LSMW IDOC Creation - Please help!

Hi All,
I am using LSWM IDoc CRMXIF_IBASE_SAVE01 to create both Ibase and individual object at the same time. But failed. I have numerous errors like reference object doesn't exist, errors in iba_ibst table, error status 'A' etc. Has anyone try creating ibase and iobject using this idoc succesfully before? Please help.

Urgent issue on idoc?please help me

Hi All,
I have given a variant for a print program to generate idoc.
It is a standard program i am having a customer exit.
i kept breakpoints in my customer exit and executed teh variant.It didnot stop at my breakpoints and generated teh idoc.
I have checked in the transaction F110 and idoc has been created.
Now again i want to run the same variant and generate the idoc again as i need the program to stop at my break point so that i can analyse and change the code.
now i need the process to regenerate the idoc so that i can execute the same variant and make that program to stop at my variant.
can anyone please help me.
Please tell the process to regenerate teh idoc.

My Second and actual problem for which i need to debug is:
The print program to create the IDocs is RFFOEDI1.
The aim is:
=> The value in the segment E1EDP02-BELNR has to be removed (so segment has to be empty) when:
Company code = 1760 (E1IDKU3- PAYRUNCC) or (REGUP-ZBUKR)
Payment method = F (E1IDKU3- PAIRZAWE) or (REGUP-ZLSCH)
This can be done via the existing Customer exit : ZXF08U06.
I was not able to execute this program and debug.i kept break-points in customer exit for this data but still it is not stopping at my break-point and executed a idoc.now to run the same data ,i was not able to do it.If any one can help me it will be great.

Problem with roadmap's creation : Please help

I copied the global template roadmap in order to create my own roadmap. The thing is that I deleted the files and created my own nodes and subnodes in the structure. Was it the right way to do ? I mean I can not see the entry screen when I am not in the transaction "RMAUTH", even if I change the user setting and undo the cross "view via entry screen". And furthermore, the entry screen is not complete and it seems impossible to add something to the work package...By the way it appears that the structure is clearly not recognised by the system....Could someone help me please ?
PS : The new roadmap has been assigned in "administrator system"

One more question: what do you mean with you see the beginning of the roadmap in the entry screen ?
The nodes which are direct children of the top node are used as header in the entry screen.
I mean, if you have the following roadmap structure
Rodmap Test
1 . Node one
   1.1 SubNode one
   1.2 SubNode two
2. Node two
   2.1 SubNode three
   2.2 SubNode four
When you start the entry screen edition, you will see the 2 headers with name "Node one" and "Node two".
Then you will have to add Work area, you can do this by using the push button "Work Area Management", you have to select (or create) a work area to be used (for example "Work Packages"). When the needed work area is selected, you have to select the "Copy" button. And then confirm the dialog.
When clicking on the pen, you are only allowed to select the subnodes of the node which is written in the header. In my example, if you have clicked on a pen of the first column (which has header "Node one"), you will be only allowed to select the nodes "SubNode one" and "SubNode two".
The nodes which are located below "Node two" will not be selectable (checkbox is greyed out).

PeopleSoft HRMS and campus 9.0 db creation please help

[This all were install on windows server 2003 enterprise edition ]
I have install
1. oracle 10g
2. weblogic 9.2
3. tuxedo 9.0
4. peopleTool 8.49 (7 cds all)
5.PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Resources Management System and Campus Solutions 9.0 (CD)
After this i started to create the database part for PS
after Configuration Manager and using SignOn of DATAMover
thier i select File > database setup
here was two options to select
PeopleSoft HRCS database - US English
PeopleTool system database - US English
here selecting demo radio button i select PeopleSoft HRCS database - US English
got one script to run, executed it and after hours it was successfully completed

is their need to select PEOPLETOOL system database or by select HRMS it will install both the peopletool + peoplesoft db.

sub sites, we can take help of site templates. But these are Host Named Site Collections, how to use common design for Host Named Site Collection?

Yes you should be able to create a site collection using a custom template. Here's a BLOG on how to create a site collection with a custom template in 2010. It should still work the same way.

