Low Data and Cell Service.
Who can I contact about cell signal and data strength dropping in area. I work in the area of 71st and Colorado Blvd, Commerce City, CO 80022. The signal bars went from 4-3 to 1-no signal, data has gone from 4G to 1G. This is the same for all three smart phones I have. 1ea Samsung Galaxy S3 and 2ea Samsung Galaxy S4. It bothers me that my Co-workers who have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with other providers are at 4G and 4 bars. The worst thing is hearing them saying I should have go with T-Mobile or AT&T. I've been with Verizon a long time and picked Verizon because of the service and area coverage. Let me know what I should do.

Here's the fix:
I had the same issues when I upgraded my iphone 6 to ios 8.1, I was able to chat with someone from Apple and they told me to do this: Go to settings-->Cellular-->Enable LTE--> choose Voice and Data
After doing that it switched from "Extended" back to "Verizon", here's his explanation:
"Okay, so in the process of Verizon activating their new LTE network, they’re retiring some towers, upgrading some towers, and transitioning others. It’s possible that they may have recently made changes in your area, or we’ve just tweaked the settings so that Verizon’s network looks primarily for LTE versus the CDMA network you had been on."

you can do it from java - if you use XSLT on java stack
you can do it from ABAP - if you use XSLT on ABAP stack
there are also java functions for date
in message mapping
so you can put two mappings (in your <b>interface mapping</b> object):
one XSLT
and one message mapping which will only fill the date

Why does Number's include the date and cell title when creating a formula!!
When typing in a formula, if the 1st column has a date in it then, regardless of where on that row I begin the formula, the date and title of the column appears in the equation rather than the cell designations. What I get is this:

All I wanted was =D2*H2, but instead I got all of that. If I manually erase everything and change it to =D2*H2 it reverts back as it was as shown above.
I tried the same thing without the date in the first column and this eliminated the problem. However, I need the date, so why does Number's insist on doing this?

Verizon Data and Other Services
This has been upsetting me for a while now. When I first got a smartphone I got unlimited data for $30, which seems pricey still, but the service was good at this point and my internet went quickly. I got rid of my smartphone and then got another last year. The plan for $30 now is ONLY 2 GB. Totally ridiculous price, but at this point my service was still good and my internet was quick. Now my data service is completely HORRIBLE! It doesn't even work half the time. I can't get 3G in places that I did before and when I get service it's usually 1X. Verizon keeps adding on fees like an upgrade fee, activation fee, the other services are getting more and more expensive. I am the only phone on my plan and my monthly bill is $130 a month and that is WITH a 20% discount from where I work. With the amount I fork out evey month I expect to get excellent services! When I call to resolve issues I'm on hold for an hour and am transferred between 15 people and they can't even help. Everyone in my area feels the exact way as well. I'm about ready to switch providers.

Verizon has recently added Share Everything. For those on old pricing that hasn't changed in 18 months. You do know your phone has wi-fi. Is 2 GB low? Sure I can agree to that even though personally I've never used more than 1 GB in a month myself. I would more strongly agree with you if wi-fi wasn't an option on your phone. I keep saying with all the people I hear that are going to switch I expect Verizon's churn rate to be higher than 0.91%. I guess we'll find out in 10 weeks. -
Calls between landline service and cell service
If this question is not appropriate, please delete. My question is: I have landline service. I receive a call from a cell phone. I am not home so my message unit records the message from the cell phone caller. The cell phone caller leaves me his cell phone number and requests that I return his call. How can I detect if the cell phone number is a long distant call for me or it is a local call?

Go to Solution.The only way to easily see is to dial it without area code. If it lets you call it without the area code, its a local number. If not, then its a long distance call.

