Lost tool bar, fijle, tools, bookmarks, ect ???

While attempting to clean up tool bars I lost all except "latest headlines, most visited,getting started,worldview matters, How do I restore?

In Firefox 3.6 and later on Windows you can hide the "Menu Bar" via "View > Toolbars" or via the right-click context menu on a toolbar.
Press F10 or press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily.
Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the "Menu Bar" or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide (click on an entry to toggle the state).

The problem started when I turned on the computer this morning. I tried to install Mozilla 4 from your website and that installed but I still have nothing on the top.

It may be due to Firebug. Seeing as how you're a web developer, it's very possible you have this installed. The latest version, 1.7X a10, appears to cause everything you described. I downgraded to "a8" and that seems to have fixed everything.
I also recreated a profile from scratch before trying this out, so I can't guarantee it's definitely Firebug.

Co-el, This wasn't possible as there wasn't a navigation bar available. The F11 did the trick though. Thanks for adding to the discussion.

Lost forward back page,tools,bookmarks despite uninstalling and installing.

Top of Firefox page was cluttered with unwanted Alot,Yahoo etc. I wiped most of these but suddenly found page bereft of Forward,back arrows,tools,bookmarks etc.Itried uninstalling and then re-installing Firefox but page remains empty of those lines.

Up until two days ago my home page was comcast.net with Mozilla Firefox being my isp. Now It comes up with Yahoo all the time and has no bar with edit, bookmarks, so on so forth, and no arrow to go back to the previous page option. Did not backup. No Timewarp setup. Bookmark file exist, but other favorites still there, but all youtube favorites are missing from Bookmark bar.

If I understand you right, try this,
Go to Mail > Mail top menu > View > Customise toolbar > then drag the address book icon back into the top bar.

I don't think that is an option. iOS 5 new features is tabbed browsing, it replaced the old window interface.
