Lot of time in support message and send more than 500 emails...

Hi experts,
I have a BIG problem, this weekend i update to EHP1 my solution manager (without problems).
Now, i want sent a support message with the workcenter and spend more than 15minutes and after, when the message is sent, appear more than 500emails... why???? What happend???

    Hi,
    after upgrade from 4.5 to 4.7 we have following problem. In 4.5 in XK03 t-code we could enter for our vendors more than one email address (divided by ";" sign). In 4.7 it is impossible. When we create Purchase Order, the output of the created document is email (our own defined Z*) and we would like that this document prinout should be sent to more than one vendor's email addresses.
    And in our R/3 4.7 we cannot input in XK03 more than one email address because program SAPFM06P, which prints Purchase Orders, runs function module SX_INTERNET_ADDRESS_TO_NORMAL, which checks if there are ";" in the address and if yes - it causes error.
    How to make vendor data so that the email is sent to more than one email address?
    any help would be appreciated.

    I think there is no such option to disable in SPRO as far i am aware of.
    May be you might want to use a distribution list instead of an email? Or try to misuse any unused field( you can enable many other fields from SPRO which are really not used generally).

    Btw if you wish to explore here is the path in SPRO
    Fiancial Accounting --> Accounts Receviable and Accounts payable --> Vendor Accounts --> Master Data --> Prepareations for creating vendor master data --> Define account groups with screen layout.
    Select the account group for your vendor and from the next screen double click on General data section and then again double click on communication section.

  • Error when sending more than 500 Characters

    Hello all,
    I am not sure if I should be posting here or in the
    ColdFusion Forum, so I apologize ahead of time if I am in the wrong
    place.
    I am Using a Flex frontend and a ColdFusion backend to edit
    data in a simple Access Database (for testing). I have a ColdFusion
    CFC on the backend that handles everything just fine until I enter
    in more than 500 characters (Actually 510) into my text area and
    then I get the error "Unable to invoke CFC - Error Executing
    Database Query.". Now you might be saying that either the database
    field is not set to handle that many characters or the CFC is
    restricting more than 500 characters, but they are not. The
    database field is set to "memo" and the maxlength in the CFC is set
    to 5000. I am wondering if has something to do with Access
    databases I do not know because I don't use them that often.
    I have tested this over and over and it only throws the error
    if I exceed 510 characters in the Flex TextArea.
    Any thoughts are appreciated.
    The CFC code is below I didn't add the MXML because I figured
    there was nothing special about the TextArea block:

    Very strange as to why this worked but just in case someone
    else has the same problem here is how I got it to work.
    I just changed this line:
    rss_copy = <cfqueryparam value="#arguments.rss_copy_edit#"
    cfsqltype="cf_sql_varchar" maxlength="5000">
    to this:
    rss_copy = '#arguments.rss_copy_edit#"'
    and it worked just fine.
    Not the best solution but it works fine now all the
    same.

  • Selecting and deleting more than 1 email at one time???

    I have had to add all my mail accounts to my iPad and it's extremely annoying that I have 200+ and I cannot be bothered opening one at each time until there are unread! Is there anywAy I can select them all and mark them all as read etc....?? HELP!!!

    Same is true of Deleting .. only way seems to be <edit> touch circles at left of messages, one at a time, and touch <delete> at bottom.
    Thank you and I will send a feedback .. it is a nuisance.
    Although I can't say I have ever seen much results from feedback and I don't mean in replies .. action.
    One irritating consistency is the lack of "other" in the choices that are required when using the Support page "Contact Apple Expert by phone."

  • TS3988 What has happened to the delete? Need it for mail and various other things.  I want to delete something and there is no trsh can so I have to leave it on which I don't want to do/  Also is there some way I can hold my messages and delete more than

    I am just starting to use an Apple product.  There are things I want to delete like e-mails, etc.  Where did it go.  Why can't there be a selection in the font saying DELETE.?

    Unfortunately, it isn't absolutely clear where you are trying to delete email from, could you provide some more information for us please.

  • Managing files in plsql -- create, zip and send more than 1 excel files

    Need a plsql code which will do the following.
    1. create multiple files in a certain location.
    2. zip them
    3. send the zip file to specific receipients.
    Can somebody help on this.

