Lost pictures that were already on PC

After downloading the Verizon V Cast Media Manager, did anyone loss all the pictures that were original saved on their PC?  All my pictures are gone and all I see is a HTC Thunderbolt folder.  I am highly upset!

Whatsgood, thank you for sharing your issue with the community. I have not heard of an issue with the V Cast Media Manager erasing pictures that were already on the computer. Have you checked to see if the pictures are in your Recylce Bin or other folders on your computer?
