LSMW Problem RFBIBL00: No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO

Hello everyone,
I am creating a LSMW to transfer Financial documents.
I used object 0100 (financial documents), method 0000 which uses program RFBIBL00.
I maintained Field Mapping and Conversion Rules, where I added an account for the next item line in the BBSEG structure. Later, when I display converted data the field BBSEG-NEWKO is filled with the value 506410!!!
But when I finally start the Dirct Input Program I get an error: Document 1 record 2 : No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO.
Does anyone have an answer to solve my problem?

I have the same exact issue, and rather than opening a new thread, I thought I'd first ask you to clarify this a bit for me.
I am also using BSCHL in the BBTAX structure, as I see no other place where I can pass the posting key.
I also have to use BBSEG-NEWBS for the next posting key, as well as BBSEG-NEWKO for the next account number.
At the last line item of a document, I put "/" in the fields NEWKO and NEWBS, hoping that the program will take that as a hint to finish the posting.
Instead, the error I get is the same: FB145, saying "No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO".
You said the problem was that you've used both BSCHL and NEWBS. Could you please tell me the correct way of using these fields? I have to use them, since I'm posting with PKs 15 and 05, and I must specify this somewhere...

LSMW - Problem with copied and edited Project - missing new field

I have copied an LSMW project to a new Project to load a Journal Entry to FI - Transaction Code FB01. I added a new field VALUT (value date) to both the Maintain Source Fields and Maintain Field Mapping Steps. The data with the new field shows up in Display Read Data, but it does not show up in Display Converted Data. This new field is the last field in the csv file, i added it to the end of the Source fields.
I think perhaps i need to create a new Batch Input Session, because when i run the Start Direct Input Program, one of the messages that comes up refers back to the original project name - not my renamed Project. --> "Session Name OLD PROJECT NAME was opened"
(The steps available on my screen do not include a "Create Batch Input Session" step, as some of the posted answers show)

Hi Sandra, Thank you for your reply. I am not sure what you mean by restart. if you mean go through all the steps- yes, i went through all the steps again. I also exited out of the LSMW screen completely and went back in to my project and redid the read and convert data again, just to be sure, but i am still missing the new field in display converted data.
The only change i made to the Project was to change the name of the Project, subproject, and object and to add a field to the Source Fields and Field Mapping - for field mapping i used the default rule of Transfer(move)and my source and code seems to be correct - in that i followed the example of all the other fields. i also changed the name of the file where my new csv file was located, but i did not change the names of the read and converted data files. Perhaps i need to change something else? It seems to me that it is still using the instructions from the old project to convert the data. Thanks again.

LSMW for RFBIBL00

Hello everyone,
I am trying to post vendor postings for FI using LSMW and program RFBIBL00.
I have to upload the withholding tax(TDS) for this postings. I am assigning 3 files
1) Header Data
2) Line item data and
3)Tax Data.
All the files are read and convertd. everything works fine uptilll i run the last step(Start Direct Input processing). After doing this, I get message Editing is terminated. and i have checked the reason (log File) Which says ' Document 1 record 2 : No acct no.was transferred in field BBSEG-NEWKO'.
I have rechecked the files after conversion, the BBseg-newko field has account number as desired. Did any one faced the similar problem. Please help me solve this.

as the message mentions please check the company code you are passing in the data for this LSMW. Looks like it is 4 characters, usually it is 3 characters, if you have it 4 characters please check if it is valid one?

I never used icloud before so there is no data to back up from. I just spoke to the apple store and they said that if I do plug it in, all the data will be swiped....is there a program I can use to transfer my data from my phone to computer without loosing it all ???

Hi, there. problems in sync my pc with the ipad new. a) when i first did, my music library in whole was transfered to the ipad. now, only a part of it and b) the first time all my pdf books were transfered to the ibook of my ipad. now, i cant.

why the iBooks doesnt belong to the programm which can transfer content from my pc to the new ipad? (whe i first installed itunes on the pc, every book was transfered in the iBooks' library, but not any more!).

I need to find all the 'Original asset that was transferred' of the each fixed asset. This field is in the master data/ tab origin. The problem is that the system only saves the first one in the table anla, but I can have more than one.
Do you know in which table I can find this information?

Thanks for te reply. I was readind the note and it refers to table ANLZ and ANLA. The field is ANLA-AIBN1, it is not saved in change documents becuase the asset master data is not changed after the first value. It is showed only the first value and I need to find all the values.

