LSO - Imparts Qualification not working

Hi,
I have created a training course in LSO_PVCT and imparts the qualification (create procedure for course type). However, when I perform the follow up for the participant, the qualification is not transfer to employee profile (PPPM). Any idea what happen?
Configuration that I did:
Table T777O: checked the "Transfer Quals" for object P
Table V_LSOFUPROCESS: Activate all the back-end Process
Please assist. Thank you very much.

Hi Chandra,
Thanks for your reply. Can you please explain more on the integration? I take a look at the IMG and there is no configuration availabe to integrate with Personnel Development. Greatly appreciate if you can explan more. Thanks.

  • SAP LSO impart qualification on course program block

    Hello,
    I am trying to solve a problem with course programs.  As you know you can create course blocks within a program.  What I want to do is have qualifications imparted on the completion of each block.  Unfortunately, the "follow-up" process that imparts qualifications is done only on the completion of the entire course program.  Does anybody know of a Badi or user exit - or any solution - that will allow me to impart a qualification upon completion of a course block?

    Hi Ben,
    Does your course block have a required sequence to it?  If so, perhaps you could impart the qual based on completion of the last course type within the course block as a workaround...

  • LSO - impart qualification with quantity scale

    Hi experts,
    I have a problem here that I'd like to share with you. We are building a qualification and training catalogs for LSO, and one of the areas would like that a group of trainings summed would impart one qualification. The problem is that these courses can be taken in any sequence, so I cannot assign a scale telling that if one course in finished 25% of the qualification is imparted, 2, 50% and so on.
    I know that it's possible to create a quantity scale with defined intervals, and I thought it would be the answer, but after creating that, the scale does not show up in the scales list when I try to assign the scale to a qualification group.
    Does this mean that this type of scale cannot be used for qualifications, or that some configure is missing?
    Second question, based on the described scenario, do you think this kind of solution would work?
    Thanks again for your valuable help!
    Best regards,
    Thais

  • Better privecy does not work with windows vista home prem. what other program removes LSO'S AND HOW can I stop trackers?

    Question
    better privacy does not work with windows vista home prem. what other program removes LSO'S AND HOW can I stop trackers? edit
    Details

    As a temporary workaround, I believe this Adobe management page allows you to clear your "Flash cookies": [http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel] (hosted on macromedia.com -- Macromedia was the original developer of Flash).
    Regarding the script error, if I'm reading the script correctly, it is related to accessing your Flash cookies directory. It seems the publisher's support forum is not currently available for searching, but that might be a good next step.
    In the meantime, could you check whether the script has the correct location for your Flash cookies directory? If you can't access Tool > BetterPrivacy, you could check here:
    (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
    (2) In the filter box, type or paste '''bpr''' and pause while the list is filtered
    (3) There should be a bolded setting named '''extensions.bprivacy.DataDir''' which looks approximately like the following:
    C:\Users\''yourWindowsUsername''\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia
    Do you have a similar value? If you paste the path used by BetterPrivacy into a Windows Explorer window, does it open? Also, click a couple levels in the folder, can you see:
    Flash Player \ #SharedObjects
    If the value is wrong, right-click the wrong value and choose Reset. BetterPrivacy should update the value the next time you try to access it.
    If the value is blank, you could try inserting a sensible value and see whether that helps.
    Any luck?

  • Qualification not transferred from LSO

    Hi,
    When I do a follow up of a course, the screen "transfer qualifications" comes up as empty with a message ' no qualification to be transferred' eventhough the relationship "imparts qualification" under course type has a qualification against it.
    Please suggest what I could be doing wrong?
    (I am quite new to this and searched on SDN but couldn't find any solution)
    Thank you

    Hi,
    This is my understanding:
    After the entries reach the MEREP_DELTABO table, a job is created and schduled which calls the replicator, which in turn executes the GetList and GetDetails BAPI Wrappers using the R/3 Keys in the Merep_DeltaBO table.
    Check in sm37 if the job is getting scheduled. If it is getting schduled, it it getting released automatically - If not some schdule job settings must be done.
    Also when the GetList and GetDetail BAPI Wrappers are called, the user used to execute this Wrappers must have all the authorizations - SAP_ALL
    Check in Merep_log, if there is any authorization issue.
    Award points if the info is useful and ask if these things doesnt solve your problem.

  • Application store not working.  I phone 4

    Application store is not working, gives a blank white screen

    You bought a phone that was hacked to unlock it. When you updated, it re-locked to the original carrier.
    Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. You will have to contact them to see if it qualifies.

  • Command_link does not work outside of form

    if command_link is outside of form, it is rendered without a warning notes, but does not work correctly.

    Sorry, you did not get my point again.
    Currently, I check how JSF RI helps developer to recognize his/her mistakes.
    In case of command_link outside of the form, RI says "Everything is all right. Spend the next couple minutes (couple hours or days, depends of developer qualification) to find this trick.

