Lost the word Download in the towbar at the bottom of the screen.

I somehow lost the word Download at the bottom of my screen.

Not sure if you mean the Downloads folder is no longer in the dock or if just the word "Downloads" is missing when you hover the mouse over that folder in the dock?
If the former, open a Finder window and then right-click (control-click) the Downloads folder in the sidebar and choose "Add to Dock."
If the later, does the appropriate word display if you hover the cursor over the other icons in the dock?

Not using any mouse pad, I have a very smooth desktop. But I just tried to use a sheet of A4 printing paper, but no result, the problem persisted.
Someone on this forum suggested, that USB3 may interfere with the magic mouse.
I have 2 LaCie HDD's about 70 cm away from the mouse, I use them on Thunderbolt. But in operation or not - the result is the same, the mouse plays up! Just now I was clicking the desktop and the mouse created a new folder!!

In the YouTube site does not show a word - Download.. - above the any video clip I chose!! Why? Is there a solution?

When I want to carry any video clip from youtube I can not because I do not find the word - Download - On top of that section, which usually I find when I use a browser other than Firefox.

I understand that much. On my MAC Mini, if you look above at original post, I CAN see both OS while in the Windows 7 partition or the MAC OS. This is NOT the case on my iMac. Again, when in the MAC OS I can see the windows partion and move information between the two that way. When in the WINDOWS partition, the only one that shows is the Windows OS from my computer or network. The only way you can tell its even a MAC is the bootcamp icon in the bottom right corner of toolbar. Both have same version of MAC OS so both should work same way.. When i double click on my computer, it should show both the Windows drive AND the MAC (as does my mini and another iMac 21.5 that i have). This iMac does not do that - only shows windows.

The obvious way to resolve this on a computer would be to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, however on an iOS device that would cause all the data assoicated with the app to be thrown away.
Make sure your iTunes library has the latest updates for all your apps, then backup and restore the device. This should pull back a fresh copy of the app from your iTunes library and then give it the data from your device backup.

As I understand it, you are not able to use iMessage, FaceTime or any email service on your phone. Saying you've tried everything would generally make me recommend that you restore the phone from a backup but that can take a long time, so without knowing exactly what steps you have taken, I would like for you to review the troubleshooting in the following article for FaceTime and iMessage:

Easy-these are just aliases. Do a cloverleaf+F/command+F (Find) and they should appear. Either create an alias and drag it to the dock-or there's an "add to Dock" command in the Finder. so click on whichever app you'd like to add to the Dock, then add to Dock and it should appear there. If something isn't in the Dock that doesn't mean it's gone for good. It's just an alias

I will just buy Bejeweled again. I guess the price of downloading maverick was losing my beloved video game. I lost the icons for the downloads and documents on doc bar. I read the other support answers and tried what they said still no luck. any answers?

If you mean they're on the dock but have the wrong icon, right click and select "display as folder".
If you mean that they aren't there at all, open a Finder window to your Home folder. Drag the documents folder to the right side of the dock. Do the same with the downloads folder.
