My old pc died I have a new lap top Compaq. How do I down load the info so the printer recognizes my pc?

They should be in your itunes media folder. Use an external hard drive and just copy that to your new computer. I'm sure there's an easier way like this one (iTunes>File>Library>Export Library>External Hard Drive) but I never tried it before. Anyways, once that's done, just simply authorize your itunes account to play music you bought on to the new computer.

You need a payment method associated with the country you are in. I would purchases an iTunes Gift card in the USA and use that as your payment method and then delete the card from the account. You may also have the change the addess in your iTunes aaccount t a USA account.

Close Safari, then locate and delete the following files and it should be gone:
/Library/Application Support/Conduit
/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader

/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg
/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle
/Users/<User name>/Library/Application Support/Conduit
where / is the root library on your Hard Disk.

Recovery Mode
1. Disconnect the USB cable from the device, but leave the other end of the cable connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
3.While pressing and holding the Home button, reconnect the USB cable to the device. The device should turn on.
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect to iTunes" screen. When this screen appears, release the Home button. iTunes should alert you that it has detected a device in recovery mode. Click OK, and then click Restore to restore the device.
Note: Data will be lost. You may have to repeat the above many times.

In this, I go to 'Device in formation' and try to update the device by pressing update now, I get an error message that says 'an error occurred while checking for updates'. Also, it does not respond to the' last updated' command. When I press 'more device information' I can see’ OS version Intex_Cloud_FX_V07’. I have tried all kinds of procedures suggested on the net and elsewhere but have not succeeded in updating my phone, so far. This includes resetting the phone. I am using a Wi-fi connection. It seems that quite a few persons are facing this problem. There have been suggestions ranging from 'there is a bug' to 'there are no updates'. So, the problem persists, with no end in sight. I feel Mozilla should look at it.

It has always beenv ery basic to always maintain a backup copy of your cmputer for just this occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.

Many thanks for replying so soon. Actually, I think I've solved my little conundrum. I was selecting all of my clips in the timeline with the hope of running both functions. I found that when I only selected one clip at a time, that the two options would appear and that I could select them.