  • Formula not working in Adobe FormsCentral

    I have a formula which I have embeded into my PDF Form using Adobe Acrobat. All is fine and dandy in Acrobat, but the formula does not work when it is imported and converted for FormsCentral, I have to manually calculate the formula into the field which completely throws a wrench into the automation process that I am trying to create. My job is to issue Certificates of Completion, the form I have created has fields where I can submit the name, address, and use a formula to calculate the overall GPA to see if the person qualifies.
    FormsCentral gives you the ability to export your collected responses into a spreadsheet for Excel. By submitting the address along with the name and qualifications, I am able to use this data to create and automate shipping labels for all qualified students using Excel and Word in an instant. Having to manually calculate this data can result in human error, such instances can occur if you're processing over a hundred certificates per quarter.
    My initial impress that I got from upgrading to the premium version of FormsCentral was that I would be able to collect the same data that I have setup in my PDF form using Acrobat, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
    Formulas are by far the most important feature to have in my opinion as they are used for automating a workflow and eliminating human error.

    OK, here's a custom calculation script you can use in the text field after you remove the export values from the dropdowns:
    // Custom calculation script for text field
    (function () {
        // Object to associate a letter grade to a numeric value
        var oGrades = {
            "A+": 4, "A": 4, "A-": 3.7,
            "B+": 3.3, "B": 3, "B-": 2.7,
            "C+": 2.3, "C": 2, "C-": 1.7,
            "D+": 1.3, "D": 1, "D-": 0.7,
            "F": 0
        // Get the field values from the dropdowns
        var v1 = getField("Crim_I_Grade").value;
        var v2 = getField("Crim_II_Grade").value;
        var v3 = getField("Sight_C_Grade").value;
        // Get the corresponding numeric values from the Grades object
        // Default to 0 if the letter grade isn't found in the object
        var v1a = oGrades[v1] || 0;
        var v2a = oGrades[v2] || 0;
        var v3a = oGrades[v3] || 0;
        // Calcualte and set this field's value, rounded to two decimals
        event.value = util.printf("%.2f", (v1a + v2a + v3a) / 3);
    This isn't necessarily the most efficient code, but I wanted to make it easy to follow. It rounds the result to two decimal places. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

  • Submit buttons not working....:o( - ANY IDEAS??

    okay i got a form - ApplicantForm.jsp and that has two buttons on it...
    'ACCEPT' and 'REJECT'
    the next page - CurrentStatus.jsp - should be brought up but its just not working!
    whenever a button is pressed a blank screen with just the buttons is being brought up and no changes are being made to the database.

    instead of using a submit input try using two button inputs, names can be the same.
    <input type='button' value='accept' name='aButton' onClick='js_func("accept")'>
    <input type='button' value='reject' name='aButton' onClick='js_func("reject")'>
    write a javascript function and catch the value sent and redirect to a controller (a jsp or a servlet) which would re-route the request to your bean
    function js_function(theValue)
    window.location = "controller.jsp?action=" + theValue
    this is how you can make a button act as a submit button. i guess this is your best bet.

  • CS6 serial number upgrade not working (win)

    I've been using CS6 for a while now (got an upgrade from CS5.5) and I'm trying to install it on my second computer and suddenly the serial number isn't correct. I'm using the serial number from CS6 (i've dubble checked the box and online) and I can't figure out why it's not working.
    Could it have to do with the product I'm supposed to choose? I've tried all off them with 6 in it and still NOTHING
    Help please!

    If you purchased an upgrade and it is askling you to choose the qualifying version, that would be the older version (CS5.5) that qualifies you to use the upgrade version.  You will have to choose CS5.5 as well as provide the serial number that was used for CS5.5 when you activated it.

  • I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements on an older Mac...just bought Mac Mini and migrated all my files...but 4.0 Does not work....can I upgrade PSE 4.0 to PSE 13?

    I have been using Adobe Photoshop Elements on an older Mac...just bought Mac Mini and migrated all my files...but 4.0 Does not work....can I upgrade PSE 4.0 to PSE 13?

    Yes, any version of PSE qualifies for upgrade pricing, but if you're in the US you might want to consider running the trial  for now and waiting for the black friday specials, when the full version will be a lot less than the adobe upgrade price.

  • Launch button in personas is not working and i get attached error

    Dear Experts ,
    i have just configured my sap screen personas successfully and i can launch it from recommended path : /sap/bc/bsp/persos/mainapp/
    i can copy a flavor and work with it fine but my issue is that the launch button is not working and it gives the attached error image
    i followed the configuration guide step b step
    can you help me solving this issue as i don't know what i'm missing ..
    regards ,
    Yasser Afify

    Three people reporting a problem hardly qualifies as "quite a bunch". Actually, it is rather common that such issues turn out to be caused by a configuration or installation error.
    If you double-checked and are 100% certain that ALL the notes are properly implemented and everything is configured correctly according to the configuration guide, then open an OSS incident so the support team can take a look at your system. There is no "easier approach".

  • My key does not work/Invalid Registration

    I have been trying for days to unlock Quick Time(QT) Pro, but my registration key does not work!!! I've done all possible requirements, I have copied and pasted my user name and the key code (so those are correct), I do the correct qualifications to run the software, I am using the QT control settings, and yes I do have QT 7.0.3. All my criterias meet to unlock QT Pro but I keep getting the message saying Invalid Registration. I've done all possible trouble shooting techniques given by Apple's tech support but I've simply have had no luck. To my understanding the key code has to be 5 sets of 4 numerical characters (20 characters long) but the one that I got from Apple is only 7 characters long. I've clicked on the link that retrieves a lost key but I get the same number. I try calling customer service but have had no luck in reaching a live operator. What do I do?