  • Cannot send more than 400 emails in a day

    I tried to send my xmas card list in groups under 80 in entourage. I was unable to do it because I got an error message -Error: -17099 and 4.0.0 You have exceeded 400 recipients in the last 24 hours. Try again later.
    the mail did not go thru, and now I am unable to send any mail from my .mac account. where is it stated about limits on sending of mail? how can I clear this so I can send mail? how can I prevent this in the future?

    Most, if not all ISPs and email account providers have similar limits to the following for personal/non-business email accounts as part of an overall effort to eliminate or reduce bulk spam emanating from the ISP's or email account provider's domain.
    Any ISP or email account provider that doesn't impose similar limits is helping to contribute to the amount of spam that gets circulated.
    .Mac has several safeguards in place to ensure that only .Mac members send messages with the Mac.com outgoing mail server.
    Among them are reasonable limitations on:
    The number of messages that can be sent each day (200 messages)
    The number of recipients that can be sent to each day (400 recipients)
    The number of recipients a message can be addressed to at one time (100 recipients)
    There is also a 10 MB maximum size for messages sent or received using the .Mac mail system.
    I copied this from an Apple Knowledgebase article but I believe it is also available via the .Mac website.
    You can clear this by waiting for the 24 period to expire (which I believe begins at Midnight each day or try selecting/using your ISP's SMTP server to send mail with your .Mac account which is invisible to all recipients.

    ofcourse it's possible to control more than one instrument at a time.
    You should use the VISA routines to access all your devices. Every device get it's 'address' as 'VISA resource name'. This resource name contains information on the used bussystem and the (internal) device address (i.e. GPIB devices have an address number).
    So I suggest to read the manual and to look at the examples that come with LabView!
    And (from your question) it seems you should take the 3 or 6 hour seminar as well! (Look at www.ni.com -> academics.)

    The reason I don't want to set it off is because I want to let others send me iMessage - most people prefer that according to their plan.
    How do I bring this request to the hands of the people doing the ios updates? Maybe they could work on this for the future...

    Is your Time Capsule being used for your TimeMachine back up? Or is it simply being used as an external hard drive?

    Typically this means a corrupt xxxxx [CMIME] service book. Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Books. Highlight the xxxxx [CMIME] service book and press delete. Wait 30 seconds click the track wheel and select undelete. If this doesnt work you can have the service books resent by your BES admin (if BES connected) or send them to yourself from the BIS website (if its a BIS account).

    -I am using build: 9A406
    -One funny thing I want to add too: when I put the iPhone in the Apple dock and connect it with my PC, I open iTunes and select my phone. There you can see the build, software version,.. But after telephonenumber it says N/A: not applicable.. Something I only just noticed. I'm pretty sure my number was displayed back in Nov. when I first got my iPhone 4S.
    And the very last thing: Most of the time I have a very good signal, 4 out of 5 bars. It is only rarely that I have only 1 or 0 bars.

    Cross your fingers and hope.
    Obviously if there is any big or known threat Apple will send out a firmware fix.
    But the TC is designed to be end user simple device. It has no firewall that is visible at any rate. I don't know that it truly doesn't have a firewall but it is not part of the end user controls.
    IMO if you have major security concerns that go beyond end device firewall, which is where Apple do put most of the security, since firewall in the router is plainly not a stop to anybody deliberately downloading an infected file or website, and most end users.. do not want a firewall that prevents them using the web like a business does, where only certain ports are allowed. Everything else tough luck.. you are not allowed to use it. Then TC is unsuitable for you anyway.. buy a proper firewall appliance.

  • I'm using an iPhone 4. I used to be able to send more than one picture at a time to another iPhone. Now I get messages that it cannot be delivered.  What's going on?

    While on vacation in Canada in July I started having trouble sending more than one pix at a time to other users. I don't recall having this problem before. Is there a limit on the number of pictures you can send via text? I wonder if I messed up some settings while I was in Canada. I had things set so that I could not receive phone calls so I wouldn't get charged.  Could I have messed up text / multimedia settings as well?

        We want your phone working just as well now as it did before your trip, sngbrd9. Are you trying to send the pictures to other Apple users using iMessage or are they being sent through MMS/picture messaging? Are you able to send pictures one at a time to those same contacts without an error? Did you change any settings in your camera to have HDR now instead of a slightly lower resolution with a smaller file size?
