LR3: Repeatable Crash on Web Upload

Question

Each time I try to upload a photo web collection to my site using SFTP, my 64-bit Windows edition of  Lightroom 3 crashes.  The status shows that the export stage is complete, and that it's preparing the web site -- although I think the crash is actually happening at the beginning of the upload step (I say this because "Export" seems to create the site just fine on my local disk). 
When changing the connection settings, Lightroom  seems to navigate the SFTP connection just fine, so I think my connection parameters are correct (This catalog was converted from Lightroom 1, and everything worked well there...).
I'm using the "Dark Poppy Seed - HTML" template.

Well, unfortunately, this hasn't been fixed in LR 3.3 (Final) either.  As with all LR 3 versions before, the process gets to 50%, and then, like clockwork, LR suffers an 'APPCRASH' with substrate.dll as the "fault module."
Since there's no Christmas present in LR 3.3 for those of us with this issue, I do humbly ask that those afflicted fill out a bug report if you haven't already:
