Lost pre-order reciept

Hey so I put down a deposit of $38 for the Elder Scrolls Unlimited Tameriel game the version that cost $100 overall but I lost my receipt. I had paid with a Best-Buy gift card (originally a game Evolution I had returned) which was tossed after the transaction as there was nothing left on it. Is there anyway I can reprint my receipt?

The store should be able to look up your pre-order using your information (name, phone #, email address) or the gift card number if you still have the card. If a My Best Buy™ account was attached to your pre-order, then the store should also be able to find it using the ID number. I was able to find your pre-order receipt using the email address you registered with the forum and have requested that a copy be emailed to you. Please keep an eye on your email account over the next couple of hours and remember to double check any spam/junk folders.

Lost Pre-Order Receipt

I pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto V for PC on Febuary 10th, back when I picked up my pre-orders for Evolve. Normally I keep all my pre-order receipts in a specific envelope, but I think this was one of a few times they stapled my pre-order receipt to the product page print out I brought in to easily reference what I wanted to pre-order.
Long story short, I can't find the receipt anywhere, I found the pick up receipts for evolve the day I went in there to also pre-order GTA V, but can't for the life of me locate the one for GTA, I fear I may of accidentally tossed it when I got rid of the product page print out.
Is there any way I can get another copy of the receipt prior to going in to pick up on the 14th?

I used to have a pretty good filing system for my receipts, but somewhere along the way, I stopped keeping good track of them. It hasn't bit me yet, but one of these days I'm going to be in a pickle. You ask a great question and I'm very happy to help.

Lost pre-order PlayStation 4 receipt!!!!

Hello, my wallet was caught in the washing machine and was wondering if there is another way for me to get another receipt? I know they told us not to lose it but this was an accident. Thanks !

I don’t think I’ve ever accidently washed my wallet, but I have definitely washed receipts, money and a chap stick once, so I completely know where you are coming from.
The store should have your information stored for the pre-order, but I would recommend stopping in to have them re-print the receipt for you.

I pre ordered destiny a while back and have lost the receipt. How would I get it again before release?

I can only imagine how excited you must be for the launch of this game! It looks incredible and I think Bungie may have topped themselves with this one. Obviously, you are going to want to have your receipt handy when you pick it up, so I would be glad to help!
I was able to locate your pre-order receipt info and have requested that it be emailed to you. However, just to cover all the bases, I will also send you a Private Message with the Customer Service Pin as well, in case you want to get a reprint at the store if that email doesn’t come through. Make sure that you also check your spam/junk mail folders for the email in case it gets directed there.
You can check your Private Messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.

In list view, select the album column. To choose which columns appear, select an item on the left side of the window (a playlist, for example), choose View > View Options, and select the information you want to see. You can also Control-click a column heading to select columns to display.
The column selected determines how tracks are displayed. For example, clicking the "Name" column displays all tracks in alphabetical order; clicking the "Album" column displays the tracks in album order; clicking the "Date Added" column displays the tracks in the order that they were imported into your library. Columns also have a disclosure arrow at the right of the column (when selected) that you can click to reverse the order.

Missing points from a pre-order?

I sent this in a PM to Aaron but I'm posting it here so it doesn't get lost in the mix.
I really hope you can help. I'm a GCU member. I pre-ordered four games this month and followed through on purchasing all of them. My purchase on 11/18 did not apply the rewards points as I believe it should have and phone service has been of no help. Here are the details:
On 11/11, I put $17 each ($34 total) down on Grand Theft Auto V and Dragon Age: Inquisition. As a Gamer's Club Unlocked member, I pre-ordered both to make sure I would receive the $10 certificate for each game (I not know only GTA was eligible). On 11/18, I followed through and purchased both games. At the time, the teller mistakenly rang up "The Great White Shark" DLC for GTA V for $19.99 and then processed it as a return to void the transaction. I received both games, having paid $47.99 for each, but obviously not the mistaken DLC.
Today, I noticed that I was only attributed 230 points for the 11/18 transaction (the total on my account reads $123.65 but includes the mistaken $19.99), which, as you know, isn't even enough for $5 certificate, much less a $10 certificate.
The phone representatives I've spoken to on the phone have told me, at different times, that a) 230 points is all the two pre-orders will provide; b) that I'll only receive one $10 certificate; and c) that I won't even see the points for 15-30 days, which wasn't the case for the first two games.
Please help! You seem like you know much better how the system works than the reps in the call center. Also, the 11/19 certificate that my account says was issued was not received at my gmail account, in any of the folders, including spam. Is there a way to access this on the website or to prevent it from "auto-issuing" so I can just claim it?

