LSO Configuration Issue with F5 HostNames

I'm having error upon opening "Start Course" at LSO. The error only occurred if we are using F5 Hostname (working fine with direct URL).
I've already given super admin role to my user id.

LSO Confimation File Attachments

We currenttly have LSO configured to send a booking confirmation, which includes an attachment (type VCS) to the user for their Outlook calendar, and we would like to change this to ICS format.
We know how to change the contents of the attachment to ICS format but we don't know where the file name of the attachment is configured. We need to know this so we can change the file extension from VCS to ICS.

Could someone shed some light on LSO offline player post installation configuration. The standard installation guide doesn't talk anything about the offline player configuration.
As per my knowledge, the offline player installed on the local PC directly connects to Content Player running on learning portal through http session, so is there anything that we need to mention like Content player URL in the offline player. so that it will directly interact with Content player everytime.
i believe there are won't be any functional changes in the backend right, on the LSOFE side. please explain.

Another address not mentioned in the other posts is the CMS address where your courses are physically stored. In the IMG you will find it here:
Training & Event Management - SAP Learning Solution - Learning Portal - Content Player - Specify CMS Address
Enter the appropriate http: address beside the setting CPCFG/RSURL
Once a learner clicks to launch a course from the portal, the system will go find the appropriate course in the CMS directory and then find the Content Plyer address previously mentioned to launch the course.

LSO 600 Configuration - Central Storage Location for XSLT Files

Hi,
We are implementing LSO 600 with enhancement pack 2 and I am haiving trouble figuring out what do do with the configuration steps
Enter Address of Central Storage Location for XSLT Files
and
Enter Address of Central Storage Location for Templates.
The config notes indicate that these can be a directory or network path with the format
servername\filename\.
As I understand it this is is the address of the file on the Portal Server where XSLT files and templates be stored. The problem that I am hearing from the basis team is (I am qouting an email from them) "who accesses the share? Is it the server, the client PC or both? Were running in a linux environment so I dont have any shares the PC can access."
Does anybody have any input?

It is possible to configure as per your requirement in the receptionist's phone.
Please try the below steps to confgure :
for Example :
1. configure intercom in PhoneA (Receptionist phone)/or on its sidecar.
the intercom to target phone is phoneC .
2.when PhoneB calls to PhoneA ,PhoneA receives the call
3.On PhoneA press intercom button to transfer call to PhoneC since phoneB is willing to talk PhoneC.
4.PhoneB goes to onhold,while PhoneA talking with PhoneC
5.Now on the phoneA press the softkey xferLx to complete the transfer the call between PhoneB and PhoenC.
6.If PhoneC does not want to talk to PhoneB, then press softkey endcall follow by resume softkey
7.then xfer to the voicemail box of the PhoneC(by entering the voicemail prefix and extension of phoneC)
8.also you can intercom to other phone(repeat the steps 3-5)

I am SAP NetWeaver Administrator and I am new to eLearning Solutions.
I have done the installation of the following:
On JAVA (new box)
SAP Web AS Java 7.0 / EP 7.0 (Including KM)
Content Player (LSOCP 600)
BP for Learning Collaboration (BPLEARN502)
I am going to use existing ABAP ECC Backend and the following components already exist on it.
On ABAP (existing box)
Learning Solution Front-End (LSOFE 600) Add-on
Training Management (LSOTM 600) included in SAP EA_HR (No Add-On)
On Windows XP
Authoring Environment (LSOAE 600) EXE
Offline Player (LSOOP 600) EXE
I have deployed Business Package for eLearning on(new box) Portal and configured with ECC backend
I am able to access the Learning form Portal (new box). This is all I am working on sand box environment
Now I have to Configure the AE(Authoring Environment ) with backend ECC and I want to do some testing scenario.
Any step-by-step documentation or help would be highly appreciated !!!!!
