Lost Red Pigment Colour???

Hi,
I had been having problems with my tv/monitor (Hisense 19" LCD) then realised it was a bad connection with cord that was causing disturbance to screen.
While trying to work out the problem I performed a 'Factory Reset' through the TV settings while I was using the TV as my PC monitor. During the reset I saw my monitor screen adjust size.
After performing the factory reset my monitor appeared to have a green tint to the colour looking like a green filter had been put over it.
I tried the TV with my PS3 and colours were not affected with it or with normal TV function.
It appears the TV factory reset has affected my MSI NX 6200 TC graphics card as it is only the computer that has the problem.
I have also tried unistalling and reinstall the software and drivers for the card but it has not fixed the problem.
I have also discovered through using the Nvidia software setup that wduring the step 'Adjusting Gamma' the RED colour adjustment bar is black (should be red) , but the blue and green show as the correct colour. This explains why the screen looks green as the RED colour is missing.
HAVE I COOKED MY GRAPHICS CARD or MOTHERBOARD???
Is there anyway to fix or reset the graphics card so the red pigment can be restored.

yep tried desktop there no 32bit choice, as for memory i got 256 single sided in slot one and a double 256 in slot 2, i cant stick any thing in slot three as if i try i cant boot, what if i try swaping them around?

Lost red

Yesterday screen lost red. All things pure red now are black so screen (Toshiba) now shows everything in shades of blue, yellow and some shades of green. The Toshiba flat screen has worked perfectly with the G5 1.8 Ghz Power PC for a year. TV picture has normal color. Connected a dell laptop through same cable and picture is normal. Happened all of a sudden and appears this way from a cold startup.
Guess is that part of the hardware died. Otherwise computer is running normal.
If you agree that it is a hardware problem. Is it the video/graphic card(I assume that is the same card whether you call it graphic or video) what replacement would you suggest?

If the same display connected to the Dell laptop using the same cable works properly, it is probably a problem with the NVIDIA card.
You can try turning off the computer and disconnecting it from power. Then, remove and reseat the video card.
Some display parameters are stored in PRAM, so you can try resetting PRAM

Can data records (data segments) be red in colour?

Can we have the data segments (data records) of an IDOC be in red colour (if it contains an error)?
if so, how can we achive it through coding?

that is not possible..
generally syntax error or data appending error or any error strored in EDIDC table while creating the control record heirarichy..
so you will not come across which segment is wrong.
and showing segment in red color in standard program is not possible..

How to highlight the Textbox red in colour

Hi all,
       I have a requirement to highlight the textbox (border) red in color. Any body having idea on this, how to do?
         I know to do this via
         wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportContextAttributeMessage(
     wdContext.currentContextElement(),                    wdContext.getNodeInfo().getAttribute("name"),
     IMessageTestMsgPoolComp.MY__AGE_ERROR,arg,true);
Where arg is the Object Array.
     But for this i will get an error message. I don't want to display any error message. I just want to highlight some textboxes in the view.

I am not sure if you can get exactly red color border, but there is a way you can high light the text field.
- Change the <b>parent container Layout</b> for Input Field to Matrix Layout.
- Now if you check LayoutData properties of Input Field you can see <b>Cell Back ground design</b> property. You can use various designs which high lights the field.
If you want to acheive this dynamically then you can write the following code in wdModifyView().
    IWDInputField inField = (IWDInputField)view.getElement("my_input");
   IWDMatrixData matrixData = (IWDMatrixData)inField.getLayoutData();
   matrixData.setCellBackgroundDesign(WDCellBackgroundDesign.BORDER);

What is the limit for when a mountet network drive goes from green to red on the users PC, due to
low disk space.
My guess is below 10% but I can not
find any confirmation of this

Mac Mail lost red notification icon

For some reason the little red icon has gone from my dock when new mail arrives. However, if i turn off the rule that moves incoming mail to a mailbox it works. It's only when the rule is turned on it doesn't, problem being i've had the rule for a year and not changed it yet now this problem. All the rule does is move incoming mail into a seperate mailbox. Any ideas it's driving me nuts!

Tried both suggestions, it only stopped working 48 hours ago yet i'd not upgraded or changed anything. However, what i did do was to back up my messages and delete the preferences apple.com.mail thing or whatever it was called, and the mail folder and started again. Re-installed the rules and now works again. So thanks for advice, was appreciated

• Did You just change the ending or did You make format conversions ?
I got lot's of strange colors Blue, Green and Red
Red - When using .bmp photos in my iMovie/iDVD projects.
I use GraphicConverter to convert all photos to .jpg (has to be a full re-calculation not just changing of file type ending)
Blue - when using DVD-RW disks (most probably a material/brand faulth)
Green - when conector to monitor got broken.

Mandatory dropdown in red colour

Hi all, I need to put a dropdown in a red marked colour if the user don't select anything on it.
I have try these method:

How to remove background colours in photoshop?

Hello everyone....I'm only just learning how to use the content-aware tool in photoshop cs5. This image had a picture of a girl in it, but I think I've been able to erase her using the content-aware tool, though you can still see a slight shadow. There is also a small area of red between the subject's chin and the top of his left arm. Can you please teach me how to erase the shadow as well as the small red area? I tried using the content-aware tool for that, but for some reason it didn't work. Thanks so much

fluke because I can't do it again. The obstacle is how to change the background colour. I don't know quite how to do that. Could you please give me a step by step guide on what to do once i've selected the area with the lasoo tool? i know that i have to click on one of those two boxes at the bottom of the tools palette - set background or foreground colour - but i'm lost once the colour palette appears on the screen. thanks again!

Colour problems printing from Mac to HP Laserjet

I have an HP 2840 colour laserjet printer about 2-3 yrs old. Am running OS 10.5.8 on a Macbook Pro. Printing Adobe files often results in the background being printed in solid red even if only text on a white background. The text is still printed in black over the red. Colour images can also appear as black outlines on a solid red background. Very frustrating! Any suggestions as to how to fix?

Which version of Adobe Reader are you using to print pdf documents?
Could you please try the following steps and let me know your observations:
1. In the Print dialog of Adobe Reader, click on the "Advanced" button. It launches the Advanced Print Setup dialog.
2. Check the "Let printer determine colors" chekcbox. This will enable the other checkbox "Discolored background correction"
3. Check the "Discolored background correction" checkbox also. Click Ok. Click Print.
See if the issue of red background gets resolved?

Failed info package, failed request turns from red to green after 1 hour so

There is a failed info package and if u go to monitor screen, the request status will be red in colour but then the same request after 1 hour or so turn from red to green automatically, why is this, what could be the possible reason??????????

Hi Lieu.
The system automatically sets the status for the load to incorrect if the waiting time is exceeded. The load will still be running even though it might look incorrect, and that is why it turns green when it is complete (and everything is correct).
You can set the waiting time if you go to the monitor -> choose a request -> settings -> waiting time up to status incorrect (ctrl + F9).

HT3964 Websites and photos have suddenly started to have distortion and are red

Just turned on MAC os x, only 5 months old, pictures in Iphoto and parts of websites have gone red in colour with some distortion, easier to look at pictures submitted than my explanation
Have tried PRAM, no change, when I move my arrow to extreme left of lcd it changes from black to black and red stripes !
Any ideas please, I havent changed any settings and don't play games etc

Unfortunately, databases can become corrupt for various reasons and that is what Aperture relies on to keep track of all the files and information in the library.
Post back as needed for additional help if that doesn't sort it (or if you have already tried).

Red fields in table

when i see a table in se11 ->table name->display
i could see some fields of the table in red in colour and rest balck in colour.
