LSMW Standard object for class

hi,
I am trying to upload class data through LSMW standard object,0140,
but while specifying file step it is giving error , No logical path has been specified.
how to solve this problem.

I repeatedly do this with LSMW by recording method. (recording done once and using repeatedly)
The recorded template is
EQUNR KLART CLASS_01 STDCL_01
If it is the case of Functional Location TPLNR in place of EQUNR.
May try this way.

FB012 Session 1 : Special character for 'empty field' is /
This is the special function in LSMW, for empty field system will put / sign automatically, so you need not to worry about that.
FB007 Session 1 session name ZPROJ was opened It is opening session ZPROJ which is your project name/object name.
FB109 Trans. 1 : Transaction xd01 is not supported
Check out your field mapping and conversion rule for object.
FB013 ....Editing was terminated
It is not finding proper field mapping rule / file inputs so the sytem terminates the LSMW object.
Check your field mapping and conversion rule, check your source fields, save the file in tab delimited format.

Standard Objects for Goods Receipt and Invoice

Hi experts,
Is there any Standard Object for Creating Goods Reciept and Invoice in SAP other than standard BAPIs

Try to use the PROCESSKEY standard infoobject (BWVORG in R3/ECC) to discriminate the good receipt from the invoice one...
An other option is create a custom generic data source with a view on EKBE table and use the EKBE-VGABE field to discrimate them.

for uploading equipment task list and was successful for 1 operation, 1 component.
how can i do for multiple operation / component using standard object? when i did a serach they are some topics discussed and suggested to change / edit the structure. kinldy let me know if this can be done using standard object

In the Maintain field mapping and conversion rule - equnr from task list operation i need to relate this / fill it in excel file alone for opearion ( how i will relate the header and operation data)

In 0FI_GL_4 , there are two fields :

PS_POSID      | PS_POSID             | CHAR              | 24               Work Breakdown Structure Element (WBS Element)
For "PS_POSID", there is a standard Object "0WBS_ELEMT" to be matched.
But ,Which object to match the "PROJK " ?   Is that "0WBS_ELM_EX" ?

The object 0WBS_ELEMT_EX is actually for a different puspose.

So for PROJK, i'd advise you to check what kind of output you get for this field in RSA3 and then go from there.
If you already know what it means, you can try to find a similar object in the content, otherwise just create one with similar element type.

Standard objects for Trade Fund Management

Hi everybody,
Iu2019m working on Trade Fund Management, I need to import CRM data to BW.
Iu2019ve searched on the BI Content for standard TFM Data Sources, DSO and cubes, but I wasnu2019t able to find anything: there's an InfoArea called 0CRM_FM, but itu2019s empty.
In CRM I was able to simulate extraction for BW by using RSA3 transaction (i.e. extractors 0CRM_FM_FND, 0CRM_FM_FND_PLAN, 0CRM_FM_FU, etc).
We have installed Support package 703, level 14: where can I find standard structure for TFM? do they exist?

Auth Objects for Class - PP not available on PFCG

Hi,
We have upgraded the syetem from GTS3.0 to GTS8.0. The scenario is -- although a TCode for the PP Class ( e.g CC11 or CC12 ) has been maintained in SU24, the corresponding check maintained authorization objects are not available within PFCG. I even tried to create a dummy role and add only trx: CC11, only the S_TCode got updated.....whereas the check maintained objects like C_AENR_BGR, C_AENR_ERW & C_AENR_RV1 were not available.
But if I add trx from any other class like SU53 or WE21 within the same dummy role, the corresponding check maintained authorization objects get updated within the role.
Any help regarding this to fix the issue is highly appreciated.

Looks like someone toasted your proposals from a lower release or even in a DB table copy.
I would look into this and track the cause down, to stop it.
Take a look in the menus of SU24 for change documents. (USOB*CD tables).

I want to use OBJCLASS object of Emigall for
Class and characteristics cration of Functional Location, The object is
desiged for Equipment only,
I read the document of this object which says
that it can be modify to use for functional location as well by changing
some rule, I tried by changing the field "Name of database table for
object" from the standard which is made for DEVICE/EQUIPMENT
I need your help to modify the rule to use this object for class and
characterstic creation for Functional Location, the migration object field is set to Device
which I want to change to FUNCLOC but that field is not modifiable.

Yes you are right. The following changes have to be made:
HEADER-OBJECT_TYPE need to be set to IFLOT (Fixed Value or Transfer field rule)
DATA-FIELD need to be set to TPLNR (Fixed Value or Transfer field rule)
DATA-VALUE need to be set to either CONNOBJ or DEVLOC (Via KSM field rule)

Functional Location LSMA Standard object problem

I am Using standard object for creating New FLOC through LSMW,
I am using 40 CHAR length for TPLNR,
But while uploading this field is getting truncated upto 30 CHAR.

You can use STRNO field for the same and map your source filed to STRNO it will accpt 40 char.

Authorization Object for BPs that works like CRM_ORD_LP (via Org Model)

Hello Community,
we have the requirement to restrict users to create BPs for specifc sales organizations only. I know there is CRM_BP_SA, this works perfectly but has the disadvantage that the Sales Org ID needs to be maintained in the PFCG role. As the IDs are different on D, Q and P we have to maintain PFCG roles on all these systems.
To avoid this we need something like the object CRM_ORD_LP for Business Partners, to derive the users sales org from the organizational model assignment of the user.
I don't think that there is a standard object for that, did anyone of you implement something like that?

Fabian, I have two suggestions.
One:
If possible keep the same Sales Org ID changing it
In SPRO, CRM->Master Data->Organizational Management->Maintain number ranges
Select subgroup 01$$ and select "Number range maintenance" . Here you can change the intervals.
Second:
You might think about creating your on authority object.
To do this, basically you have to:
Creating a new auth. object at SU21 tx, adding parameters fields
Implement BADI CRM_ORDER_AUTH_CHECK , methods CRM_ORDER_ADD_AUTH_CHECK e CRM_RFW_CALL_AUTHORITY.
Adding the new object for your pfcg profile.

HI, I'm having problems initializing object for CNiFgen class.

Hello, I'm having problems initializing object for CNiFgen class, I declare a pointer *m_pFgen to the CNiFgen class, then m_pFgen = new CNiFgen(m_driver, true, true) and then it gives me an error message Primary Error: (Hex 0xBFFA000C) Invalid attribute.

Here is how to make a call to initialize a session to niFgen:
//Create a new session on the device
_session = new CNiFgen(m_resourcename);
Also. I'm attaching an example on how to generate standard waveforms with the class interface for Fgen.

Creation of Generic business Object for a standard transaction

Hi,
We have a requirement where we are depreciating the assets (standard transaction ABAA) using a custom BDC program. We need to maintain a history (called audit trail) for the particular asset that has been depreciated using this program. For this audit train we have been asked to use "Generic Business Object" in transaction code ABAA.
Unfortunately, Generic object services are not available in this transaction code. Can you please suggest me how to create "Generic Business Object" for a particular standard transaction code. Also, we have show the details of custom workflow that follows the approval process in order to depreciate the asset. how to show this workflow details using Generic Business Object. This is a very critical issue, any help will be very help ful.
Please let me know should you require more information on this topic.

Declare the object as TYPE REF TO the class and use the CREATE OBJECT statement to create an object.
DATA <obj_name> TYPE REF TO <class_name>.
CREATE OBJECT <obj_name>.
