Lost redeemed money. HELP!
I redeemed a gift card. Once I logged out of my account and back it, it says that my balance is zero and that i need a credit card on file in order to buy a song. I know that I did not use the $10 that was on the card but it is no longer on my account and I no longer have the gift care. HELP! What can I do?
Check your purchase history to see if something was purchased.
If not, then close itunes and reopen it to see if that brings it back.
If that fails then contact itunes support:

We are all itunes users just like you. We can do nothing.
If you bought the album again, then of course you were charged. There are no refunds.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception. -

You didn't owe iTunes any money when you redeemed the card ? And as well as checking the emailed receipts you've looked at your account's purchase history to see if anything else shows there : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store ?

I'm trying to do a restore on a my IPhone 3Gs and I get and error code 1. The iPhone "iPhone" could not be restored. An unknowen error occured (-1).
Here is my situation. I sold this phone on eBay the person tried to jail break it then stated the phone was broke and returned it for a refund. I lost my money and my phone! How can I fix my phone?
I get the error when trying to restore the firmware!

It sounds as though it doesn't think that you are typing in the correct answers.
If it's not accepting them and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

Yes, you can use another server for .ibooks format. You can also directly email it if your system can take the size.

I have now lost the money I had on my account I don't want to loose my number and need to add a prepaid card I purchased. The *611 service has been unavailable for 2 days when will it be available. I have tried every number I could find to put the prepaid card on my phone is there another number I can use or will you be able to tell me what I need to do? Computer crashed - lost itunes - need help synching to new computer
Hi,
Well last night I was the lucky recipient of a virus...on my old Desktop computer. After battling it for 2.5 hours I had to give up, it basically doesn't work anymore. This was the computer that I've always had itunes on, and the one that I sync both my iPhone 3Gs and iPod with.
Can someone please tell me:
a)Once I install iTunes on my new laptop, will it give me issues when I try to resync my ipod? Luckily I have the music backed up on an external hard drive. But will it allow me to sync?
b)how can I sync my iphone to the new computer/iTunes, without losing all my apps and pictures? Everything was backed up on my OLD computer and therefore lost.
Please help - it totally ***** and I've never had to move stuff over before.Try a search as this is asked almost daily. Easier to find an older post than to retype all the details.

the other day when I started up LabVIEW I got an error saying it had to install a runtime engine, no idea why this happened but I fixed it by reinstalling my drivers. Anyway since I did that I've lost all my help files. The context help works fine, but when I click "VI, function and how-to help", or "Click here for more help" in the context help window, nothing happens. It doesn't even open up a window any more.
Any ideas what the problem could be? I'm not sure which disk the files are on so I'm not sure how to reinstall them.
I'm running LabVIEW 7.1 Full Development System on Windows 2000.

Sorry to hear about you losing the help files, which drivers did you re-install when you had the initial problem?
The help files are located in C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.1\help, you could check whether files in this folder have been deleted or your access has somehow been restricted to this folder. If there are a set of compiled HTML files there, try opening those individually and see if they open OK.
Can you open Help from the LabVIEW Help menu (Help>>Contents) or pressing F1?
I would try repairing LabVIEW from the Add/Remove programs section of the Control Panel first, and see if this helps.

I purchased a MacBook Pro in fall 2011 for College and it came with a $100 "Back to School" card. I signed up to redeem but accidentally put the wrong ending on my email and now that I try to do it over it says it has already been redeemed. Help, Please!
- You can only sync an iPod to one iTunes library/computer. You can however, manually manage music and videos among different libraries.
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.
