Lost my repair sales receipt. How do i get this?

Hey all
A few months ago i sent in my iPad to apple to repair a smashed screen. During the process, a page came up with the sales receipt, but i could not print it because the computer i was on was not connected to a printer (i saved the web page, but now the format is all screwed up and i cannot view it properly)
The problem is, i cannot find the sales receipt anywhere. it was not emailed to me, nor can i find it anywhere on online on the apple website. Furthermore, i do not know which area of technical support to contact for this.
I need the sales receipt to claim insurance from my bank for the repair
does anyone have any suggestions?

What did you lose? You library or the application? Check in the Applications folder for the app and in your Pictures folder for the library which contains your photos. What's missing?
Also what system and iPhoto version are you using?

Front Row will not show up because it is not included in the Lion OS. If you need it you will need to go back to Snow Leopard.

Which os do you have? Which version of iPhoto did you update to? Did you check iPhoto's trash? Finder's trash? Did you repair permissions and restart your computer after updating?

Contact Apple and see if they can provide any documentation of the device swap.

Restore your media from the backup of the computer created prior to restoring the computer.
You did create a backup, correct? Not doing so would be extremely unintelligent.
iOS devices are NOT backup devices.

Synch your contacts back from whichever program on your computer you've stored them in (Outlook, Address Book) or from your cloud service.
Not using your phone as indended and didn't have your contacts on your computer or with a cloud service? Then they're gone.

Did you backup the iPad first? If you did - restore from the backup in order to restore the photos in the Saved Album on your iPad. If the photos were synced to the iPad, then sync them back again via iTunes.

If you did backup first, you will be restoring your most recent backup and you should be OK. But know that when you restore from a backup, you restore everything that is in that backup onto the iPad .... All documents, device settings, all data and so on. You cannot just select photos to restore to the iPad. It's all or nothing.

Apple could not tell you who else might be using your credit card, so there's no point in trying to contact them. All they could discuss with you is your own iTunes Store account, and if there's nothing in your purchase history, the charges almost certainly aren't coming from there. Again, you should take this up with your bank/credit card company and report these charges as fraudulent. They probably will cancel your card and issue you a new one.

The default about:home page in Firefox 4 doesn't give such features. You can set the home page to http://www.google.ca to get that possibility. The results page has a "Pages from Canada" link in the side menu at the left.
