Lost Registratin Code

So here's the deal, I purchased iWork, but I'm in the military so I don't have the space required to save the the registration codes and such. (In retrospect, I wish I would scanned it). Anyways, I got a new internal hard drive and when I moved all the data over to the new drive, the program lost it's registration code. I still have the old internal drive and is now an external one, which the old iWork is on. Is there a way to find the registration code on the old hard drive, retrieve it from apple or get a new one?

Since you still have the old drive, look in HD > Library > Preferences for the com.apple.iWork06.plist & copy it to the same place on the new drive. If it exists, you might also copy com.apple.iWork06.Installer.plist, but I'd try without. Note, these are in the main HD Library, not a user's library.

Hi All,
Do anyone have some solution for this issue?, it is bigger than I thought, I can check it impacted all systems, and all transports, all transports seems to issue they lost project code in it we rollover maintenance cycle last week and this problem started from their, we put charm master note and few other charm fixes(notes) last week,
this problem not coming any new change document, but all change document created before rollover impacted

I accidentally lost the code to set up SMS on iPad. How do I get that back?

I was trying to set up SMS on my iPad when I accidentally lost the code verification from my computer screen. How do I get this back? I've deactivated the phone number (at least un-checked it) then re-activated it and it hasn't come back.

Notes is an app that comes pre installed on your iPad.

I already answered "yes" when installed this version. I has migrated the settings of the database connections, but I lost the code templates. Do you think that re-migration can help? I'll try.

Lost activation code

I have Photoshop CS-6 installed and registered. I recently updated Adobe Camera Raw. When I did, it somehow reset the Activation dialog and I must now enter my activation code again. However, I have had this program for some time and have lost the code. Since I have registered this product ont this computer previously, Is there a way to retrieve my activation code?

If you have a backup for your iPhone with iTunes on your computer, you can get the iPhone's serial number and IMEI number from the iPhone's backup on your computer.

I need help recovering a few movies that I have on an authorized laptop but itunes doesn't recognize. I can even transfer them to the ipad but can't get itunes to recongnize them as purchased. With patience it may be that some or all of your previous movie purchases will be added as Apple renegotiate the distribution rights in various regions.
Alternatively you could approach the iTunes Store support team and ask them if they can requeue your old purchased movies as you failed to backup the data from your retired computer. There is some evidence that they have done this in the past for music but I've no idea whether or not they have any discretion over movie content.

If you regiatered the software when you first installed it then you might be able to find it in your Adobe account online - look under the My Products section.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Lost Network Code

I have a WRT54G Ver. 6. I'm trying to get a new computer connected to my network and have lost my network code. Everything I read says I need to get the original computer I used to set up the network, open the network control app then go to 192.168.1.1. I don't have that original computer any longer and can't find any "network control app" of any description.
How can I get connected?

Connect the Modem to the router on the Internet Port and the computer to the router on the Ethernet Port...Hard-reset the router for 2 minute and power cycle the network...Now,check the ip address on the computer....
Click Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> Command Prompt...A black box will appear(Command Prompt)...In the Command Prompt window type ipconfig and press 'Enter'...Look for Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection IP Address , Subnet Mask and Default Gateway...
IP Address should be 192.168.1.x, Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.0, Default Gateway : 192.168.1.1 (assuming your router is 192.168.1.1)...If you get the above mentioned IP Address, Subnet and Gateway Address then you should ping the Gateway, type ping 192.168.1.1 and press Enter...If it gives you request timed out then disable any firewalls, security softwares on the computer...
If you get 4 replies then,open the setup page by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address bar and configure the router as per the ISP settings.
