Lost Playlist Files - Can I....
Can i somehow download my playlists from my iPod so i don't have to start over?
Oops... PodWorks downloaded the music from my playlist but it DID NOT download the "actual" playlist file which is what i need - any suggestions as this program doesn't have much instructions or help.

Lost iweb files, can I reload them ?
I lost all my iweb files from my hard drive. I did however have them stored on my web server and my web sites were thus unaffected. I have decided I want to update one of the sites. I have opened iweb but cant figure out how to get the previous saved web site up to edit. I have downloaded the exact same folder I had stored on my server to my desktop.
Is there a way to bring my old site up to edit ?Paragraph 2.3 of this FAQ page gives some tips on how to use published files, graphics, photos, etc., to help rebuild the site from scratch:

...Only iWeb's Domain file can be opened in iWeb. See this Apple doc on How to back up MobileMe data. It says:
Any websites you have published with iWeb should still be available within iWeb. iWeb stores everything in a Domain file, normally located in the ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder (although it can be moved). If you no longer have this file, you can view your currently published pages and manually recreate them within iWeb, but there is no way to import published pages back into iWeb.
You can manually back up the Domain file, or use Backup to back it up.

Lost Keychain files - can I replace from Clone?
Greetings,
In my inexperience in dealing with the KeyChain Access application, I accidentally erased all of my keychain items. I would like to restore them.
I have a bootable clone that is recent, but is several days old so I don't want to restore the whole drive from the clone if I can avoid it. Can I simply copy some files from my cloned drive over to my primary drive to replace the data that I obliterated?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

TomSure thing, that's what the backup is for. Just go to your backup and drag 'n drop the keychain into your Keychains folder, say yes to replace the vacant one with the populated one.

So, I'm stupid and arrogant and didn't back up my computer
and of course my hard drive failed.

You uploaded the files using DW's FTP.
If so, now that you are up and running again, open DW,
recreate the site
definition, connect to the Remote site and "GET" the files,
bringing them
back down to your computer. -
I have an iPod Classic 5th Generation. I have not used it for about one month. When I turned it on, I had lost all my music and playlist files. The only thing left on the iPod was the music and audio books I have purchased from iTunes store. I tried to delete everything on the ipod by sliding the hold button and then pressing the center button and the menu and I saw the apple logo on the screen but the iPod wouldn't reboot. Any suggestions as to how I can delete everything on the iPod and then plug it into my computer to restore my music library? I am using a Windows 7 operating system.
Does both your Windows and Macbook iTunes have the same library of songs?
if it does then, much easier to proceed, else try to load the Macbook with the same library as Windows.
Note that only one of the Macbook USB port is good for iPod Classic, the other is too slow and may cause timeout, and I would suggest disconnect all other USB devices, while you Restore or Sync the iPod Classic.
Connect the iPod to the Mac, (if iTunes launch, please close it back.)
Use Disk Utility -> select the iPod Device->First Aid->Repair (use option FAT32)
After the Repair complete, eject the iPod.
Connect back to the Mac
When iTunes launch, Restore the iPod when Prompted, (use FAT32)
Sync your library.

I have uploaded an old itunes library by mistake - any way that I can go back to my previous library. Unable to do a system restore and I don't know where to find an up to date music/playlist file. See Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash. Hopefully you have a more recent library file that you can restore.

I replaced my hard drive and I backed up my files on an external hard drive but when I reloaded my iweb to my imac none of my files were on it so I can't make changes to my Published web site have I lost my files what can I do
By default iWeb keeps its data in (user)/Library/Application Support/iWeb in a file named Domain. Without this file you cannot proceed (other than by recreating the site from scratch using the published version as a reference) so you need to locate it on the original disk.
To confuse matters, Apple have hidden the user’s Library folder in Lion and Mountain Lion to casual viewers, in an attempt to stop new Mac users messing their machines up. To access it, in the Finder go to the ‘Go’ menu and hold down the Option (Alt) key; the Library folder will appear as a choice. -
I have lost my 'file,edit, ...' task bar from the upper left side of my LR screen. My upper left corner now reads something about welcome to Lightroom mobile. ( I have never had or used the mobile version and I can't use it anyway. ) When I push my mouse pointer up again the top of the screen the 'file, edit,...' does not reappear and stay as it has been doing for the last 3 years. How can I get it back? And, maybe what did I do so I can avoid this from happening again? Thank you. (I am not PC knowledgeable, please bear with me.)
Does the menu bar appear when you move your mouse pointer to the top of your display. If so then you could change the behavior of Lightroom via the menu Window->Screen Mode

my computer broke and i lost all files including ITunes. what happens to all the stuff purchased already. will this appear in itues when i download it agian? how can i save the music on my ipod and transfere it over to the new itunes?
Unfortunely, all movies and songs purchased in iTunes will be lost...you'll have to purchase them again! Any applications you've purchased, you can download again for free.
Music Rescue is a program you can use to transfer any and all data (music, movies, pictures..) from your iPod to your computer, and iTunes.

Lost iWeb file, how can I get it from web?
I have a iWeb webiste published, but I lost the file in iWeb. Is there a way to download the page from the internet and continue to edit it with iWeb?

Welcome to the Apple Discussions.
As you are learning somewhat painfully, iWeb stores all data created in the application in a single file, Domain. This file, by default, is placed on your hard drive in this location.
iWeb generates html as it publishes your site; it is not possible to import published pages back into the application. You will have to copy and paste as much as possible from your pages as viewed from a browser.
Make sure to back up this file from now on. Varkgirl has given us a great little automator app which can be downloaded free here. Use this app for duplicating your Domain file for backup purposes.

Lost files - can I get them off my published website?
I managed to delete everything when I installed Leopard yesterday. This includes the files I had on iweb that created my web page. My web page is still live - is there anyway I can download the files back on to my computer or will I lose everything?
thanksto rebuild your lost site you can at least follow this http://alyeska.altervista.org/en/iWebRetrieveWebsite.html as it will lessen the time you need to rebuild it, so follow what this link has to say, then once you publish and all looks good, make sure to make a backup copy of the domain file....!

I have lost the bonjour file, can I download it without having to uninstall and re-install iTunes?
just go to www.itunes.com and reinstall, the installer will ask you if you want to install or repair, select repair and that will install Bonjour for you.
