I have just bought a new grapohics card (ASUS V84400 DELUXE GEFORCE 4 TITANIUM 4400) and the program Smart Doctor (included with th graphics card) warns me that my vga card voltage 1.5 is out of safe bound and that my moterboard does'nt supply with reliable 1.5 voltage. Please help me!!!!! I run my graphics card under 4x. Please Help!! ;(

I'm making music videos and am trying to make good quality Quicktimes for streaming on the web, with the lowest file size possible.
The lowest I can get a 4 minute video is around 30MB, but I checked out some videos at www.flatnosegeorge.com and they're good quality as well as small file sizes (around 10MB). How do they do this..?! By contrast one of my videos (at www.tokyodragons.com) is 30MB and doesn't look as good quality!
The settings I'm using are these:
Video Settings: Sorenson Video 3
Qual: High
Motion: 25 Frames
Key Frame Every: 250
Lomit Data Rate to: 1100
Sound Compressor: MPEG Audio 4

Any ideas on how to get it to be good res at a lower file size..?

Also, dropping the frame rate should massively effect filesize and you might not even notice the difference when viewing. If your original sequence is 25 fps try halving it to 12fps. -
Saving images from facebook...low-res? Please help
Hi. I'm working on our school's yearbook through walsworthyearbooks' online design. I saved an image from facebook that we need, but it turns out incredibly small and pixelated. Walsworth staff can't help me.
I put the image in photoshop, and it looks to be a normal size, and is not pixelated. the image I'm trying to put in right now is 400X474 pixels and I changed the resolution from 72 to 150 on photoshop. I've tried PNG and JPEG.
What can I do? I even tried taking a screenshot of the image on facebook so that it wouldn't be saved directly from facebook. The image fits the entire screen, so I don't know why it would turn out so small and messy when put into an online designer.Put a link to the facebook image here. If the image on facebook is 400px by 474pixels the image should print quite well as a portrait sized around 2" x 2.37" for 200 DPI should be good for a yearbook image.

Stupidly low broadband speeds, please help.
I originally called BT about slow speeds on the 22nd of June, I told them that my Home Hub had been reset multiple times that week (i know this is to be avoided, but i wasn't at home at the time to stop it happening!) and so I told them my IP profile was the problem, and that I needed it reset. I was told they would do it within 48 hours and they would "get back to me". Well, they didn't. What followed was a series of "We will call you back at x:xx on y" which never happened, none of them. I always had to stay on top of them and constantly call them. Broken promises from the very beggining.
Now, I know fine well it doesn't take 7 DAYS to reset an ip profile but after constantly calling them back I've ran out of patience. Quite frankly all of this customer service has been terrible from the beggining when all that needed to be done was to reset my profile, something that should take several minutes, not days. I've now been told on 3 different occasions that my profile has been reset and I'd notice a difference within 4 hours. None of this has been true.
I'd appreciate if one of the mods could help me out here, as I'm at the end of my tether for speaking to CS India about this, they simply refuse to stick to their word.

9 / 0So I am not the only sufferer of the slow broadband from BT. It appears that there are hundreds of us suffering with a poor connection and getting little or no resolution from BT.
Personally I wish I had never bothered taking the new homehub3 and vision box. I should have cancelled my contract with BT and told them to put their routers and poor customer service where the sun doesn't shine, they might have got that right!!
But here I am stuck with a 12 month contract for a wireless router that cannot maintain a wireless connection. I am now on router number 3, my line has been tested and doesn't have any interference. The speed into the socket in my porch achieves 8mb but somehow between that socket and the cable plugged directly into it and the BT homehub 3 my service plummets through the earths core and ends up in Australia!
To say I am cheesed off would be an understatement. To write this post I have had to reconnect to the router 10 times!!!!! What is the point of wireless when it doesn't work.
Customer Service have left me a voicemessage saying they will be contacting me in regards to my complaint letter and demand for compensation but have I heard anything, NO!!!
BT need to get their act together before they lose all of their customers, and be assured I am making a lot of noise about their lack of performance on every forum I am on.
BT you are going DOWN!!!!!! Hopefully you'll find my wireless connection when you get there! -

