Lost my Pre pouch, any idea how to get a replacement?

I lost my Pre sleeping bag (pouch) over the weekend. Today I visited the Sprint store and they couldn't help me. They directed me to the Palm Web site. But the Palm site doesn't offer the pouch as an accessory.
Not sure what to do now besides spend $14.95 on a "technical support" phone call to Palm.
Any advice?

what do you mean by "synced" ? itunes? or signed into his icloud?
if you mean itunes , you can go to edit preferences devices and see if you have any backups there if you do resorre the back up
if you mean icloud jsut sing back into your icloud account and your info should come back (contacts ect.)

Right click on or near one of the other headers and a pop-up will appear and you will be able to select the Basic Panel for viewing.

Went to update a game app this morning, had already hit update when the i os7 update screen popped went through with the ios update but after ipad restarted the game update is completely missing any ideas how to get the update back no luck so far

Not sure what you mean as it shouldn't have installed at all if it didn't meet the system requirements.

If the iTunes purchases are not in your iTunes library you can redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If you restore from backup, not that synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup and thus if those items are not in the iTunes library they can't be restored to the iPod during the latter part of the restore process.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
