Lotus Notes delete my Notes.app how can I recover?

I Install Lotus Notes for mail for my office and now I dont have Notes.app cause Lotus Notes have the same name, I think!... how can recover the Notes.app?

copy it from a backup or other same-OS mac - or reinstall the OS then make a copy first.
You might type 'Notes' into Spotlight just in case Lotus did the right thing & backed it up somewhere.

If the folder was replaced, it was written over.
Nothing short of forensic data recovery (probably involving taking the drive apart to scan the discs seperately) is going to recover anything (if indeed even that will).

there should be a back up on your friends computer of your phone when it was restored. If there is all you need to do is restore from that backup and your good to go, I just hope that you did not plug your phone into there computer 2 times.
The first thing you will need to do is turn of automatic sync and then you can plug your phone in and restore from the backup that should have been made

There's no way to delete the included apps (unless your iPad is jailbroken)... so it's on there, we've just got to bring it back to view. A few options:
Go to the search menu - slide your fingers along the screen to the right, and in the "search iPad" that appears type in "music" (the name of the 'ipod app') or the name of a song that's on your iPad, and see if selecting one of those brings it back.
Try doing a hard restart of your iPad: hold down the power and home buttons until the screen turns black and the apple icon appears.
It's also possible you dragged the music icon into a folder. :-)

Now I want to use this table again for some other program,how should i restore the deleted rows so that i can use the table properly.

Go into your settings and click on Wi-Fi then click on the blue arrow on the network you would like to change the password on, then when the screen changes click on the "Forget this Network" buttton at the top of the window.

So I mistakenly deleted a bunch of files, mostly mp3 from itunes, when I emptied my trash. I tried using Stellar Phoenix to recover the files, which it kind od did. When I say "kind of" I mean it restored files but only partially. So I have that music back but only like one minute of each song. I'm wondering if there is any other way to recover emptied trash? no, not without any type of data recovery software (which you have) or sending the hard drive to a data recovery service. If you want to use multiple devices - move to imap, I would even say "exchange", but Google does not support free exchange anymore, since January of that year. So Ironically Icloud or Hotmail would be my choices right now.

If you did not make a backup of the old version of the app before you deleted it, there's no way you can get it back now. The current version should still work on your iPhone 3GS, though. You just need iOS 4.3 or later, so if your iPhone still has an older version, update to the latest iOS.
If, however, you really have an iPhone 3G, not a 3GS, then unless again you make a backup copy of the old version of the app, there's nothing you can do until you're ready to get a newer iPhone since iOS 4.2.1 is the final version your iPhone 3G will run.
