Lost phone numbers and whatsapp (nokia206)

Hello,
This is my problem:
I saved my contacts to my sim-card. I lost my simcard and now the numbers are gone of course.
BUT, since i use whatsapp, I can still message the people of which I don't have the numbers anymore but with who i chatted in the past. So Whatsapp MUST know my lost numbers, otherwise it isn't able to send messages.
My question: how to I retrieve my lust numbers through whatsapp?

Whatsapp won't be knowing your numbers.
Now in Whatsapp, the contacts with whom you had a chat will not be having names but numbers.
You might want to try options - save contact.

Helo, i have a i phone and my husband too. If I put my Iphone into the computer and klik iTunes, it had sync automatically my Iphone, when it was finished, the menu was this same like from my husband. How I can get my Photos and phone numbers back???

Connect the iPhone to the computer it normally syncs with and sync it to put the content back.
If this was the first time the device was ever synced, sorry to say but you just lost everytyhing due to not paying attention to what was going on.

The update process DOES back up contacts and photos, unless you interrupted the backup. The manual tells you to sync contacts to an app on your computer, and to import photos regularly to your computer. So Apple DID tell you to back up, you just didn't bother to read it.
If you didn't sync yet (and even if you did) connect the phone to your computer, right click on its name, and choose "Restore from Backup". If there's more than one backup choose the one with a timestamp before you updated.

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

In the contacts app the information is as you have entered it. You can include the added information you want for the contacts. Open a contact and tap edit and add the information you want there and then tap done. It soulds to me like Facebook friends who have email addresses only have been merged into your contacts

iCloud should not have any effect on the programs you mentioned, did you mean that you upgraded to Mountain Lion or Lion in order to get iCloud?

It sounds to me like after updating the iOS on your phone, you no longer have your numbers documents and photos.
I would next restore from the backup you created that night whether it was with iCloud or iTunes.

Lost phone numbers from Contacts when syncing icloud ipad iphone outlook

I seem to have lost some contact numbers from icloud, ipad and iphone contacts and wonder if this was a syncing error with outlook to icloud.. can anyone help as these are business contacts. I also use Groups and CJournal on ipad too.

Contacts are not completely backed up as part of the iPhone backup. Only contacts necessary to back up your recent call and favorites lists are backed up, which often won't include all your contacts. (In fact, if the IT person backed up and then restored your phone from backup that may be how he lost many of your contacts.) Also, restoring from backup will revert all settings and data on your phone to those contained in the backup. If you want to try to restore from your backup anyway follow this procedure:
Before connecting your phone, open iTunes on your computer, go to Preferences, on the Devices tab check "Prevent…from syncing automatically"
Now connect your phone to your computer and import your photos to avoid losing any recent photos (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083)
Open iTunes and when your phone appears on the left sidebar, right-click on its name and choose Transfer Purchases (to transfer any recent purchased into your iTunes library)
Right-click on the name of her phone again and choose Restore from Backup, choosing the backup you wish to restore from
When this completes you can go back and re-enable automatic syncing if you prefers this

STUPID mistake last night. Accidently upgraded to ios7 on my iphone 4 and today I've spent all my time trying to get rid of icloud pop-up and setting my phone back up the way I had it. Then just a few minutes ago I realized all my contact names are still there, but any phone numbers have been erased.....hmmmm great job Apple. Just lost me on this update.

Unfortunately that sounds like a common problem 4 and 4S owners are experiencing. Like a sucker, I went and bought the newest 5S (I do love Apple) and my daughter inherited my 4S and after a slew of upload problems, we finally got it working and her battery drains a lot faster than when I had it.
Now she's complaining about it and I told her if she can afford the newest iPhone and her own plan to go ahead and get it. She's 21 now and should be on her own plan. I love her to death, but she can be so ungrateful sometimes.

Can we just change our phone numbers with our carrier and change email addresses on our phones so we get correct messages, with out disturbing our other apps?

The email is simple. Just delete her email acoount on her iPhone and configure your account into the phone and then do the same for her on your phone.
The harder issue is that to switch the cellular phone service you will need to switch the SIM cards and the two phones do not use the same size SIM card.
