Lost WiFi password for hp Delaney 2542

I have lost the password to connect to my printer through the WiFi connection. I don't have it attached to a computer. I use it to print from my iPhone but my phone was stolen. How do I recover this password?

Hi,
On the printer control panel, press and hold the HP wireless direct button () for 3 seconds, the pritned sheet will show the wireless password for the printer's network.

  • Hi there I lost my password for my original iTunes account I can't recover it because the email address it is registered under is not longer valid How can I access my old account?

    Hi there.
I did a factory restore and then restored it with iCloud back-up. I have been using lots of Apple products and i have used three different email adresses. Almost all apps restored perfectly but everytime i try to play a song in the Music app, i asks me for a Apple-ID i had no idea i have used.
    Hence:
I lost my password for my original iTunes account
I can't recover it because the email address it is registered under is not longer valid
How can I access my old account?
Can't find a place to change the email address to my new one without the password which I no longer remember.
There is no way to just erase Apple-ID's on my device either.
What to do? Should i ju give up and start from scratch and delete 2 years of stuf?
    Cheers!

If you can remember the answers to the security questions when you set up that account - I think that you can reset the password without needing email authentication. You can try it here. Read it and see if it's possible. But if you can't remember the answers to the questions it will not work.

  • HT201415 i can't find my wifi password for iphone 4s

i can't find my wifi password for my iphoine 4s.  is there a way to reset it.

Many internet providers put the WiFi password on a stick on the bottom of the router they send you, so start by looking there. If you changed the password from what it was originally or didn't get the router from your provider, you'll need to determine the make and model of the router and see if you can find the manufacturer's instructions for resetting the password. You might also contact your internet service provider for assistance.

While you can reset your password, it might be wise to first check and see whether you can retrieve it, which will save you some time as far as setting up new connections on all of your devices with a new password.
    On your iMac.....
Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > AirPort Utility
Click on the AirPort router icon, then click Edit in the smaller window that appears
Click the Base Station menu at the top of the screen....up where the other File, Edit, Window, and Help menus reside
    Click Show Passwords

hi .. i lost my password for my i pad ..i cant turn it on so what i can do ??

If you've forgotten the passcode then you will need to connect the iPad to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPad and restore/re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808
If you do it via a different computer then :
If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present.

You can usually find the wi-fi password on your router itself if you know the router's ID and password (not the wi-fi password).  You can log into your router by putting its address (usually 192.168.1.1) into your browser's address window.

  • Lost wifi passwords

Does anyone have a work around to extract all the saved wifi passwords on my 3g iPhone? I upgraded to a 4 last night, but for some reason the passwords didn't transfer when I did a restore on the 4 from a backup that was completed immediately before. I know the network settings didn't just get wiped though as the 3g still connects to all the saved wifi spots automatically.
    Hope this makes sense.
    Thank you!

Unfortunately my computer is an iMac, so it has not traveled at all. My iPhone 3g has saved wifi passwords for dozens of secured AP's in all the various places I travel to such as my family and other relatives houses, work, friends places, etc.... easily 20+ memorized wifi passwords. I'll essentially be dealing with this for weeks/months, as each time I go within range of one of the saved/remembered secured AP's, the phone tries to join but comes up and prompts me "the password for network 'xxxx' is invalid, please reenter" type message. It's almost as if the setting to "auto join network with SSID xxxxx" transferred, but with a blank/incorrect WEP/WPA key.
Any other ideas? So to summarize, I upgraded last night from a 3g to a 4, however my saved wifi passwords did not transfer. I completed the transfer by doing a backup of the 3g to my iMac, then plugged in the 4 and restored the backup. Otherwise, everything seems to have transferred just dandy.
Is anyone else seeing this, or am I alone?
    Thank you!

    Hey rehman iphone,
Did you forget your Apple ID's password, or your iPhone's passcode? Depending on which situation you're in, check out the steps in one of these two articles:

  • Lost WiFi password. How can I get it back?

Hello, all. A few months ago I was cleaning out my laptop of old files I don't need anymore and since I had amassed at least 150 files (yeah, I'm not very frequent on cleaning), I was mass deleting files to make it a faster task. In my deleting spree, I deleted a  very important file. A file that held my WiFi security settings, password, etc. I now need my WiFi password since I'm buying a Wii U when that comes out on the 18th.
I am hoping to hook up said Wii U to the internet, but as we all know, that requires WiFi which requires knowing your password. Which, I don't know the password by heart, and I need the find it again. Is there any way for me to find the password of my WiFi router without having to call in someone from the GEEK Squad or would it be best to have someone sent out? Its not a major hurry since its just a gaming console and therefore not a life necessity, but still it'd be nice to have.
The router is a Linksys and if it means anything my two computers are Windows XP (PC) and Windows 7 (laptop). Thanks for any help that can be offered. Hoping I can get this resolved.

You're much better off utilizing the 'reset' button the back of your router and going through the setup again, and writing down the password that you set this time.

I'm NOT an employee of Best Buy, or Geek Squad, though I did work as an Agent for a year 5 years ago. None of my posts are to be taken as the official stance that Best Buy will take on your situation. My advice is just that, advice.
Unfortunately, that's the bad luck of any electronic, there's going to be bad Apples... wait that's a horrible pun.

  • Trying to recover a wifi password for an app that I down loaded

I am trying to access a wifi account for my go pro 3 camera that I downloaded an app for, and it is asking me for a password. Once I enter the password (that I think is right) it comes up with "Unable to join the network".

If you are attempting to have your device join with a wi/fi network. The wi/fi router will require a password that will be available to you once you have contacted the internet connection server that provided the wi/fi router appliance. Please contact your wireless internet service provider and ask them if they are able to reset the password to your wi/fi router if you've forgotten the password.
    Good luck.

  • Change wifi passwords for macbook pro

    Hey,
I have a question about the wifi passwords. I filled wrong passwords for wifi network. How can I make a change?
    Best,
    Kai

click on your wifi icon - top right - open network prefernces - advance - wifi - look under preferred networks - highlight the network name you want to edit and hit the minus sign.
after you've done that, hit the plus sign search the network you want then fill in the password.
    good luck
