device was stolen rather than lost then you should report it to the police. In either case you should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

If you went to iCloud in System Preferences and turned on Find My and then registered it in iCloud you can login to your iCloud account, click Find My Phone and if the Mini is turned on,and connected to the Internet it should show up.
If it was not setup, is not turned on, nor connected to the Internet there is nothing that can be done to find it.

Unfortunately, you cannot locate your device if you did not activate "Find My iPhone" on your device.

In order for a device to be tracked, it must have the Find My iPhone service turned on in Settings>icloud. The Find My iPhone app has nothing to do with this, it is only an app that you use to find other lost devices, so if you don't have the app on the iphone, download it from the app store. Then use that to track your ipad.
If you have not turned on the service on the ipad, then you can't locate the device.

If the device is turned off it will not show up on the map at all unfortunatley. However as OrangeMarlin stated you can set it to lock the device next time it connects to iCloud. Good luck!!!!!!!

I lost my ipad mini and want to disable apps. How do I do that?

I didn't enable icloud and I want to disable or deauthorize my ipad mini. I cannot deauthorize all my devices because I already did it once this year and I don't understand how to deauthorize just one. Thank you.

If you didn't enable Find My iPad on it before it was lost then there isn't any way to locate or remotely lock the iPad.
The authorising/deauthorising only applies to computers, not to devices.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. My daughter lost her iPad Mini.

My daughter was given an iPad mini for Christmas. It went missing on Friday 31st Jan2014.
