LSMW Error - Last step

Hello,
I created an LSMW for AS02 and all steps were carried out successfully (Display, convert shows the correct mapping).
The step (CREATE BATCH INPUT SESSION) shows this error :
BDC_INSERT, screen .&. is invalid
Message no. 00339
Diagnosis
Error creating a batch input session.
Why is that? This is the last step.
Any help is welcom

Hi,
Select the session in SM35 and process this record in "Display only Error" mode. This will let you see where in AS02 the error is coming and help you identify the correction that is needed.

go to CA01 and try loading one routing manually and you will understand whats the error.
discuss activity type restrictuing to be laoded with Functional consultent.

Problem on last step of LSMW

Hi all,
i am new to LSMW, when i am transferring data from a notepad file through LSMW, in the last step i got the error that "Maintenance at plant level' and something '000000000000000' after that it close automatically,

Background job terminated in LSMW last step

Experts:
When I run the last step in LSMW: 13 Start Direct Input Program,
I set a background job for Trans:BMV0,
But it goes an error:
"Job started
Step 001 started (program RMDATIND, variant....)
Could not open file xxxx.lsmw.conv
Job cancelled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE"
could you tell me possible reasons for this error?thank you!

Ichecked the file assignment in step seven.
what file path and name did you define for the converted file? is this located on your PC or on the application server?
did you execute step 11?
did step 11 tell you that SAP had written xxx records to the conv-file?
The file path is on the application server

I am trying to execute the last step in Sample Databound cuecard example i,e 'Add a Field for the parameter value'. in the output browser when i am entering the 'sh' in to the input text field and when i click the 'FindContactsByName' button i am not getting the names containig 'sh'in the table component of the same page.
If any of you are the aware of this error ..Please help me how to overcome this error.

LSMW last step. Batch input????

Hi all,
I have successfully read the flat file and all the record is being read. The last step is batch input and its showing the record read and everything...
Now how do I go forward with the batch input and run it so that the respective data gets loaded to the transaction and to the database tables...
If possible, can you experts give me the steps so that I can run the batch input, the last step of the LSMW. Guys, I am really new to the SAP field, so please help me...

LSMW Error in loading ROUTINGS

Hi Experts,
I am getting a error at step 13 while creating Batch input session using LSMW as "No Profile with entry tool task list N 1 session ROUTING".
I tried to use the default value for BIPKO-PRFIDNETZ = (default value tht i was given).still it says same error.
any idea...plz help me out...
I'm using 0170 RCPTRA01 prg.

Hi,
Maintain a profile in which the entry tool is activated in field BIPKO-PROFIDNETZ of the input file.
You make settings for the entry tool in the control data for routings within Customizing under Production -> Basic Data -> Routing -> Control Data -> Define profiles with default values.
Activate the entry tool
Save the long text and set it to active.

The database is up, in fact I can log in a number of waty from bothe the ABAP and Java sides, and it appears to be operating normally.

press read data it shows an error stating that, "unable to write to file f/lsmw/sales orders va01rec.lsmw .read.

Error at Step 9 of 32 while Installing CE7.11 Trail Version.

i am getting the following error while installing CE 7.1 SP1 Downloaded from sdn.. download area...
I am using Windows 64 Bit.. I also tried with Windows 7 64bit OS..AStill the same....
Running msiexec failed with return code 1603: undefined
Commandline was msiexec.exe /norestart /L sapmmcX86u.log /i sapmmcX86u.msi /qn
If you want the installer to retry, choose Yes. If you want the installer to abort the installation, choose No.
I reinstalled the OS again but still the same error.. Windows Installer is up and running in Services....
Hence I found one thread where to install MMC Snapshot then Install CE 7.1... I am able to pass through Step 4 of 32 installation... But got an error at step 9 of 32 Data base server Installtion error:

Database restore; database recover; Last step?

Ok, this is my first try with rman to restore and recover from tape.
My restore database finished successfully...no errors.
My recover database finished successfully...no errors.
Now...what is my last step?
Do I shut down and open back up normally, or, do I need to do something like shut down, then open with reset logs?
I'm guessing a full database backup after this re-opening would be a good idea too, no?

Senior Oracle DBABecause I didn't see anything that specifically addressed what I've had to go through in recovering this database in the document or examples I've seen or could find.
And was wanting to just make sure since I was so close, didn't want to mess anything up at the last moment.
No need to be snippy about it...everyone else is happy to give some advice and help to someone who is obviously a noob at much of this and learning as he goes.
Hoping as I learn things better...that I can helps someone else, not to mention, that searching the forums, someone might run into a weird set of circumstances like I have on this and a couple other things.

LSMW-Error Msg:No target structure could be found

I was trying to upload data for 0000.0001,0002 using LSMW,
first 3 steps are recorded, but when i reach the the 4th step , m getting an error msg :No target structure could be found.could u plz suggest y this error is coming and where to maintain the target structure.

U made the structure in the step2 and step3 thats fine
Now you are at step3 u r uploading or adding by ur own all the fields to structure
I mean to say did you able to see it?
Create a structure you can find all the structure fields at the time of creation of recording
Means
You can view that go to the first Step --- Execute it and display/change it -
Overview -
you can see the recorded struc -
double click on that to view whole struc.
Now you have to make the structure in the notepad according to the fields you have recorded only what you have to change not default.