Same problem, I have a season pass for Mad Men and suddenly cannot download, says iTunes is temporarily unavailable. Problem occurred before I updated to the new iTunes and afterwards, on two different computers. Here is what Apple had to say:

The problem may have been in how you transfered it. You didn't go into much detail. Just be sure to follow the steps in the tutorial below. Note Paragraph 5.
Many libraries worldwide now use Overdrive Media Console, which comes in Mac an Windows versions http://www.overdrive.com/Software/omc . Some find the mobile device transfer process confusing. To load or delete a WMA or MP3 (Macs can only download MP3 books) audiobook onto an Apple mobile device see the "How to Transfer to a Portable Device" video in the guides at Step 7, then do the following.
1. For Windows versions, you must first do a security update of Windows Media Player (even though you won't be using it) using Internet Explorer at http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/indivsite .
2. Open iTunes, plug the mobile device into the computer USB port and open the Overdrive Media Console.
3. Highlight the mobile device in the left hand menu of iTunes and insure the "Manually manage music and videos" box is checked in the Summary Tab. If the mobile device storage is full, transfering will delete that portion of music necessary for the ebook.
4. Highlight the book you want to transfer in the Overdrive Media Console and click the Transfer Button. A window opens permitting you to click the boxes for parts of the book you wish to transfer.
5. After the book has been transfered, when you click the disclosure triangle (arrow) to the left of the iPod, iPhone, or iPad in the Device section of the left hand menu of iTunes, MP3 books will show up under the Music subsection and WMA books will show up in the Books subsection. Once the mobile device is disconnected from iTunes, MP3 books will show up in the Songs list of the mobile device and WMA books will show up in the Books list.
6. To remove a book from a mobile device plug the device into the USB port and open iTunes. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of your iPod, iPhone, or iPad in the Device section of the left hand menu of iTunes so that you can see the device’s subcontents. For an MP3 book select the Music subsection, right click on the book and choose Delete. For a WMA book, select the Book subsection, right click on the book and choose Delete.

8. To find a nearby library for ebooks search http://search.overdrive.com . How to fix problem with Gmail password that was working before and works online?

1. Thunderbird was working fine with my Gmail acct for months, then was unable to send a message, but can still receive incoming messages.
2. I was asked to re-enter my password and this did not fix the problem.
3. I went to Gmail online and logged in to verify my password had not changed. Success.
4. I reset password in Thunderbird, but still couldn't send test message to myself.
5. I deleted account in Thunderbird. Then I added a different Gmail acct that was not in Tbird. Success. Then I sent test email, success.
6. Then I re-added the original Gmail acct, Failure! It found the correct settings automatically, but when it tried to verify password, it failed. I repeated entering the password several times, but still failure.
7. WIN7 64bit HP, Tbird 24.4.0
8. All other AOL accts work fine on Tbird.

LSMW problem since upgrade to ECC

Not sure if this is posted in the correct place, so apologies in advance if it is...
We have an LSMW object which uploads customer master data onto the system (account group 0005). This has works for years, but we have since upgraded to ECC and now the partner function part does not seem to be working.
We load up a PE partner function and a number to go into RF02D-KTONR. This gets picked up correctly from the file into the position screen 2324 but it then doesn't get put into the field on screen 324. This just gets left as 0 so when the batch input session is run they all error with the Message No. F2613 Number '0' is not defined.
I have searched on OSS notes but I can't seem to find anything, does anyone have any ideas?

I logged this problem with OSS and there was a combination of things that we did to make this work...and we are not really sure what change actually helped the situation.
We ran progam RFBIDEG0
We also changed config in the following:
IMG >> SD >> Basic Function >> Partner Determination >>
Setup Partner Determination >> Customer Master >>
Account Groups - Function Assignment
adding PE & 0005 as we were having problems with prospects customers...
I'm not 100% sure what else was done as OSS were logged onto our system for a while trying to solve the issue...

I got my ipad2 replaced yesterday. And this new ipad started giving me problem by crashing aps. Then I restored the ipad twice but the problem was still there. There is no way for anyone here to know if your replacement iPad is a refurbished unit. Per Apple's replacement policy, replacements can be refurbished units. If you feel the unit is not working correctly, take it back, let them check it out and if found defective, they will replace that unit.

I have a new MacBookAir with iTunes 11.3. All my music was transferred from my old MacBookPro; but, only purchased music from Apple shows up in albums, and songs. None of my other music appears, and no playlists have been displayed.

How to get non-purchased from Apple music and playlists to appear on my new MacBookAir with Mavericks, and iTunes 11.3, when all the prior music was transferred from MacBookPro. I see the library.itl files, and have removed them and imported the Library.xml file; but, still do not have access to playlists or any music I have taken from my CD collection. I see this as a common issue on the dozens of web searches. Is there a fix for this new iTunes 11.3?

Nothing new; same thing i have been posting for years. Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the option (alt) key (shift on Windows) so you get a prompt to select a library, then guide it to the 'iTunes Library.itl' file in the moved iTunes folder. Without exact details I can't tell what you did wrong but you probably didn't move the right files to the right place. Unfortunately youd id not want to delete the .itl file. The .xml has much of the same but your ratings, date added and playcounts are now gone.

iTunes and the iTunes Store won't have anything to do with your photos. Those would be stored only on your laptop unless you made a backup of some sort. If you didn't, and the hard drive in your laptop has failed, then your photos are gone unless you wish to pay a disk recovery service a lot of money to try and get them back.
As to your music, if you purchased it from the iTunes Store you can probably re-download it. Go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time.