Date and Time calculation in the Service Module
Dear all,
I have quite of a challenge here and i need serious guidance from your side.
My client is in services industry and requires to calculate the date and time when the service call as to be closed. Not only it depends on the contract type the service is linked to but as well on the priority.
The priority in Business One is unique, therefore we created a UDT (User Defined Table) to store the different 'response time' per contract/per priority. Example: a Platinum contract is always 24/7. But a gold contract priority 1 has to be closed in 240 minutes (4 workable hours) while a gold contract priority 2 has to be closed in 480 minutes (8 workable hours).
I created 7 user defined fields on the Service Contract header that calculates the workable minutes per day. So if my coverage for Monday is from 8 AM to 4 PM, my UDF called DiffMon will show 480. For Tuesday, they start a bit later, and the coverage is 8:30 untill 16:00, therefore my UDF called DiffTue = 450.If the check box before the day in the Service Contract window is not ticked, then the UDF shows zero.
I succeeded to calculate the expected closing time by using CASE WHEN statements as following, (all calculated in minutes):
First, I need to check which day the Service call is created: A Monday or Thursday or... since my time coverage can change every day! I use SET DATEFIRST = 1 and compare today's date accordingly with my UDF DiffMon, DiffTue, etc.
Then, When end of coverage time today Monday (4PM) minus the create time on the Service Call (1PM) is less then the time stored in my user defined table for that contract and that priority (i.e.480), then just add that to the create time and the create date (DateAdd(mi,...,...) ).
When end of coverage time Monday (4PM) - Create time (1PM) + DiffTue(450) is bigger than 480, then I know I have enough time to solve my service call tomorrow Tuesday and I take the start time of Tuesday (8:30) + remaining time from yesterday (480-180 -> 180 = 3hours from 1PM to 4PM) and add that to the Create date + 1 so the end result will show Tuesday date and a time of 13:30
Etc. untill I cover all possibilities based on which day is the service call created.
NOW, I need to include the holiday table !!!!!!!!!! And I can't foresee how the hell I am going to do that.
The maximum coverage can go up to 60 hours, that means more than a working week! What happens if I have more than one bank holiday in that week period? What happens when my holiday table tells me that date is a bank holiday but it is actually a Sunday and my contract is only running from Monday to Friday?
Am I going straight to a big mess up?

1) in CMOD write the code for sy-datum create a customer exit variable in query as on caldate like eg zcedate
when 'zcedate'.
clear l_s_range.

append l_s_range to e_t_range.
u write this code exit_saplrrso_001.
it givs the sydatum
2) then u create one more variable on zdate limit with replacement path
then u go forto create the formula variable then it display ascreen there u select both customer exit variable and replacement path variable

it gives days i worked on this and succedded.

=NOW() updates the date and time continuously, I don't want to do that. I just want the date and time in that cell to stay the same after that row is created. Seems like this would be easy, but I can't figure it out.
My preferred scheme is a variant of Barry's proposal 2
create the new row
select the cell in which you want to insert the date
type the shortcut dedicated to one of the four "Insert date" services delivered with WordService from Devon Technologies (FREE)
On a French keyboard, only one of the default shortcuts apply : cmd % which inserts the long date.
But we may edit these shortcuts.

I am getting redirects on iPad air and iPad 2 whether using wifi or Cell services.

I did a search today for a local doctors website and phone number using google.
When I clicked on the site I was first directed to a "app" to buy ****.
I closed the window and opened a new window and typed in the URL directly and then got redirected to to other **** sites.
When I tried on the desktop computer, everything was fine and got to the website normally.
I then cleared all history, cookies and web data. Still the same redirect result going to the same website.
I did the above and shut down and restarted. Still the same thing.
I read about possible infected wireless routers where one of the tips was going to a different wireless network and see if it cleared up the issue. So I turned off the wifi and turned one the ATT cell service. Still same result.
I am looking for suggestion on what to do next.

Did you see where I said I used the Cell Service not wifi? totally bypassed my wife router and its still doing weird sh_t
I am on ATT cell service and when I open Safari, instead of a blank window, it defaults to the BING website. This is totally bypassing the router and using cell service.
I did a reset as per jazcan, installed 8.3 and still No Joy. -

I live in southwest Orlando and have become very frustrated at the lack of data availability in the area. I almost always have good cell service. Never a dropped call and usually plenty of bars on my iPhone 5. However, there are several areas where I may have five bars - but no data service at all!
Please advise if this is being addressed as my wife and I NEED reliable data service for our jobs.

Just updated to IOS 7 and two issues:
First when I connect my iPhone to my computer I get this error message:itunes was unable to provider data from sync services". I'm not sure what this really means...
The second issue is when I try to select "Manually Manage Music"
The iPhone "My iPhone" is synced with another iTunes libary on "MY-PC". Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library? An iPhone can be synced with only one iTunes library at a time. Erasing and syncing replaces the contents of this iPhone with the contents of this iTunes library."
So... I don't want to do that, but I do what to be able to Manage my music. I'm not sure what it means by being synced to another iTunes unless it means to an older version of itunes?
Anyone have any ideas?I cannot address the sync services error right now, but the error that you receive when you change from sync to manually manage music is what happens when you change. Once you change to manually manage music, it erases all of the music and will only put the music that you want on the phone, content that you manually drag over to it. Hello. I am owner of an iPod Touch 5gen. I have an error "iTunes was unable to load provider data from sync services". I tried: All Apple's tutorials including reseting sync data, reinstalling and deleting all of iTunes components including deleting it from system registry. My system is Windows 7 64bit.
UPDATE: The true error is : '

Any of the topics didnt work.
