Lost product code

I cleaned my hard drive, and when i started to reinstalled my Final Cut Express, i ralized that i lost my product code. Is there anyway i can possibley retrieve it.

Call Apple customer service. They may be able to help.
Also this is a good reason to keep a list of all your software serial/registration codes somewhere. I have a notebook where I keep all that info. You might want to give it a try. It's been a lifesaver for me quite a few times !

I purchased the web and production suites student edition (cs6) about a year ago. I installed and registered them without a problem. I recently had to "refresh" my windows 8 pc, when I turned it on, I was greeted with no adobe programs which are essential to my work. You can download the software from the website and then type in your old serial number to activate it... that is, IF the installer database will work with your operating system. I am having problems reinstalling CS4 with a new computer running on Win 8.1. When I called customer support, they told me a whole lot of nothing for 45 minutes and then directed me to a chat session. After about 30 minutes on chat, I was basically told they don't offer support for older products. The website says "no known issues" for installation... but that very well may be because they are unwilling to record the issues when someone calls to report them! Good luck with your install. I wish I had CS5 at this point, as it appears there is still support available for it... but you are on the bubble timewise for that to continue. Other downloads

- it worked nearly a year
suddenly it says its a test version and i have to enter the product key
- i lost the key
- and no mail with it
- i have only the product code

Windows 7 Home Basic is built with OEM computer, also the key is accompanied with the computer. Could you tell me how can you get the key?
To fix this issue, you can try the phone activation service , please follow these steps:
1. Click Start then type”slui.exe 4”.
2. Press Enter on your Keyboard.
3. Select your Country and click Next.
4. The wizard will display a Toll Free phone number. Leave the wizard open on the computer and call that phone number.

I don't have my product code that came with the box that I ordered online, all I have is the box and the disc with CS6, how do I get a hold of the product code that came with the box?

Lost product key code

can anyone tell me where I can find a product code for an Adobe photoshop elements 1.0.1? It came as part of a bundle of software for my computer.
Sadly, quite recently I had to reinstall everything, as the computer crashed; but in doing so, I now have no product key code to reinstall the software!
So I'll be interested in what there is I can do to fix the problem.

The problem with that is even if she has PSE installed on another computer the last four digits won't be displayed in Help<System Info....Serial Number. Besides, it sounded to me like the poster reinstalled his/her OS...

If it isn't registered but is on another computer, regedit (Windows application...on XP call it up using RUN) can be used to find the missing four digits. Error while approving change document(TR lost project code)

I am having issue in change document approval, when we are approving change document for unit testing or if release management approving change for pre-production or production approval, we are getting error, I started coming from last two days only,\
when I did detail analysis, in all transports project code related to change document, disappear
although if I create new change document, project code appear,
Do we have way to solve this issue?, I even not able to decouple the transport from change document, it giving error, do we have way where we can resync change document and transport?

Do anyone have some solution for this issue?, it is bigger than I thought, I can check it impacted all systems, and all transports, all transports seems to issue they lost project code in it we rollover maintenance cycle last week and this problem started from their, we put charm master note and few other charm fixes(notes) last week,
this problem not coming any new change document, but all change document created before rollover impacted

Lost activation code

I have Photoshop CS-6 installed and registered. I recently updated Adobe Camera Raw. When I did, it somehow reset the Activation dialog and I must now enter my activation code again. However, I have had this program for some time and have lost the code. Since I have registered this product ont this computer previously, Is there a way to retrieve my activation code?

My product code does not work because I had to rebuild my computer

My computer had a virus, so I had to rebuild it and lost all my information. When I tried to reinstall Photoshop Elements 7 and enter in the product code, it wouldn't work because I had previously used the code on my same computer before it was rebuilt.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
In theory if you clean up thoroughly the next update should go smoothly.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

The 6131 is updateable by PC at the end! It's a good news since the fw 3.50 cannot update itself over the air, am I wrong?
And a better one will be the support at the 6131 sold in italy by TIM (99% of total?)!
Where are the 3.70 and 5.50? The TIM branding is merely a theme, isn't it?

i happen to have got my hands on a 6131 TIM version (a friend gave it to me since i lost my 3110c). the problem is the interface and perticularly the music player is quite different. Just wanted to know if someone knew if an update for the 3.50 is available? i tried downloading the NSU but it keeps telling me no updates found? but i know the firmware for the 6131 got to 5.50 and possible 6 something...

it has been out for a while, for other product codes, perhaps not yours yet or do you have a branded/locked phone to the network? that might be the reason why you can't update. if your phone is unlocked unbranded then it is a matter of time for your product code to receive the update. i updated mine few weeks ago with no issues.

I have several issues with the N73 OS example cant delete emails and frequent crashes I checked with the update software and read this board so I hope some one can advice me of a updater to fix this small but annoying issues.

If your problems are so severe you should either get over to an NSP and do the update tyhere (You'll get V2.0628.0.0.3 at first and there's a huge chance that you can then update to v3.0368.0.0.1 from there) or just go over to your reseller and claim warranty. I have never yet had any of the problems you pointed out. Just today, I couldn't get my phone out of the Offline mode (first time since I've had it) and had to reset it using *#7370#, which means I had to restore a back-up for it... But because I knew this was to happen just CREATED a backup first, so that no data would be lost at all. However, if such a thing happens again I might go and claim warranty as well...

I'm trying to install my CS4 Master Collection so that I can upgrade to CS5 but my product code won't allow me to continue. I only have it installed on one other computer. It doesn't provide an explanation, it only shows a red "X" after the code that I enter. Should there be an explanation? Thanks.

you need to use your cs4 mc serial number, Find your serial number quickly
and you don't need to install cs4 to install a cs5 upgrade. you can start with your cs5 install and you will be prompted for your cs4 serial number, after entering your cs5 upgrade serial number.

Product code is not working

i bought lightroom 4 today (the student version), installed it and wanted to type in the product code and got kind of confused.. my product code is XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (X=letters,numbers) but what i need to type in is six times four numbers or letters. so my product code that is written down is 2 numbers or letters short. i did try to type in in whatsoever but it did not work. thanks for the help
