Lost receipt paid with gift card help!

Hi i made a purchase at best buy in round rock, tx on 5/05/2015 and i cant find my receipt! my 15 days is almost up please respond asap!

As jxs2 mentioned, the store should be able to look up your receipt in the register if the purchase was attached to a My Best Buy™ account. I was able to find the purchase using the information you provided above and have requested that a copy of the receipt be emailed to you, so keep an eye on your email account over the next couple of hours.

How to verify billing information when you are under aged and did not put a credit card in cause you only buy with gift cards?! HELP

Hi Everyone.
My sister and I have been having problems with our ipods. We both have the touch and because our dad bought both our ipods and our ipods were under the same name it was starting to sync eachothers music to each ipod instead of seperate. we also wanted to use 2 different credit cards. so we thought the best solution would be to just create her, her own account. Everything went smoothly and i realized there was an option to not add a credit card, being that shes under aged and only buys with gift cards anyway. Now im struggling because i entered her gift cards into her acount and every time she goes to buy a song it says confirm or varify billing information. I have tried re entering her account info, i tried adding a credit card, ive tried several things and it is not allowing me to varify the account and will tell me that my requist is unavailable at this time....
does anyone know how to fix this problem soo she can buy songs

Unfortunately if you are having issues with your iTunes Gift Card and you are going to contact iTunes Store Support to have it looked into you will need to provide images of the front and back of the gift card along with an image of the receipt where it was purchased from or they will likely be unable to assist you in getting a new code to work. If the Card was accidentaly redeemed to a different account by mistake or something along those lines then they should be able to assist you without the receipt however, You cann conact the right Support group from the link I've given you below.

iTunes -> iTunes Store -> iTunes Cards and Codes -> and choice whatever issue you are running into.

Setting up two iPod Touches on one account with gift cards for app and in-app purchases

I have multiple devices on one account - 2 iPod classics, one iPhone 3G and two recently acquired iPod Touches for my 8 year old boys. They want to make in-app purchases (for Dragonville). They each have their own gamecenter ID. I want to set up each of them with gift cards for their purchases. Is this possible?
If not, what is the recommended approach to manage all devices in one place while allowing individual devices to have a seperate payment mechanism?

Create a NEW account/ID for her using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

Use the new ID on her iPod but only for:
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive
Settings>FaceTime
Settings>GameCenter
and Settings>iCloud if you want her to have separate Contacts Calendar and some other things.
Continue to use the same/common Apple ID for Settings>iTunes and App stores so you can share purchases.
To make sure you only sync the media yoo want, configure iTunes syncing so that only checked media is synced to the idevices.

Connection issue with Gift Card

Hi everybody,
I have a problem when trying to connect to iTunes Store to redeem a gift card. Whenever I push button "use code" (please apologize for translation: I'm using the italian version), I get a message saying that iTunes Store could be busy and I should verify Internet connection.
But when I run iTunes Diagnostics everything is OK.
The issue won't happen (I think) if I buy a song normally.
I'm using the newest version of iTunes (7.3.1.3) and I've de-activate Widnows Firewall but the problem still occurs.
Do you have any suggestions?

Gift cards are always awesome to purchase, and even better to receive! I’m sad to hear that you seem to be having continued issues with one you may have purchased from us. Generally speaking, we can usually resolve the issues with gift cards, especially if they are Best Buy gift cards.

Can you buy from iTunes with gift cards rather than use a credit card?

I have given my 17 year old nephew an ipod for his birthday and as he doesn't have a credit card can he use gift cards to buy from the iTunes store without one? Do you have to have a credit card to open an iTunes account? I wanted to give him a gift card to start him off with the iPod as he doesn't have many cd's to load on to it.

Yes, he can create an account and make purchases with gift card.
When he gets the gift card, have him open the iTunes store and click on Redeem at the top right under *Quick links*.
Input the card number then select *Create new account*.
Input the personal info and when it gets to credit card info, select None.

If you lost the card itself, then just as if you lost cash, it's gone and there's nothing you can do. If you still have the card and just can't read the number, then see this support article:

Sorry, but from reports it appears that the feature to email gift certificates has been disabled, probably due to the recent counterfeiting scheme that came out of China. For now, anyway, if you want to send an iTunes gift, you'll need to purchase an iTunes card and mail that to the recipient.

I don't know what you mean by that. iTunes gift cards are available through the online Apple Stores in those countries where iTunes cards are available and often from other retailers.

I got a gift card as a gift, thing is I don't have a credit card so I can't make an Apple account. Does this make the gift card useless, or is there some way I can redeem it?

Go to the main iTunes Store page (within iTunes), click on the "Redeem" link on the right side of the page, click "Create Apple ID", and enter in the code from your card when requested. You should be able to create an iTunes Store account for your child without needing a credit card. You'll just need an email address for him/her to create the ID, though it can be a "temporary" one that you don't intend to really be used. You can change the email address to which receipts are sent to an account you really wish to use.

Itunes, family share, gift cards help

My son received an iTunes gift card for his birthday (he is 10).
we are on the family share thing & I am the organizer. I pay for everything...
I have to approve to buy his purchases. So I added the iTunes gift card to my account.
And there it sits.
I have approved several of his purchases yet it does not come out of the $50.00 account credit.
The approved purchases are being charged to my credit card that is tied to my account.
How to I fix this? Is it possible? I want it to come out of my iTunes credit of $50.00 not my credit card?
I am starting to assume that there is a different way to have redeemed the iTunes gift card that would of gone directly to his apple ID yet I would still have to/ be able to approve all purchases.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
Here is an article that provides information on purchases and payments within Family Sharing. Particularly notice the sections "Making purchases" and "Approving purchases with Ask to Buy".
When a family member initiates a new purchase it will be billed directly to your account unless that family member has gift or store credit. First, their store credit will be used to pay the partial or total bill. The remainder will bill to the family organizer's card.

You can turn on Ask to Buy to require approval for purchases initiated by any family member who is under 18 years old.*
