hi i lost the software of my pc-cam 300 i can't not erase the pic i have n i can't not take the camera no where , is working fine like web cam how can i download the software ?

Which OS are you using now? If you are using Windows 2000/XP, you can check this knowledgebase article SID5079 on how to retrieve the pictures from the PC-CAM using Windows Explorer.

I purchased keynote, numbers, and pages when i bought my macbook air in late september. the december update will not load because it says i do not own the software and returns an error messgae 100. i have read manuals and looked over the web but i cannot figure out how to get this software update to identify that i do own these three pieces of software. they are installed and usable. any ideas would be appreciated before i call apple support.

First, make sure you are logged into the App Store with the same AppleID that you used to purchase the apps.
If that is not it, look in the App Store under Purchases. Are they there?
If not, go into your account in App Store and click the link to show hidden purchases.
If they are still not there, use the support link in the App Store.
If they do show up, copy all the apps to an external drive, then remove them from your Mac. Go to the App Store, Purchases, and install from there.

This is a known bug experienced by thousands of users. You can either take your device to a store, or download the software and do a restore. And of course you are advised to back everything up first. I have 2 iPads and 2 iPhones and have this problem on all devices. It has nothing to do with a firewall - I can't install anywhere. Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.

You can only import photos from the camera roll into the computer. Is that the album that you are seeing?
Any albums that you create on the device itself (the iPad that is) cannot be transferred to your computer. iPad created albums do not contain copies of your photos but merely pointers to those photos so they do not actually exist in those albums.

- Powering off and then back on your router.
- iTunes for Windows: iTunes cannot contact the iPhone, iPad, or iPod software update server
- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers

OpenDNS IP Addresses
- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem

Quit all other programs and open Disk Utility
Select your "MacintoshHD" drive on the left and indented and click Erase > Erase Free Space > Zero and let it complete.
Also run First Aid > Repair Disk and permisisons.
If Repair disk gives a error, you have a bigger problem, if repair permisisons fixes and completes, even if it fixes the same thing twice if you click it again, it's ok. Apple just changed things.
You should be able to download the file sucessfully this time, if not, take it to another location with better/faster internet.

This is a brand new machine that I just purchased from Apple. It was delivered yesterday
The old computer is an old PowerMac G5, but my OS X install disc is a retail version of 10.5.
I also tried the OS X 10.5 install disc that came with my MacBook Pro (2.6 Ghz Intel Core 2 Dual).
Same issue - nothing but a grey screen when the system tries to boot from the DVD