Invoic inbound IDOC error.Please help!

When I posted AP document by IDOC triggerred by output RD04 in billing document, this inbound idoc always failed with error message:The transaction was terminated by the user.
My message type is INVOIC.
Do you know why this error happened?

message is "You are not authorized to use Transaction FB01".So I am wondering if the error message "The transaction was terminated by the user" is also caused by authorization problem.
It seems yes. Why dont you try with proper authorization?

Database Creation - Please Help!

Hi everyone, I am trying to do a database application for a uni project but have no idea where to start.
The data the database should be able to store is for a book shop and should be Title, Author, Price, Quantity, Description.
The user should be able to add records into the database, delete records, modify existing records and perform searches of existing records so that they may be able to locate a record by entering a key word or the title of the book or authors name.
I would also like to put a password onto the system but once again do not know how to acheive this.
I am not asking for a solution, only a helping hand in getting started, so if anyone can suggest the best way to start such a project I would be grateful.

This Database is to be a stand alone application (runs on one pc only) so there would be only one terminal where the application is running.
The scale of the project is basic, I just have to create a database that can hold the information I have stated and also do the searches mentioned, if possible also have a password protection so that only certain users could access it.

I am trying to troubleshoot an issue in the idoc CRMXIF_ORDER_SAVE_M.
Segment name is E101CRMXIF_APPOINTMENT_XT under E101CRMXIF_BUSTRANS.
The values in this node are as below:
It should actually be populating,
APPL_SNAME : CRMXIF_APPOINTMENT
APPT_TYPE : EXPIRYDATE
TIMESTAMP_FROM : 20110308080000
TIMESTAMP_TO : 20110308080000
RULE_NAME : ZDDW_DEF
DURATION : 0
OBJECT_TASK : I
But some times it gets populated with below values:
APPL_SNAME : CRMXIF_APPOINTMENT
APPT_TYPE : APPROVEDATE
TIMESTAMP_FROM : 20101108080000
TIMESTAMP_TO : 20101108080000
RULE_NAME : TODAY
DURATION : 0
OBJECT_TASK : I
Why and how are these values (especially APPT_TYPE and RULE_NAME) getting populated in the IDOC?

Given this description the value should be unique for every execution of an ODI integration process. If you want to see the logic behind the variable, either navigate to the ODI Console or ODI Studio connect to the BIApps ODI repository and take a look at the variable setup.

Regarding Inbound Idoc creation

I am trying to create a Idoc from a xml file without using XI.
I can read the details from the file and populate a internal table.
I am not clear when the IDoc number will be generated.
Can any one gtel me which FM actually starts the inbound proces?
Which FM will generate the IDOC no for the incoming Idoc ?
I am not clear as to which function module i should pass my internal table with data to create a IDoc.

[LSMW][IDOC Method] Help with CLFMAS Classification issue please

I'm using CLFMAS for classification, I need to have 3 caracteristics ( I'm talking about segment : E1AUSPM ), I mean for example :
E1AUSPM-MSGFN = '009'
E1AUSPM-ATNAM = 'Characteristic 1' (it's a hardcoded value)
E1AUSPM-ATWRT = MyStrucutre - Field1
E1AUSPM-MSGFN = '009'
E1AUSPM-ATNAM = 'Characteristic 2' (it's a hardcoded value)
E1AUSPM-ATWRT = MyStrucutre - Field2
E1AUSPM-MSGFN = '009'
E1AUSPM-ATNAM = 'Characteristic 3' (it's a hardcoded value)
E1AUSPM-ATWRT = MyStrucutre - Field3
Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue. I'm thinking of using Transfer Record but I don't know how to do this exactly.

