Unfortunately have I lost my receipt from my visit in Washington.
I was there 28 aug 2013.
How do I turn to get a copy?

I’m not sure where JD was in his search for your receipt, but I was able to locate the receipt with the information you sent him in your private message. I’ve requested that this receipt be emailed to you at the email address on your forum profile and you should hopefully see it in a few hours. However, it can take up to 24 hours to send, depending on how busy that department is with requests.

After you have finished, you can re download your iTunes purchases without having to re purchase.

Backup do not contaiuns music or apps, you will either need to resync them from your itunes computer, or you can go to purchase history in itunes or app store app and go to purchase history and redownload them.

I recently purchased a video from the itunes store and successfully downloaded it to my ipad2. After syncing my ipad , the movie was lost and Videos App only shows Rentals, Podcasts, Music Videos, what happened to my purchased videos, please help

I recently purchased two videos from the itunes store. I downlooaded them both successfully to my ipad2 Videos App, the next time I synced the ipad the Movies title was erased and the remaing titles: Rentals Podcasts & Music Videos were left, what happed to the Movies title? There is a few events where I could see this happening...
It's possible if you computer is not authorized with your iTunes Store account it may not have transfered your purchases from the iPad to the computer. To check, Open iTunes> Select the "Store" menu along top of the program and select Authorize this computer. Sign in with your AppleID and password, this will make sure your computer is authorized for the future so you can transfer purchases from your device.

However, if your Movies are missing now you'll need to request to redownload or "regrant" them. Please send an email ticket into iTunes Store via...

Select "Video Purchases" in the grey boxes, then "Lost or Missing Items", then click the link to "Email Us" on the right. Fill out that form and the folks at the iTunes Store should get back to you less than 24 hours.

Thanks petermac87...but for some reason, the only purchases showing are OS. So assuming iPhoto is in Mountain Lion, I was hoping to look under Hidden Items there as you suggested, but there is no option for that. Only option is to download Mountain Lion again, not iPhoto specifically. Any ideas welcome!

After downloading an app from the app store, all net access is lost until wifi disconnect/reconnect

Hi everyone,
iPhone 4s upgraded to ios 6. After downloading an app, any app, from the apps store, I lose all internet connectivity. If I then disconnect and reconnect to wifi, I regain internet access until I go to the app store again. I've tried just about everything I can think of, reset network connections, full restore back to ios 6 then reinstall all apps, still occurs.
Ideas?

If you're not able to do backups, that is likely a separate issue and something that you need to resolve soon. This isn't normal, so try to get that fixed before you have more severe data loss.
Why downloading an app blows away your other apps is a mystery, but if you have no backups on your computer then re-syncing would re-load the "missing" apps, but no data to restore so that's why you lost it. The app data might be somewhere on the phone, but this is not accessible since the phone was designed to sync and backup to iTunes. Since that isn't working, you really don't have any recourse to get the app data back.
I would recommend searching the forum as to why you can't do a backup, and if you can't find answers then start another thread on that topic.

You can view your full purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
On your phone you can view recent purchases (the last 90 days I think), and optionally contact iTunes Support if you have a problem with a purchase, via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

You won't be able to buy Pages from the Mac App Store on 10.6.8. You need to reload it from the original source.