As you have confirmed that the purchase is on your My Best Buy account, you should be all set to receive your "Get $10" points. These can take up to 20 days to post to your account, and promotional points do now always appear as pending before they post to the account. As our contact center agents confirmed, please allow a full 20 days from the date you picked up GTA: V to see your points in your account. If you don't have them after that time, please let us know and will be more than happy to review your account to see what is happening.
When certificates are issued, points are first pulled from your account, then the certificate is generated and an email is sent to you advising you of its availability. There is typically very little time between these two occurrences, but in some circumstances it may take up to 24 hours. You should be able to find your email today, but if you intend to use the certificate in-store a cashier can simply attach it to the purchase when they look up your membership on the transaction.

I pre ordered and album and an early release song was added to my music. However it says complete pre order and if i click that it says "Already Purchased". None of the other songs on the album will downloaded onto my music either. Help

I preo ordered the album "Lost Isles" by Oceans Ate Alaska and the first early realease song, "Floorboards" Was instantly downloaded into my music library. However, today, a new song was released early called "Blood Brothers". It hasn't been downloaded into my music library and will let me purchase it for 99p. The album also says next to it "Complete Pre Order" but if I click that it just says "Album already purchased". Please tell me how to get the album without having to individually buy each track when they are released, costing me at least another £7. :/

I was searching, but none of the topics came up with this. I know if we pre-ordered it before it was lost we get the $20, will we get the GCU 20% on new games when we pick it up?

When we announced the Gamers Club Unlocked enhancements, including the 20% discount on new games, we provided an FAQ here on our forum. One of the questions was regarding existing pre-orders. Find the whole article here, but please see below for the answer to your question.
Q: If I have already pre-ordered games, will the 20% off be applied to those orders?
A: This will depend on whether you placed these pre-orders in-store or through BestBuy.com
In-Store:
If you pre-ordered in-store, you will receive the 20% off benefit as long as you are an active Gamers Club Unlocked member when you pick up your pre-order. You will need to ensure your My Best Buy account is added to the purchase when the game is picked up.
BestBuy.com:
If you pre-ordered on BestBuy.com for either Store Pickup or shipping, we are not able to add this benefit to your existing order. You will need to either cancel and re-do your pre-order or return and repurchase the game once it is fulfilled to get the 20% off. To receive this benefit going forward, you will need to ensure that you are signed in to your BestBuy.com account when you place an order and have your My Best Buy account linked to your BestBuy.com account.

Reward Certificates And Pre Order Cancel

Hello. I previously pre ordered Evolve using a 10 dollar reward certificate. I hardly cancel pre orders so this has never happened to me. I was wondering if I canceled it would I lose the 10 dollar reward certifcate? I pre ordered it awhile back so I'm sure it's expired. I plan on ordering another game right away with it and the money I had down on the pre order. I've completely lost interest in Evolve. After seeing the all the future dlc costs I don't care much about this game anymore.

Thank you for taking the time to post your question to the forum.
While the $10 certificate you applied to your Evolve pre-order may have expired, the point value ($10 = 500 points) should repost to your My Best Buy™ account 3 to 6 business days after you cancel the pre-order. The certificate would have been considered fulfilled when it was applied to the pre-order, so the expiration date should not come into play.
If for some reason you do not see 500 points repost to your account after 6 business days or if you placed the pre-order on BestBuy.com and want help cancelling it, then please feel free to send me a private message and I will see what I can do to help. Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. One Month Since I Pre-Ordered My iPhone 4s

It was about a month ago. I strolled into my local Best Buy and placed my order for the new iPhone 4s. It had finally come to the Sprint Network. I was excited. I pictured myself getting lost in DC with only the snarky, smart @$$ voice of SIRI to guide me safely home. On my way, I would use my Urban Spoon app to checkout local restaurant to grab a bit to eat. I couldn't wait until October 14. I even took the day off. It was just like Christmas. I remember getting up early that morning, taking a shower and heading out to College Park. I was in so much of a hurry, I didn't check the time. I stop off at the local dinner to grab a sandwich. I walked through the door at 10:05am and give the sales clerk my receipt. And that's when it happen...........nothing!!! Happy One Month Pre-Order iPhone 4s Anniversary!!!

Happy 1-Month!!! How many of your friends got their Iphone 4s' while you are unable to get your own? My boss even got his before me, safe to say he got his at an Apple store. No longer will I go to Best Buy for Apple phones.

I pre ordered an ipod nano (7th) 2 days ago by "guest checkout" and still dont have a confirmation email... how do i know if the order is in or not..

i just came from the apple store and bought a gift certificate, so i can pre-order it, witch they told me i cold pre-order the phone after i told the i have a business account they told me it was ok, but when i call att they tell me that i can only get it from them i need to call apple over the 1800 to be sure.

att is telling i can only pre-order 1 phone per house old , per account, but apple is telling me 2 per costumer, im so lost.

If your purchase was recorded on the iBook Store server, you should be able to simply select them from the store and re-download them. When you "repurchase" them, you'll get a notice from the store that you previously purchased them, and they'll download without charge. Note that preorders are only charged when the download begins, so preorders lost and not downloaded are null, and not billed to you.