I find the solution, hope it will help somebody else.
1 - In the ' Field mapping and conversion rules 'step, press CTRL+F7. In the popup shown, check ' Processing Times '.
2 - You're gonna see 'begin_of_record' and 'end_of_record' instructions in each segment.
3 - Choose the segment you want to duplicate
4 - Assign Characteristic1 and MyStructure-Field1 to the corresponding fields.
5 - In the end_of_record instruction, add the following lines :
E1AUSPM-ATNAM = 'CHARACTERISTIC 2'.
E1AUSPM-ATWRT = MyStructure-Field2.
transfer_record.
E1AUSPM-ATNAM = 'CHARACTERISTIC 3'.
E1AUSPM-ATWRT = MyStructure-Field3.
transfer_record.
NB : E1AUSPM is the name of the segment I want to duplicate.
MyStructure is the name of the source structure I use.
Field1 and Field2 are the source fields I want to map with the field ATWRT of E1AUSPM segment.

I am trying to defile a file port for INBOUND IDOC processing status in LSMW.
Now when I go to create a file port in WE21, I give some dummy Physical directory name. But what should I give in
Function module field and Outbound file field ? Is it compulsary to put something in these fields...

Hi,
Function module field is used to define the path functionality of file generated.
EDI_PATH_CREATE_CLIENT_DOCNUM is the recommned fucntion by SAP .
Function is used to prevent unprocessed files being overwritten.Tihs function generates file directory path dynamically.

Maintain source structure/s with or without hierarchical relations. (Header, Detail)
Maintain source fields for the source structures. Possible field types C,N,X, date, amount and packed filed with decimal places.
Fields can be maintained individually or in table form or copy from other sources using upload from a text file
Maintain relationship between source and target structures.
Maintain Field mapping and conversion rules
For each Target field the following information is displayed:
o Field description
o Assigned source fields (if any)

o Some fields are preset by the system & are marked with Default setting.

Finally Transport LSMW Projects:

o Extras ->Create change request
o Change request can be exported/imported using CTS

o Select / Deselect part / entire project & export to another R/3 system

o Exported mapping / rules can be imported through PC file
o Existing Project data gets overwritten
o Prevent overwriting by using
Import under different name
Presetting for Inbound IDOC processing not transportable.

Creation of Recovry Media is incomplete, Please HELP! (HP Pavilion g6 -210tu Notebook)

Hi,
My problem is that during creation of recovery media, i have successfully created 1st and 2nd DVD-R but Hp Recovery Creation Media fails to create 3rd DVD and consequently it is unable to create 4th and 5th DVD for recovery.
During creation of 3rd DVD-R, Hp Recovery Creation Media successfully reads blank DVD and prepares files to be burn but it fails to burn these files on 3rd DVD.
Further, DVD autometically is ejected with massage "We are experiencing errors in Recovery Media Creation. please try again."
Please Help me! how to fix this problem.
I have also tried the following as per guidlines on HP support Website--
1. disabled User Control Account.
2. temporary disabled my antivirus.
3. i have manually run chkdisk for Partition drive D which is my recovery drive.
4. i have also change and tried different DVD to burn but i faced same issue.
Please note that I have never modified or encrypted my partition drive of recovery but i have recently Updated BIOS and Drivers form HP.
My system details are as follows--
OS- windows 7 home basic (64 bits)
MODEL- HP Pavilion g6 -210tu Notebook PC
PRODUCT NO.- B6U26PA#ACJ
Processor- Intel i3 CPU@ 2.40GHZ,
RAM - 2 GB
SMBIOS Version 2.7

Please help me and let me know what should i do to create subsequent DVD.

The product name and model no. i have mentioned in the post are correct. i have also try to locate them behind battery of my notebook. If you think it may be wrong, you can check for this model no. on HP support website here
I have also tried esc+ F2 and run the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics but i did not find option "Component Test" and therefore unable to locate optical drive option.

I personally want to say that i was unaware about the fact for these non branded DVDs. The shopkeeper (notebook showroom) told me that these DVDs are good to create Recovery Images because they also use these DVDs to create Recovery Images.
I have purchased non branded DVDs but it does not mean i wanted cheapest solution for Recovery. simply i wanted to Recover my system using best DVDs.
Well, now let me know how can i undo the creation of media which i have created in those two DVDs successfully in order to create Recovery Images on USB Thumbdrive ?

you can use XSLT or java mapping or adapter module to convert IDOC xml to XLS. Please refer the below blog
