Lost Photoshop Elements 10 Discs

I have torn my house apart but cannot locate my box and discs. I still have my serial number as I registered my product online, but I really need to get this installed on my new laptop. Is there anything I can do, a download somewhere perhaps, to get this up and running again?
Appreciate any advice!

I need to reinstall Photoshop Elements 5 on a new computer, but I lost the CD. I still have the CD case with the serial on it. I also registered my copy when I first bought it. Does anyone know if I can install the software online somewhere?

You can download the trail version of the PSE from Download Photoshop Elements products | 13, 12, 11, 10 and then provide the serial key to get the full version privileges.

My Mac won't read the Photoshop Elements disc - help!

Adobe Photoshop Elements will not load onto my Mac - the computer won't even read it. It just whirrs a bit and then ejects the disc. I have no problems with DVDs, CDs and Snow Leopard is read without any trouble. What is causing this? Please help! The disc is not faulty - I returned the first one thinking there was a problem but exactly the same thing is happening with disc no 2. It does load on to a PC (well as much as it can) so there is no problem with the disc itself.

Emma, as per what I have read above, this seems to be very weird scenario. To be frank, I dont have a direct answer as to why the DVD is not running properly on the machine and why does it ejects automatically.
But, I can suggest a workaround.
Can you insert the DVD on some other machine(Win/Mac), and copy the complete "Adobe Photoshop Elements 8" folder on some external drive.
Then attach the external drive to your Mac and copy the folder onto your machine say on the desktop.
If this much part can be done, then you just need to go inside the folder, and double click on Setup.app to launch the installer.

Retrieving lost Photoshop Elements Software due to PC crash

We had purchased Photoshop Elements 3 several years ago, upgraded to 7, and recently our motherboard died. The vendor where we purchased a new PC only transferred files and not software. We are negotiating with them to see if they will assist us, but in the meantime, if we reinstall Elements 3, do you have any record of our upgrade to 7? For the rest - your photos are just files on a disc. Other than building a catalog with metadata and thumbnails which you wil lprobably lose, there is nothing magic to it and you should be perfectly able to copy and move the files to whatever location you desire and view them in any other app like IrfanView, XnView, ACDSee etc.. If you can't do that, than probably the harrdrive is damaged as well and you need some file recovery tool get working...

My photoshop element disc have only folders

hi,
i update my pc window 8.1, and since photoshop element wasnt opening,
I had to uninstall photoshop elements 13 and since I can not reinstall it, because when I insert the CD
, there are only file on the CD , how I can reinstall photoshop ?

Some developers may not use DMG files. You may end up downloading an Application file itself. In this case, you can drag-and-drop the application file from your Downloads folder to the Applications folder. It will then be installed just like an app that was distributed in a DMG file.

I purchased and have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements for about a year and a half. It appears to have disappeared from my iMac. When I look in the Applicatons fold it says the 'kind' is Alias. Where might it have gone and how do I get it back?

I lost photoshop elements 9 to cyberspace

Prior to moving to my new home I had photoshop elements 9. I pushed the wrong button and it disappeared into cyberspace. I have tried every thing but couldn't find it.
do I need to buy a new one or elements 10?
Also didn't know at the time I purchased photoshop CS5 that I needed CS2 or CS3 to register or use CS5.
Do I need to CS2 to run CS5? Hate to spend all this money to buy older programs.

Only Elements 10 is for sale so that’s the version you’d need to buy. An Upgrade price requires owning a previous recent version. There is not a safe way to buy a previous version of Photoshop, either. Adobe will eventually black-list serial numbers of products you may buy off of Amazon Marketplace or eBay.

Lost Photoshop CS5 disc, still have serial code & need to install

Hi, I recently purchased a new Macbook. My last one had the Adobe Photoshop CS5 Photoshop installed on it that I purchased and recently failed on me. I moved to a new state for graduate school and left many of my things back home, including the Photoshop CS5 disc. I have the serial code on me, but I need to install the program again, and fast. How can I do this without the disc?

My hard drive crashed and was replaced and I lost elements. How do I get it back?

Was it preinstalled or did you install from a disc or download? What version?
I downloaded from Adobe, just access your account and download again.

Photoshop Elements 12 frustration. "Bar" kept saying "Initiating".

Mac version and I only use on occasion when I want to color balance with this program. When I was trying to use it, it would have a "bar" and would say it was initiating. Never got past that. I don't have a disc for it. Finally dragged it into the garbage hoping for the software to reinstall. But "No". I could not drag it back out and finally deleted. Called Photoshop and was referred to "chat". Went to chat and they referred me to forums.......... Pfffff. Because it's the old version which I upgraded Feb a year ago! I have a disc for a windows version but does me no good! In all!!!!!!!! This is my 2 purchase with one upgrade of elements!
I don't wish to argue this to death but simply figure that I will purchase again and hope that I can get a disc for it this time to avoid being at the mercy of this happening again.

Amazing! What a difference a person can make! So.... I chat again in Adobe chat but this time with a "sales" person and walla! I am now downloading my "lost" Photoshop Elements 12! It's all in how a person chooses to help or not help and Sander helped! Humbly thankful! Issue resolved!

Unable to install Adobe Photoshop Elements on Windows XP

Adobe Photoshop Elements disc came with my Olympus camera but never installed on my computor. I tried to install it but it will not accept the numbers on the disc. Are these the numbers they are asking for? I cannot find any other numbers.

The serial number for bundled versions is usually on the paper sleeve. Serial numbers are not on the disc itself. It will be a 24 digit number beginning with 1057-

Re - instating Photoshop Elements 7 and Premier Elements 7

I have had to replace my hard drive and have lost Photoshop Elements 7 and Premier Elements 7 how can I re instate them. I have contacted Adobe Technical Support but they said that they can only help with the latest version and I should ask on the Forum. Can anybody help the products are registered with Adobe?

You must follow the download instructions EXACTLY (for some strange reason many people think it is OK to ignore instructions 0, 1 & 2) or you will get access / authorisation errors.
