Lost some of my settings on my iphone 4s. can I put my husbands sms card in and get my settings back

My iphone email messed up some how. In trying to figure this out, I deleted my gmail account. Somehow this disabled other functions like icloud, facebook, facetime, twitter, etc. I am unable to find some of my clients' old Talk text messages, email messages, etc that were on my phone.
My husband has the same iphone with the same apps and such and we share some clients information. Can I put his sms card in my phone, back it up to itunes and then back it up to my iphone to reset everything? However, will this then put all of his messages and information onto my phone and thereby lose mine? Will I be viewing only his messages in cache or something like that? Will I even be able to view/retrieve old messages and such of mine?

Deleting an email account on a device in no way affects icloud, facebook, facetime, twitter, or any other settings on the device EXCEPT that email account and possibly contacts and calendar entries if they are linked to that account.
For what reason do you think this has occurred?
Even if it did, which it did NOT, restoring the device from the most recent backup would rectify the issue.

Then restore the device from the most recent backup to put everything back. If you have not been backing up the device regularly then you are irresponsible.
No amount of silly attempts to install another user's SIM card or restore their backup can possibly put YOUR content back on your device.

It sounds like you are not able to join your Wi-Fi network with the correct password on 1 out of many devices. I recommend the troubleshooting from the article named:
iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

Restart your iOS device.
Update your device to the latest version of software.
Update your Wi-Fi router to the latest firmware2. For AirPort Base Stations, install updates using the AirPort Utility.
If that troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, I would next try these steps from further down the article:
Unable to connect to a Wi-Fi network
Verify that you're attempting to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network.
Make sure you're entering your Wi-Fi password correctly. Passwords may be case sensitive and may contain numbers or special characters.
Reset network settings by tapping Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Note: This will reset all network settings including:
previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords
recently used Bluetooth accessories
VPN and APN settings.

If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option

So on Deer Hunter 2014 I had all my data but before that I changed my apple id email so I deleted my old icloud and logged in again. So after that I deleted Deer Hunter 2014 for some temporary space and then redownloaded it again, all my data was gone and I was back to the beggining but before this incident I backed up my Ipad on itunes on my pc. Can I use this backup to restore my data to that point in time if not is there a way I can (I did not purchase anything in the game so I cant restore purchases).

If a 4S, Verizon must unlock the GSM portion which then can be used with another carrier's SIM card outside of the US.

It's probably there. You're most likely just having a hard time finding it among all your other apps.

You really should be doing backups with an actual backup application, especially one that will work automatically, and, if your external HD is large enough, back up your entire system. These can automatically back up only what's changed since the previous backup, and some will keep "archive" copies of things you've changed or deleted, also.
Too many things can go wrong, such as your internal HD failing, and you'll have a major project to reinstall everything.
You already have Time Machine, built-in to OSX. You might want to review the Time Machine Tutorial, and perhaps browse Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.

If they aren't on icloud.com they are no longer in iCloud. If you don't have another backup, I'm afraid they're gone.

Launch JuicePhone. You should see a list of backups. Select the one that's most likely to contain the note you want to recover (again, you should make a copy of the backup in case something goes wrong). Select where you want the extracted files to go and click "Complete". Then go to the folder containing the extracted data and you can find the data file and see if you can extract the data you need.
If you were using the included Notes application, the file will be notes.db in Home/Library/Notes. You can open the file in Text Edit and try and extract the note text from amongst the code, or you since it's an Sqlite3 database, you can try a database browser that can view Sqlite3 databases.

Go to Settings > General > Siri and turn Siri on. Once you turn it on, you will have the microphone key back on the keyboard

Thanks, this was the clue I needed to figure it out.
From Settings you can pull up Control Center.
In Control Center you can enable "Access from within Apps" (also "Access from Lockscreen")
Now when I'm playing music, I can swipe up from the bottom and a little control center window slides up. Neat - this is new since my old iPod. On this window, the name of the current Bluetooth connection appears. Tap on that, and a list of connected Bluetooth items appears. I just tap on the one I want to connect to and I am now playing through the speakers I want.

- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem
