LR5 KEEPS asking me for the license key
I have installed Lightroom 5 on my Mac (OS X 10.9.5). I have installed both via disk and via download. It says installation is complete. When I go to open LR5 it asks me for the license key and says that license key is good. Problem is that it asks me for the license key EVERY time I open LR5 and after I enter it and hit finish it closes LR5. I cannot get past this. I have un-installed, restarted my computer and re-installed about a dozen times with the same result. Any ideas?

If you intend to keep using iCloud on your iPad, your best course of action would be to update your Apple ID/iCloud information so that you have a known password and it is associated with an active email address. You may find the following articles helpful:

It is trying to restore my new ipod from the backup cloud, but it keeps asking me for the passwords of three different itunes accounts, two i know are my friends accounts and I don;t even know whoose the third is. I must have some of their music on my library or something, but it won't backup without these passwords it seems. Is there a way to get around this? I have the music in my Itunes library and can listen to it all I want and burn it on cds but I cant get it to go on my ipod without their passwords. Can i switch it and just have it sync to my computer and not this icloud? My other ipod didnt ask me for these passwords when I tried to sync it.
If you have music that was purchased on different iTunes accounts than the one you use, then you must provide the password, otherwise the tunes are not considered yours. You can turn off iCloud and just use the usual USB sync method. But I wonder whether you'll have the same problem?

I'm unable to change my security question answers. It keeps asking me for the answers and I don't know the answers. I've reset my password 2x and it still won't let me change the answers. Help!!

ok i have been trying to download albums, songs, apps, etc. and my itunes keeps asking me for the security question and for the life of me i cant remember the answers. I dont know what the email is that receives the question reset. is there anything i can do to fix this or am i screwed?

About a week ago, I purchased a subscription to Adobe CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I can access Photoshop but this screen still comes up asking me for the license number or if I want to continue the trial. The same thing happens with Lightroom, only it makes me sign in and takes me to the tutorials. I cannot access the actual program. Help!!!

Sounds like someone else used the phone. You won't be able to use that phone until and unless the previous owner either gives you the passcode, or removes that device from Find my Phone from their iCloud account.

note : i dont have the at&t simYou need to put a sim card into the phone to be able to activate it - you can't activate a phone without a sim card.
If the phone has just been unlocked, then you don't need an AT&T sim card. Just put any sim card of your choice into the phone and if it is now unlocked, then it should work. -

Apps are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and re-set th password for the old one.
Then, log into the app store with it and update the apps purchased with that ID. -
Why does it keep asking me for the login keychain password?
I am having a problem where my imac keeps asking me for a "login keychain" password. I type in my password every time, but that doesn't fix my problem. I need to know if this is bad or not, and how i can turn it off.

It sounds like you are being prompted over and over for your Login Keychain, and entering it does not seem to make the prompts stop. I would start by running First Aid on the Keychain with this article:

To check keychains for problems using Keychain First Aid:
Open Keychain Access, located in the Utilites folder in the Applications folder.
Choose Keychain Access > Keychain First Aid.
Enter your user name and password.
Select Verify and click Start. Any problems found will be displayed.
If there are problems, select Repair, and then click Start.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would next reset your Keychain:
In Keychain Access, choose Preferences from the Keychain Access menu.
If available, click the Reset My Default Keychain button. This will remove the login keychain and create a new one with the password provided.
If Reset My Default Keychain is not available, choose Keychain List from the Edit menu.
Delete the "login" keychain.
The next time you log in to the account, you can save your current password in a keychain.

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

My sister and family live in Saudi Arabia,.UAE,. I live in Australia,. Unfortunately Everytime I've been there on holiday,.I cannot connect to iTunes and it constantly ask's for passwords,. I did however notice that in the middle of the night it used to work %50 of the time ,.off peak sort of times,.otherwise all I got for 2months was ~~~ "cannot connect/cannot purchase/password probs" it drove me nuts,. It's the ONLY country I've traveled to where I've experienced this,.

How do I turn this off? I can't download anything until I put in the card's information. But the card doesn't work anymore, it ran out of money. It keeps saying that my last perchase was unseccessful or something. I just want this to stop so I can update and download apps! Please help!
My iMac with Snow Leopard 10.6.8 crahed b/c the HD cannot be repaired. I reinstalled Mac OS X and luckily have most documents and applications. I have moved them all into folders before I erase the HD. I had all my documents but lost the 3 applications for iWorks. It says go to the store, buy and enter your serial#. That is not working. HELP
You have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your app data and settings. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad. Take note of the last part in my post about using recovery mode. That is probably your only option now.
