Lost pse7 serial number

I uninstalled PSE 7 because I had a missing folder and wanted to reload to see if I could find it. I knew I had the program disc but I had forgotten that I had to have the packaging for the serial. I also have the same program on my laptop. Is there someplace I can look in the program for my serial? I purchased it from a store (no adobe) so I don't think I can get it from the original distributor.

Did you register your software with Adobe? If so, log if you aren't already click the banner at the top that says "Your account"select<View product Registrations<View Adobe branded product registrations.
If you didn't register it, there's an about.com article that says Belarc Advisor might be able to pull that key up. I've never used this program so can't say if it's good or bad. Here's the about.com article with a link to the Belarc Advisor site included in the article.

BTW, I don't think you can find E7 in the registry...E2 yes but they changed that to where it's more hidden. I haven't seen anything pointing to where that key is stored on your machine so you could look it up on the laptop where it's already installed.

Lost CS3 serial number and email I used from that purchase is no longer valid, now I cannot reinstall my CS5 after wiping my hard drive clean from a computer problem.

Bought CS3 about 7 years ago under an email address that's been closed for many years and I lost the serial number from that old CS3 and now after doing a clean wipe of my hard drive after some computer glitches, I can no longer install CS5 upgrade as I cannot produce the CS3 serial number. No monkey business, I've been using CS5 since 2011 when I bought it directly from Adobe. What are my options?

Did you ever install and register it? If so, you can find the serial number by going to the main page of adobe.com and looking for My Adobe (it was up by the search box on the upper right the last time I looked, but it moves around). Work through the links there and you can retrieve it from adobe's records. You might want to consider writing it on the disc itself for future reference.

How did you purchase “Photoshop #11”?
If you installed and registered your software at some point in the past, then your serial number should be online at www.adobe.com in the My Account area that lists registered products.
If you purchased your software from Adobe.com as a download then there may be an order receipt in your order history in my My Account area that could have your serial number.
If you purchased PS from a retail store then perhaps they have something that would help you.
Adobe is not in a position to give away software so merely asserting that you have a disc (which contains something that could also easily be downloaded for free) probably isn’t going to be enough. Do you have the box or the receipt?

Do you have the receipt? If you have proof of ownership, you _may_ be able to persuade Customer Support to help you out. I imagine you would need to scan and email that proof if it works at all.