    Yea you are right, I am inputting the part number. However, I keep looking for the 20 character long key but there is nothing there in either the confirmation email or the invoice email that they sent me. I check the "Download History" on the Apple Store website but it only gives me the name QT Pro, the part number and the date that I purchased it. There is no 20 character long key given. Could they have not given me the key by accident? Like I said, event when I go to the link to retrieve my lost key, it gives me the same part number! Please help, its been more than a week and I am getting frustrated!!!

  • LSO Correspondence doesn't work with vCalendar attachment in MSOutlook 2007

    Hello,
    Is anyone using the Learning Solution Request-Based Correspondence with either vCalendar attachments and Microsoft Outlook 2007?
    Our client moved from Microsoft Outlook 2003 to Microsoft Outlook 2007. None of our vCalendar attachments work since we have moved to Outlook 2007. When we try to open the .VCS attachment, we receive an error message stating that it is not a valid Internet calendar file.
    I even tried .ICS attachment but same error pops up !
    Any work around !!
    Request to help , it would be greatly appreciated !!
    Thanks!
    Hello SAP Gurus ,
        Please help me out on the issue.
        or any alternative to this.
    Thanks in advance

    I was experiencing this same issue and have finally have it resolved with a code recommendation from SAP.  Hopefully you have already performed all the actions as outlined in this document:
    http://aspireopenmic.com/2011/06/29/lso-outlook-calendar-requests-as-attachments/
    However this does not work with Outlook 2007/2010 - only with Outlook 2003.  I had to do this additional work:
    1) Copy Class CL_LSO_CRP_RENDER_EXAMPLE to ZCL_LSO_CRP_RENDER_EXAMPLE
    2) Edit the method CREATE_VCAL of this new class.
         - Comment all code out from this line onwards:
      * BEGIN:VCALENDAR
        ls_soli-line = 'BEGIN:VCALENDAR'.
       APPEND ls_soli TO lt_soli.
      * Add CR/LF
        LOOP AT lt_soli ASSIGNING <fs_soli>.
          <fs_soli>-line+253(2) = cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf.
       ENDLOOP.
    3) Add this statement:
    DATA: helpstring    TYPE string.
    4) Add the following code within the method:
    * BEGIN:VCALENDAR
      CONCATENATE 'BEGIN:VCALENDAR' cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* BEGIN:VCALENDAR
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'VERSION:1.0' cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* BEGIN:VEVENT
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'BEGIN:VEVENT' cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* ORGANIZER
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'ORGANIZER:MAILTO:' ls_data-sender-smail
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* ATTENDEE
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'ATTENDEE;ROLE=ATTENDEE:' ls_data-astxt '<' ls_data-amail '> '
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* DTSTART
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'DTSTART:' ls_data-kbgda 'T'
        INTO helpstring.
      IF NOT ls_data-kbtim IS INITIAL.
        CONCATENATE helpstring ls_data-kbtim INTO helpstring.
      ENDIF.
      CONCATENATE helpstring
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* DTEND
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'DTEND:' ls_data-kndda 'T'
        INTO helpstring.
      IF NOT ls_data-kbtim IS INITIAL.
        CONCATENATE helpstring ls_data-ketim INTO helpstring.
      ENDIF.
      CONCATENATE helpstring
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* LOCATION
      IF NOT ls_data-b_ort IS INITIAL OR NOT ls_data-rstxt IS INITIAL.
        CONCATENATE 'LOCATION:' ls_data-b_ort ls_data-rstxt
          INTO l_subject SEPARATED BY space.
        CONCATENATE helpstring l_subject
          cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
          INTO helpstring.
      ENDIF.* CATEGORIES
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'CATEGORIES;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:EDUCATION'
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* CLASS
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'CLASS:PUBLIC'
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* SUMMARY
      CONCATENATE text-001 ls_data-kstxt INTO l_subject SEPARATED BY space.
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'SUMMARY;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:' l_subject
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* DESCRIPTION
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'DESCRIPTION:' l_subject
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* END:VEVENT
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'END:VEVENT'
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.* END:VCALENDAR
      CONCATENATE helpstring 'END:VCALENDAR'
        cl_abap_char_utilities=>cr_lf
        INTO helpstring.
      CALL METHOD CL_DOCUMENT_BCS=>STRING_TO_SOLI
        EXPORTING
          IP_STRING = helpstring
        RECEIVING
          RT_SOLI = lt_soli.
    5) Activate this class
    6) Search for all occurances of where method CREATE_VCAL is used within class CL_LSO_CRP_RENDER_EXAMPLE
    7) Replace following statement:
        lr_document = cl_lso_crp_render_example=>create_vcal( lr_reader ).
    with:
      lr_document = zcl_lso_crp_render_example=>create_vcal( lr_reader ).
    This should resolve any problems now with the calendar attachments.
