I left my ipod in public bathroom, went back only few minutes later it was gone and it wasnt turned into the management! I activated the Find my ipod app, with the lost mode. what now? just wait hope and pray?

Then restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

I have activated the passcode lock on my iPad sometimes ago and now I foregot it, I entered several passcode but non was correct, now the iPad nis disabled and would not connect to the iTunes. what can be done to unlock my iPad?

When you say an email from Apply, do you mean that the sender is named "Apply"? If so, what is their full email address (e.g. [email protected])?