Okay so here's my dilemna.
My relative would like to send me an iphone 4 as a graduation present. Pretty cool right? Although she lives out of the country more specifically in Canada. I want to accept this gift very much but I don't know the best way to go about it. I heard the iphone gift card is good but I'm not sure about the delivery from Canada to United States. Or should she directly just order the iphone. Because I heard in-store pick up of those things have very low availability. Please Help Me ASAP. I WANT MY IPHONE 4

I really need someone with high expertise to help me. Obviously i appreciate any help given but please dont say point less comment like reboot the phone or turn autobrightness off.
Here is the issue:
I have had several iPhones, right from the first to the 5. Lucky me. But i have always had the same issue. The screen brightness is significantly lower than any other iPhone that I compare it to.
Now i have the iPhone 5, if i compare it to anyone elses the brighness is much lower. Autobrightness is off. When i first got the iPhone the brightness was like everyone elses.
i only use the official charger. I think there may be a problem with the voltage or the electricity in my home as all my iPhones have had this problem. Im not sure when the change happens but the something is damaging the backlight of my iPhones. No idea what.
Please can some one with the same issue or knowledge of physics please help me. I dont want to keep having this issue. I also have a Macbook pro and am fairly sure its happned with this also but have no means of comparison as I dont know any one else with one that comes to my apartment.

FahadThe iPhone 5 has full Warranty. Make Genius reservation and take to Apple Store. Show the Genius the problem and they will replace your iPhone 5 with a perfect iPhone 5 without problems. If some of iPhone 5 have this problem, it does not matter, Apple makes millions of iPhone 5, some are going to have a problem. When the Genius gives you the new replacement iPhone 5 test it out in the Apple Store before you leave, so you are happy and do not waste anymore of your time.

IreneHave you tried the resize button in the window corner upper right. There are 3 buttons one closes the window one minimizes it without closes it and the other one toggles between full screen and a smaller screen. Click the last one and see what happens.

Low Res files or no sound in Adobe Encore?? Please Help!
Okay, I have a project which is around 1h 30 and I am aiming to burn it to DVD
However, I have tried exporting as MPEG2 for DVD from the premier pro presets and when imported into encore there is no sound on the timeline and the footage appears very poor quality. I am new to Premier Pro CS6 and encore so please be patient with me! Haha.
I then tried exporting as a MOV and transcoding however again the footage appears low quality and is too large for a standard DVD disc.
The footage was recorded on a Canon 5D MK II
Please help! I am going out of my mind!When you use MPEG2 for DVD as a preset, the audio is not multiplexed. This means that the audio will be included on a separate audio file, which should be found in the same directory as the video file you exported.
In terms of quality - what exactly is the issue? You can play with the video settings to try to improve some of the quality, but you need to set your expectations to the fact that DVDs are always Standard Definition, so they usually look pretty crummy on a large computer monitor. -
PLEASE HELP!!! disk space is low message
i received a disk space is low message as i am working in my lightroom 5. i keep clicking ok and it does not let me get out of this screen. it is telling me i need to remove files or empty trash to make space. do i need to make space in lightroom or on my hard drive? please help, i have had this issue before.
25% seems pretty arbitrary and unreasonable.
With today's drive that means on a 2TB drive I need to keep 1/2 TB free. That means I am paying for 2TB with only 1.5 usable just to use LR. In my case where I have four 2TB drive I have to have 2TB free or equivalently have an entire drives worth of space (4*500M) I should not be using.
Even given that was true I get a similar message and it states I do not have at least 20M free on the drive where my catalog is. The drive where my catalog is has 800M+ of a 2TB drive free (exceeding the 25% rule).
And if you are talking about just the "C:" or "root" drive then I have a 250G drive with over 180M free. And neither my catalog or my pictures are on it.
Still looking for an answer.
It is very annoying to be in the middle of an edit and have the message pop up and stop the edit. Then you have to clear the message, undo the incomplete edit and start over hoping the message does not come back.

Why do you say "not true"? The 4G iPod only has 256 MB of memory and out of memoty errors are not uncommon with iOS 5.
memory is different that the 8, 32 ir 64 GB or storage on the 4G iPods.
To resolve double click the Home button and delete the apps from the mulitasking dock that you are not using and the power off and back on the iPod. You have to do that periodically. -

Please help.That's why you want to make a backup of the registry. If you didn't make a backup, use MS system restore to go back. The only values you should remove are UpperFilter or LowerFilter - one or both may be in there and can be removed. If neither value exists, then that is probably why you can't burn and Windows is not recognizing your drive as a writable drive.
